Research on Automation Control of University Logistics Management System Based on Wireless Communication Network

Nowadays, individuals with and without technical knowledge have started utilizing the technology to a broader extent. The utilization of technology has gone deeper concerning gadgets that aid in wireless communication with anyone or anything. This advancement has paved the way for a trending technology named wireless communication network (WCN) in recent years. In addition to this, there has been a significant change and development in the field of trading goods. Manual ordering of goods has changed to online ordering, and hence, supply chain management. This research focuses on applying WCN to a logistic tracking information system (LTIS) for a university with automatic control of the system. A novel algorithm named intelligent logistics system construction algorithm is implemented to evaluate the efficiency and performance of data. This model aids in the tracking goods and automatic control of university logistics.

Policies and Innovations of Financial Technology Business Models in the Digital Economy Era on the E-Business Ecosystem in Indonesia

The rapid development of technology and information systems continues to give birth to various innovations, especially those related to financial technology to meet the various needs of the community, including access to financial services and processing of financial transactions. Financial technology (FinTech) is the implementation and utilization of technology to improve financial and banking services. The development of financial technology in Indonesia itself is growing rapidly, along with the development of existing technology. FinTech is developed by utilizing the latest software, internet, and computing technologies. Based on this, this study examines the development of innovation and policies for the fintech business model in the e-business ecosystem in Indonesia. This research is a qualitative research with data collection methods through focus group discussions, in-depth interviews, and literature studies. This chapter recommends that the government develop and make policies for fintech business model innovation in the e-business ecosystem in Indonesia.

The Utilization of Technology Tools and Preparation of Preservice Teachers for Literacy Instruction in the Age of Virtual Learning

The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic forced a sudden shift to virtual teaching and learning for teachers and students at all levels across the country. Surveys of K-12 teachers resulted in a compilation of technology tools utilized for reading instruction during virtual learning. Content analyses sought to connect technology tools to various components of the lesson cycle, and longer-term research to examine quality tools and pedagogical approaches to teaching reading in virtual settings is discussed. Implications for educator preparation programs and future curricular directions are examined.

PANDEMICS, TOURISM AND COMMUNITIES: AN ADAPTIVE POLICY FROM A CASE STUDY OF INDONESIA

This article shed more light on several policies can be adopted by the Indonesian government in terms saving the tourism-communities and tourism itself during Covid-19 pandemic. However, travel restriction policies in various countries also demanded the solidarity of tourists to stay at home, avoiding crowds, and delaying travel plans during the COVID-19 pandemic. It clearly causes the tourism sector to be heavily affected. As a solution , this research used the systematic literature review method to collecting data from 63 article that relevant to this topic. The results of this research classified into three main point that inovation can be raise by re-emphasising alternative forms of tourism through responsible torism and sustainable tourism. Utilization of technology (e-tourism) is a new form of transformation in the tourism sector, it can help tourist screening, case and contact tracing. Therefore, several policy should be created by central to local government that concern about communities sustainability during it’s condition.

PERANCANGAN SOAL BERBASIS TEKNOLOGI SEBAGAI UPAYA MENUNJANG PEMBELAJARAN DARING BAGI GURU-GURU BAHASA MANDARIN SE MALANG RAYA

ABSTRAKUpaya pendidik dalam memenuhi tuntutan pendidikan abad 21 saat ini telah menghadapi tantangan berat yaitu adanya pandemi. Pola pembelajaran yang biasanya dilakukan secara tatap muka, mau tidak mau kini harus berjalan dengan cara daring. Ketidaksiapan ini menimbulkan berbagai masalah yang ditemukan di lapangan antara lain ketidaktercapaian tujuan pembelajaran, kesulitan penyampaian materi pembelajaran, kurangnya interaksi dengan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran, kualitas pemberdayaan sarana dan elemen dalam pembelajaran yang terbatas, terbatasnya pengetahuan tentang penggunaan media yang sesuai dengan kondisi saat ini. Sedangkan dari prespektif siswa, terdapat masalah yang sering dihadapi ketika pembelajaran daring yaitu siswa merasa jenuh karena pembelajaran dan penugasan yang monoton, tagihan tugas yang menumpuk, pembelajaran tidak semenyenangkan pembelajaran tatap muka, mengantuk karena terlalu lama menyimak penjelasan guru via online sinkron, dan sulitnya jaringan internet. Pelatihan perangcangan soal berbasis teknologi ini dilakukan sebagai upaya meningkatkan kecakapan guru terkait pembuatan aktifitas daring, khususnya tes dalam bentuk kuis online yang lebih menarik daripada sekedar penugasan manual. Adapun kegiatan dalam pengabdian berupa (1) pembelajaran daring; (2) masalah yang terjadi dalam pembelajaran daring; (3) pembelajaran daring yang ideal; (4) pemanfaatan teknologi dalam tes dan latihan. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan ini menunjukkan, dengan aplikasi quizizz, proprofs, dan i spring suite guru dapat menumbuhkan minat dan motivasi dalam pembelajaran bahasa Mandarin, serta tercipta pembelajaran lebih bervariasi yang belum pernah dilakukan oleh guru sebelumnya. Kata kunci: pelatihan; pembelajaran daring; guru; bahasa mandarin. ABSTRACTEducators' efforts to meet the demands of 21st century education have faced a severe challenge: pandemics. Learning patterns that are usually done face-to-face, inevitably now have to run in an online way. This unpreparedness raises various problems found in the field including inability of learning objectives, difficulty in delivering learning materials, lack of interaction with students in the learning process, quality empowerment of facilities and elements in limited learning, limited knowledge of media use in accordance with current conditions. While from the perspective of students, there are problems that are often faced when online learning is that students feel saturated because of monotonous learning and assignments, piling up assignment bills, learning is not as enjoyable as face-to-face learning, sleepiness because it is too long to listen to the teacher's explanation via online sync, and the difficulty of the internet network. This technology-based training is done as an effort to improve the skills of teachers related to the creation of online activities, especially tests in the form of online quizzes that are more interesting than just manual assignments. The activities in this training are (1) online learning; (2) problems that occur in online learning; (3) ideal online learning; (4) utilization of technology in tests and exercises. The results of this training activity showed that with quizizz applications, proprofs, and i spring suites teachers can foster interest and motivation in Mandarin language learning, as well as create more varied learning that has never been done by teachers before. TINGKAT KEPRAKTISAN PENGGUNAAN E-LEARNING PADA MODEL PEMBELAJARAN BLENDED LEARNING DI TINGKAT SMA

Technological developments have a considerable influence on education, especially in learning media. Learning media is no longer conventional but is starting adapted with existing technology. The results of the initial observations found that the majority of senior high schools already have facilities for technology-based learning media, but the utilization of technology-based learning media is still very low. This resulted in less utilization of school facilities which already provided. Based on these observations and references from existing researches, it is assumed that e-learning, which is one of the technology-based learning media, can be used as a learning media for blended learning models. This research purpose was to produce an e-learning as learning media and the assessment level of practicality. This research used the Research and Development’s method with four-D development procedures to examine the level of practicality. To assess the level of practicality of e-learning, an assessment through a questionnaire was given to randomly selected subjects. The practicality assessment questionnaire consists of three main indicators such as indicators state of use, effectiveness of learning time and indicators of benefits. Referring to the results of the assessment, the average level of e-learning’s practicality is 80.70% so it can be concluded that e-learning is practical to be used as a learning media.

The method on measuring utilization index of agricultural technology

Utilization of technology as a research result is the foremost indicator towards the success of R&D as well as the measure of the multiplier effect concerning the usage of R&D budgets. However, to define the indicators and measurement of technology benefits is less considered. This study was aimed to determine the scope, indicators, and comprehensive measurement methods on the utilization of technology in the form of an index to standardize the value. Through literature studies, benchmarking of previous models and Focus Group Discussions, the measurement indicators of technology utilization index include: the availability of technology at the user’s location, the distribution of technology adoption, technology benefits, technology accessibility and user acceptance. Every variable for each indicator was based on the type of technology. The method for measuring the level of technology utilization using a composite index of four variables and calculation was carried out by weighting the importance of each variables based on the eigein value of Analytical Hierarchy Process. Three utilization categories were not utilized (index <1); underutilized (index 1 to 3); and high utilized (index> 3). As an example, the utilization index of a new superior varieties (VUB) of rice was high (3.75) with relatively good indicators on technology benefits and availability of VUB rice seed at the user’s location. Furthermore, the result implies that the method on measuring the utilization index is adequate to be widely applied for other types of technology.

Simple and accurate calculation model of viscosity for supercritical CO2

The high-precision calculation method suitable for the viscosity of supercritical CO2 is reported. The modified LBC model, modified DS model and Ehsan empirical formula are selected to calculate viscosity. The error analysis result shows that the average absolute error of the modified DS model is the lowest, which can be applied to the engineering calculation. The LBC model is suitable at 7.5–25MPa and the Ehsan empirical formula has high accuracy at 25–60MPa. Then the viscosity plate is drawn at temperature range of 310–800K and pressure range of 7.5–60MPa, which can be applied in carbon dioxide resources recovery and utilization of technology.
