Purpose: This research aimed to describe the Competence of Lecturers in Managing Learning at the Social Welfare Education and Training Center of the Ministry of Social Affairs. Research methodology: This research was a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Data sources were determined by snowball sampling, where the data analysis procedure used was an interactive model from Miles & Huberman. Results: The Social Welfare Training and Education Center of the Ministry of Social Affairs has implemented learning management competencies as abilities that Widyaiswara must have in planning, compiling, implementing, and evaluating learning concerning Widyaiswara Competency Standards. Limitations: This study has two limitations; 1) It only researched one Widyaiswara competence, namely learning management and not using the substance, personality, and social competencies; 2) Informants only come from the Ministry of Social Welfare Education and Training Center and have not included informants from the Social Welfare Education and Training Center in each region. Contribution: The study's findings are intended to be used to make suggestions to institutions, policymakers and interested parties so that improvements can be made to the implementation of the Education and Training at the Social Welfare Education and Training Center of the Ministry of Social Affairs Keywords: Learning management competence, Widyaiswara competence, Social welfare education, Ministry of Social Affairs

Purpose: This study aimed to determine the right training for employees of BKKBN Representative Office in Lampung province based on the results of the training needs analysis. Research methodology: This research was a quantitative research with cross sectional approach. The number of samples in this study was 336 Family Planning Instructors (PKB) in Lampung Province. The data were collected through questionnaire instruments. Results: The results of training needs analysis for PKB showed that the obstacles in carrying out the duties mostly came from the internal factors which are related to personal tasks and competencies. The training required by PKB is training related to reproductive health, advocacy skills, and utilization of technology, article making and scientific papers, problem solving techniques, and effective communication. Limitations: For further research, it is recommended that researchers conduct organizational analysis and using varied data collection methods. Contribution: The results of this study can be a reference for BKKBN Lampung Province in conducting appropriate training for family planning counsellor (PKB) so that the effectiveness and productivity of the organization increases. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the training program in improving the technical competence of family planning instructors using the EKO2P evaluation model. Research methodology: This study uses quantitative methods. Population and sample are all training participants, amounting to 30 people. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire method and document analysis. Data analysis using descriptive statistics. Results: The results showed that the components of the average training quality were satisfactory or good, while the training output was frequent or good. Thus, it can be concluded that the training to improve the technical competence of family planning extension workers has been going well / effectively. Limitations: In this study, the EKO2P evaluation model was incomplete. Therefore, it is hoped that further research can be carried out to see the results of the training. Contribution: The results of this study are expected to be used as recommendation material for agencies, policy makers and interested parties, so that improvements can be made to the implementation of the training and training for representatives of BKKBN Lampung Province in the future. Purpose: This study aimed to understand the relationship between perceptions of decreased sexual dysfunction in DMPA acceptors. Research methodology: Using cross-sectional methods, a population woman of 600 people and a sample of 86 people, aged 15 to 49 samples taken years, sampling using accidental sampling, measuring instruments used in the form of a questionnaire, while the measurement method by interview. Results: Women who have perception 68, 6%, do not have perception 31.4%. Older women 37.2%, young 62.8%, long-married women 55.8% recently married 44.2%, women aged> 20 years as much as 43%, ≤ 20 years 57%, women have babies 65.1%, do not have 34.9%, women who have higher education 76.7%, low education 23.3%, women who work 40.7% and do not work 59.3%. The results of the bivariate analysis of the related variables were the length of marriage (p = 0.033) and education (p = 0.020). Limitation: The research was limited to KB acceptor at The Sahabat Keluarga Medical Center in The Way Galih Village, Tanjung Bintang. Contribution: The results of the study are useful for health workers and KB extension workers to determine priority target groups of acceptors who need to be given an education.
