Pandemi Covid-19 telah ditetapkan sebagai pandemi global oleh Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO). Dampak pandemi yang terjadi terhadap perekonomian Indonesia mendorong pemerintah untuk memberikan perhatian besar terhadap masyarakat di lapisan bawah dengan mengadakan program bantuan. Adanya simpang siur mengenai ketidak tepat sasaran bantuan tersebut sehingga peneliti memikirkan untuk menggangkat judul Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan Penerima Bantuan Pandemi Menggunakan Metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) sehingga penerima bantuan dapat ditentukan berdasarkan kriteria- kriteria yang ditetapkan menggunakan sistem yang diterapkan dengan metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah penerapan metode AHP dimana setiap kriteria dan alternatif dinilai berdasarkan tingkat kepentingan masing- masing dan dilakukan perbandingan berpasangan setiap kriteria dan alternatif sehingga diperoleh bobot masing- masing kriteria dan alternatif. Berdasarkan bobot tersebut dari 5 alternatif kepala keluarga calon penerima bantuan 3 kepala keluarga dinyatakan layak menerima bantuan. Kata Kunci: Bantuan, Pandemi, AHP. Blind is a term used to define the human condition given a privilege by God in the sense of sight, this condition makes blind people have a little difficulty in carrying out daily activities. Money is a primary human need and is very important for daily buying and selling transactions. Indonesian money, especially paper money, has an embossed line that can help people with visual impairments a little, but there is some money circulating in the market that is damaged or missing lines of appearance which makes it difficult for blind people to recognize the nominal of the money. The research was conducted at the “AISYIYAH” Orphanage for the Blind in Ponorogo by conducting several interviews with blind people, the informants provided information that they could recognize money on a daily basis but only applies to banknotes with good condition and the latest output, for damaged banknotes. or the old output is hard to identify. To help the blind recognize money, an android-based application was designed with the Knuth-Morris-Pratt algorithm which is a type of string matching algorithm. This algorithm is a development algorithm from the previous algorithm, namely the Brute Force algorithm. The final result of this study shows that the android application designed using the Knuth-Morris-Pratt algorithm is able to recognize nominal money with an accuracy rate of 100%.

Artificial Intellegences in video game are important things that can challenge game player. One of them is creating character or NPC Follower (Non-player character Follower) inside the video game, such as real human/animal attitude. Artificial Intelligences have some techniques in which pathfinding is one of Artificial Intellegence techniques that is more popular in research than other techniques. The ability to do dynamic pathfinding is Dynamic Particle Chain (DPC) algorithm. This algorithm has the ability of flocking behavior called boid to explore the environment. But, the algoritm method moves from one boid’s point to another according to the nearest radius, then it will be able to increase computation time or needed time toward the target. To finish higher computation problem in dynamic pathfinding, the researcher suggests an algorithm that is able to handle dynamic pathfinding process through attractive potential field function of Artificial Potential Field to start pathfinding toward the target and flocking behavior technique to avoid the obstacle. Based on the test result by simulation of moving environment and complex, the computation time of algorithm is faster than comparison algorithms, DPC and Astar. It concludes that the suggested method can be used to decrease computation level in dynamic pathfinding.

The use of smartphones in the industrial era 4.0 had become more frequent and widespread in various circles of Indonesian society. In addition, the COVID-19 pandemic that had not end yet also made high school and college students obliged to carry out online learning. This research aimed to cluster the price from smartphones using the specifications of the smartphone. K-Means Clustering was used as a method in this research. This algorithm was a data mining algorithm with unsupervised learning as data grouping and could group the price of a smartphone into several clusters based on the similarity of the characteristics by one data with other data, which is memory_size and best_price. The results of this research indicated that the right clustering of smartphone prices was within 3 different clusters, which was cluster 0 has centroid of Rp2.000.000,00, cluster 1 has centroid of Rp18.000.000,00, and cluster 2 has centroid of Rp9.000.000,00. The results of the evaluation used a confusion matrix, summary of prediction result, indicated that the clustering process had 100% of accuracy that could be seen on the table which showed the results of clustering. The conclusion from this research was that K-Means Clustering could form clusters in determining the price of a smartphone in relation to the specifications used as the attribute determining the price cluster for a smartphone.

The production planning system can provide satisfaction to the manufacture with the desire target and also with the available raw materials. In achieving the target of goals also face a situation of uncertainty (fuzzy). The aims of this study is proposed the model of fuzzy goal programming approach to optimize production planning system. In this model obtaining maximizing profit and revenue with consider minimize costs of labor cost, raw materials cost, time machine production, and also inventory cost. The numerical example is illustrate that the fuzzy goal programming model can optimize optimize production and profit according desired of decision maker.

Employee assessment is needed in evaluating performance and granting rewards to employees. PT. Kupu-Kupu Taman Lestari conducts an employee performance appraisal using Microsoft Excel. The growth of employee data and assessment variables resulted in the calculation method that was carried out could not provide employee ranking information quickly. The application of Microsoft Excel in processing employee valuation data has weaknesses in data documentation. The purpose of this study is the company has a website-based decision support system that makes it easy for companies to get employee performance appraisal information. The employee performance data ranking method used is the Analytical Network Process (ANP) and the performance evaluation criteria are prepared based on the Behaviorally Anchor Rating Scale (BARS) approach. BARS is used in determining criteria along with a scale of behavior that represents the performance of each criterion. ANP is used to process data of importance between criteria so that it can produce criteria weights based on a comparison between criteria. The results of this study are website-based decision support systems that can be accessed by company management via a web browser. System testing is built based on testing manual calculations with the system and testing the user's system according to the McCall model. The system calculation test shows that the system has produced the same calculation value as the manual calculation. System user testing shows that the system built meets user needs, displays information according to user input correctly, is safe from unauthorized parties, and the system is easy to use.
