Keywords: intellectual property rights, biotechnologies, patenting, legal protection, legislation Current trends of globalization and the process of European integrationof Ukraine necessitate the creation of an effective mechanism of legal regulationof intellectual property rights in the field of biotechnology, due to the constitutionalprovisions according to which human life and health are the highest value inthe state. The purpose of the study was to determine the legal regulation of protection of intellectual property rights in the field of biotechnology. Empirical and theoreticalmethods of scientific cognition are used for comprehensive consideration of the topicof the article. It has been found that modern biotechnological advances require inventorsnot only to secure monopoly rights to use them, but also to comply with the moraland ethical criteria for the perception of inventions created by genetic engineeringand living matter. It is determined that the legal system of intellectual property protectionin the field of biotechnology is based on the provisions of the Constitution ofUkraine, the Civil Code of Ukraine, regulations in the field of health and agriculture, international treaties and special legislation in the field of intellectual property. It isestablished that the system of legal protection of biotechnological inventions consistsof the acquisition of intellectual property rights to these inventions (establishment ofthe object of patenting and compliance with patentability, state registration of inventions)and the use and disposal of intellectual property rights to such inventions. Alegislative support of legal protection of biotechnological inventions is seen in furtherempirical research and theoretical and methodological substantiation in order to determinethe legal mechanisms of their practical implementation.

Background: The novel COVID-19 has brought upon crucial policy- and decision-making situations, especially when making judgments between economic and healthconcerns. One particularly relevant decision-making phenomenon is the prominenceeffect, where decision-makers base their decisions on the most prominent attribute ofthe object at hand (e.g., health concerns) rather than weigh all the attributes together. This bias diminishes when the decision-making mode inhibits heuristic processes. Inthis study, we tested the prominence of health vs. economic concerns across twodecision-making modes - choice (prone to heuristics) and matching (mitigatesheuristics) - during the peak of the COVID-19 in the UK using Tversky et al.’s classicexperimental paradigm. We added to the classic experimental design a primingcondition. Methods and Findings: Four hundred twenty participants from the UK wererecruited via a crowd-working platform. They were presented with two casualty-minimization programs, differing in lives saved and costs: program X would save 100lives at the cost of 55-million-pound sterling, whereas program Y would save 30 lives atthe cost of 12-million-pound sterling. Half of the participants were required to choosebetween the programs (choice condition). The other half were not given the cost ofprogram X and were asked to determine what the cost should be to make it as equallyattractive as the program Y. Participants in both groups were primed for either: a)economic concerns; b) health concerns; or c) control (no priming). Results showed thatin the choice condition, unless primed for economic concerns, health concerns aremore prominent (only under economic priming was there a significant preference forprogram Y, p<0.001). In the matching condition, on the other hand, the prominence ofhealth concerns did not affect decision-makers, as they all “preferred” the cheaperoption. Conclusions: These results add further support to the practical relevance ofusing the proper decision-making modes in times of consequential crises wheremultiple concerns, interests, and parties are involve

Merchant is a business entity in cooperation with banks in the provision of payment. To the northSumatran region has 33 districts of the city and a population of 13,937,797 inhabitants. Each citydistrict has a variety of merchants that built on each corner or side of the road with a data sample of1,383 users. To search for users based on their behaviours be competitive merchant who takes thesimilarity of some objects. The similarity involves characterizing each object or expounds tour- tour ofthe object. How to measure the similarity to characterize each object resulting in the naming andweighting. The way it is made by comparing to what is common and what is different from the object. Results will be achieved in the form of a method of similarity to look for in a merchant's customerbehavior that competitive advantage

The technology in current research scenario is marching towards automation forhigher productivity with accurate and precise product development. Vision andRobotics are domains which work to create autonomous systems and are the keytechnology in quest for mass productivity. The automation in an industry canbe achieved by detecting interactive objects and estimating the pose to manipulatethem. Therefore the object localization ( i.e., pose) includes position andorientation of object, has profound ?significance. The application of object poseestimation varies from industry automation to entertainment industry and fromhealth care to surveillance. The objective of pose estimation of objects is verysigni?cant in many cases, like in order for the robots to manipulate the objects, for accurate rendering of Augmented Reality (AR) among others. This thesis tries to solve the issue of object pose estimation using 3D dataof scene acquired from 3D sensors (e.g. Kinect, Orbec Astra Pro among others). The 3D data has an advantage of independence from object texture and invarianceto illumination. The proposal is divided into two phases : An o?ine phasewhere the 3D model template of the object ( for estimation of pose) is built usingIterative Closest Point (ICP) algorithm. And an online phase where the pose ofthe object is estimated by aligning the scene to the model using ICP, providedwith an initial alignment using 3D descriptors (like Fast Point Feature Transform(FPFH)).The approach we develop is to be integrated on two di?erent platforms :1)Humanoid robot `Pyrene' which has Orbec Astra Pro 3D sensor for data acquisition, and 2)Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) which has Intel Realsense Euclidon it. The datasets of objects (like electric drill, brick, a small cylinder, cake box)are acquired using Microsoft Kinect, Orbec Astra Pro and Intel RealSense Euclidsensors to test the performance of this technique. The objects which are used totest this approach are the ones which are used by robot. This technique is testedin two scenarios, fi?rstly, when the object is on the table and secondly when theobject is held in hand by a person. The range of objects from the sensor is 0.6to 1.6m. This technique could handle occlusions of the object by hand (when wehold the object), as ICP can work even if partial object is visible in the scene.

Sociolinguistics is the study of language variation and use in society. Interference is the event of the use of language elements of one into the other language elements that occur in the speakers themselves. This research uses descriptive qualitative method because to describe the actual realityin order to obtainan accurateand objective. Qualitative descriptive methods were used to analyzethe elements ofa word orphrase that incorporated elements of other languages with the analysis and description of the formulation of the problem is the answer. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, the determination ofthe object of research, the selection of short stories.Based on the analysis of the data in this study can be found that there are six forms of interference morphology, namely (1) the prefix nasal N-sound, (2) the addition of the suffix, (3) the exchange prefix, (4) exchange suffixes, (5) exchange konfiks, (6) removal affixes. While the syntactic interference only on the words and phrases in a sentence. The results of the study it can be concluded that the interference morphology more common than syntactic interference.

Fiduciary is the transfer of ownership rights of an object on the basis of trust provided thatthe object whose ownership rights are transferred remains in the possession of the owner ofthe object. Whereas what is meant by Fiduciary Guarantee is the guarantee right for movableobjects both tangible and intangible and immovable objects, especially buildings that cannotbe burdened with mortgages, which remain in the control of the Fiduciary Giver, as certaindebt repayment collateral that gives priority position to Fiduciary Recipients against othercreditors. Items loaded with a Fiduciary Guarantee must be registered. Registration for aFiduciary Guarantee is carried out at the Fiduciary Registration Office. However, if theregistration of Fiduciary Guarantee to be registered with the Office of Fiduciary Registrationis a matter of property that has not been shared with the former creditor's wife against thevehicle due to divorce, it can be said that the agreement can be canceled, so there is no legalcertainty for the recipient of Fiduciary Guarantee. If the Fiduciary Registration Office issuesand submits a Fiduciary Guarantee Certificate to the Fiduciary Recipient on the date that isthe same as the date of receipt of the application for registration. This Fiduciary GuaranteeCertificate is a copy of the Fiduciary Register Book. By obtaining a Fiduciary Guaranteecertificate, the creditor or fiduciary guarantee recipient immediately has the right of directexecution (parate execution). The legal strength of the certificate is the same as the court'sdecision which has permanent legal forceKeywords : Fiduciary Guarantee, Creditors, Execution.

In order to analyze and justify the choice of the recommended modes ofinteraction of people in organizational entities, the article covers the main possibilities ofincreasing the effectiveness of human interaction on the basis of interpreting a typicalmanagement pair in the form of two elementary components that can interact in the "subjectobject","subject-subject”, “object-subject” and “object-object”, taking into account the fact thateach component is characterized by a certain level of subjectivity. At the same time, the authorstake into account the fact that during the life of a person and his life cycle in organizationalformation the level of subjectivity of any person varies within the boundary of the linearcontinuum object - the subject, and its subjectity in organizational formation by no means other ,as the current state of the ratio of the number of formal and informal influences of the individualas a subject to other members of the organization to the number of the same effects on it as anobject from other members of the organization. Due to the fact that the life cycles of theelementary components are characterized by the presence of each of them periods of increase insubjectivity with the achievement of each peak value and the subsequent gradual loss afterrelease or retirement, it is demonstrated that the joint and equally effective activity of thecomponents is possible only provided that they maintain the subject-subject mode of interaction, which corresponds to the dialogue of the two parties, rather than management of or managementby one side of the other. Using the superposition of graph-analytic dependencies of Dunig-Kruger and changes in subjectivity throughout life, it is proved that the basic condition for theimplementation of such a managerial dialogue is the awareness of both components of themanagerial pair of the fact that the concept of the subject loses meaning without the existence ofthe object, and therefore maintaining the process of dialogue-cooperation is possible only underthe condition of equality and freedom of the participants and the inter-orientation of each of thepartners as the subject, the tool for establishing partnerships is management on the basis of thedialogue communication process with the mutual recognition of each of the participants in theirfreedom, equality and value - subjectivity. It has been established that the priority factorsdetermining the results of the operation of a typical management pair are not the structure andthe relationship between its constituent elements, but the intellectual, moral and psychologicalcharacteristics of these elements and the awareness of the latter as partners that jointly solve theproblem with the achievement of mutually established and harmonized goals.
