Objective: To develop a mentor-supervised, interprofessional, geriatric telemedicine experiential education project in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Method: Medical and pharmacy students collaborated via remote consultations to address the coexistence of multimorbidity and polypharmacy in geriatric patients. In-depth interviews of students and patients as well as Likert scale-based telephonic survey were performed for a comprehensive evaluation of the project’s significance. Results: To date, 49 consultations have been conducted. Remote consultations performed by medical and pharmacy students working collaboratively were beneficial for both students, participants. Conclusions and Practice Implications: This experimental education project provided students with authentic challenges while simultaneously delivering care to the older adults who are susceptible to disruption of care associated with the pandemic. Further development and expanded implementation of such approaches may be a post-pandemic practice to provide more accessible care for senior patients while incorporating interprofessional education.

The relevance of the research is justified by the necessity of developing methodical basis for project-research activity at the lessons of the Russian language at schools. The article is aimed at: 1) giving justification for introducing project-research activity into in-class work while studying the section “Lexis” in the 5th forms by approving the methods given by the author for studying the topic “Homonyms”; 2) evaluating the development of general learning skills (comparing, giving definitions for terms, giving arguments for a point) using the material of the topic ‘Homonyms”; 3) assessing the knowledge of Russian lexis of pupils from control and experimental classes, comparing the results; 4) specifying the term “project-research activity” in the aspect of the goals of Russian language learning in middle school. The theoretical relevance of the article is in providing justification for identifying project-research activity as a specific separate type of learning activity, specifying the term “projectresearch activity” in Russian language classes in the middle school, specifying general learning skills (comparing, giving definitions to terms, giving arguments for a point) necessary for conducting projectresearch activity in Russian language classes, providing description for the levels of their development on the example of studying the “Homonyms” topic in 5th grades. The practical relevance of the article is in giving developed and proven program that includes pupils’ work on researching project “Portrait of the word” in the 5th form during studying the section “Lexis”. This article discusses the possibilities of studying vocabulary at Russian language classes using project-research activity. Project-research activity in Russian language classes is understood as independent cognitive activities of the pupils, aimed at studying the Russian language, developing linguistic knowledge and skills and forming general studying capabilities. This type of activity is characterized by having a project idea, it is planned as a process of achieving the project idea through consequent research operations. The author proposes the program for studying the topic “Homonyms” within the framework of “Portrait of the word” project, and the results achieved during experimental education are discussed. The data obtained during experimental education allow making a conclusion that project-research activity can be effectively integrated into class-and-lesson system of studying vocabulary in Russian classes in the 5th form: it promotes forming knowledge and skills on the topic and general learning skills of comparing, giving definitions for terms and giving arguments for a point. The directions of future research are in developing methods of organizing project-research activity in Russian language classes both during lessons and in extracurricular activity on the material of topics ‘Morphology”, “Syntax”, “Phonetics”, etc.

This article presents the dynamics of the primary school pupils’ linguocultural competence developed by means of Chinese artistic works. The complex hierarchical structure of the pupils’ linguocultural competence was unified, since it served as the standard for assessing the effectiveness of the teaching process aimed at developing the designated competence within the experimental education at secondary schools. The criterial apparatus for assessing pupils’ learning outcomes is specified. The control exercises and tasks / assignments used as components of the experimental methodology facilitating the formation of the primary school pupils’ linguocultural competence in the framework of learning Chinese are described. The difficulties of mastering the Chinese language are indicated. The author substantiates the dynamics of the developed competence according to specific criteria, taking into account the Ukrainian-Chinese relations, in accordance with: 1) educative and accumulative (indicators: philosophical and fundamental, Confucianism-centric) artistic and authentic (with indicators: ethnically patriotic, epic-folkloric and prose-lyrical); contrastive-comparative (with indicators: general cultural and cultural-specific); operational-interactive (with indicators: culture- and resource-centred, perceptual-cognitive, productive and demonstrative) competencies. Identifying changes in the transformation of the above criteria contents in the context of developing sets of exercises and tasks / assignments for a specific training / education level as well as reviewing the content of the relevant exercises and tasks at each stage of education (primary, secondary, high school) are considered to be the prospects for further research.

Experimental education is an important part of higher education. How to upgrade the level of education and management so as to better serve practical teaching is an arduous task. This paper presents a new education model based on 6S managementand competition mechanism. In particular, aiming at the course of robot-integrated design, which is a typical experimental course in Wuhan University, the author does useful exploration and practice on implementing and validating the teaching model. The result supports the usefulness of this approach, and it demonstrates that this teaching model improves not only laboratory management quality but also teaching quality, furthermore, it promotes cultivating creative spirit, practical abilityand cooperation consciousness of universities students.
