Secara umum, kebersyukuran (gratitude) dan makna hidup(meaning of life) merupakan emosi positif yang ada dalam diri seseorang terkait dengan pemenuhan kebutuhan dan fungsi diri secara positif. Seseorang yang fokus pada rasa kebersyukuran dan kebermaknaan hidup, mampu membuat hidupnya menjadi lebih sejahtera, produktif dan memiliki kepuasan dan kebahagiaan dalam hidup, sehingga energi positif ini dapat menguatkan dan meningkatkan kesehatan mental seseorang, salah satunya saat ia berada ditempat kerja. Ketika membahas tentang produktivitas kerja, banyak sekali faktor penting yang secara langsung maupun tidak langsung mempengaruhi, salah satunya adalah kesehatan mental.Sehingga banyak sekali kajian-kajian pustaka dan hasil penelitian yang mengangkat fenomena kesehatan mental dari berbagai perspektif, baik persepektif fisik, sosial, emosional maupun mental.Kajian literature ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kontribusi kebersyukuran (gratitude) dan kebermaknaan hidup (meaningoflife) dapat menumbuhkan kesehatan mental pekerja di tempat kerja.

إن الدعوة الي الله أصل عظيم من أصول الإسلام. وهي من أسباب النصر على الأعداء ، و من أسباب الظفر بعظيم الأجور. فقد دلت الأدلة من الكتاب والسنة على وجوب الدعوة إلى الله عز وجل، وأنها من الفرائض، والأدلة في ذلك كثيرة، وصرح العلماء أن الدعوة إلى الله عز وجل فرض كفاية، بالنسبة إلى الأقطار التي يقوم فيها الدعاة، أما أخلاق الدعاة  : أولاً الإخلاص: فيجب على الداعية أن يكون مخلصا لله عز وجل، وثالثا الصبر وهو من الصفات اللازمة لنجاح الدعوة إلى الله عز وجل ورابعا يعني التواضع معرفة المرء قدر نفسه وتجنب الكبر ، ويتطلب أن يتجنب الإنسان المباهاة بما فيه من الفضائل والمفاخرة بالجاه والمال و خامسا التحقق والتثبت من المنكر من الأمور اللازمة لنجاح الدعوة إلى الله عز وجل ، التحقق والتثبت من المنكر المطلوب إزالته وتغييره و سادسا: القدوة فيما يدعو إليه واجتناب ما ينهى عنه وإنما هي شرط كمال وأدب ، واستشهدنا فيما ذهبنا إليه بأقوال بعض العلماء

HIV-positive MSM are men who engage in same-sex sexual behavior and have been positively diagnosed with HIV. According to Public Health Offices data in Jember, there had been 3.186 cases of HIV and AIDS from 2004 to June 2017, in which homosexual risk factor contributed by 7.6%. The current study aimed at analyzing Enabling Characteristics of HIV-POSITIVE MSM which included the followings: a) Family/individual income, b) Insurance participation and fee, c) Knowledge of HIV-positive MSM community on VCT and CST, and d) Skills of health workers. The current qualitative study employed a case study research approach. There were eight (8) respondents who were determined by means of Purposive sampling technique for the study. In analyzing data, thematic content analysis method was employed. The results of the study revealed that the individual income of most main respondents were 3 (three) millions per month while a few main respondents didn’t have a permanent job so their monthly incomes were uncertain, b) Most of the main respondents didn't apply for any health insurance because they didn't have Family Registration (KK) / Identity Card (KTP) and they were worried about their HIV status being exposed by the Public Health Centers (Puskesmas), c) Main respondents had some knowledge and information on VCT (voluntary counseling & test) and CST (care support & treatment) services which sources vary from health workers, social media and public information signs. In addition, the respondents knew some types of ARV (antiretroviral) from health workers and the internet, d) the respondents also stated that the skills of the health workers were very good, whilst the language used by the health workers were polite, friendly, and they treated patients and officers equally.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji secara empiris 1.) hubungan antara problem focus coping dan tipe kerpibadian extrovert dengan penyesuaian perkawian pada pasangan di periode awal perkawinan. 2.) hubungan antara problem focus coping dengan penyesuaian perkawian pada pasangan di periode awal perkawinan. 3.) hubungan antara tipe kepribadian extrovert dengan penyesuaian perkawian pada pasangan di periode awal perkawinan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 72 orang yang berstatus suami dan istri yang berusia 18-40 tahun, terdiri dari 33 pria dan 39 wanita  yang yang memiliki usia pernikahan di bawah 10 tahun atau periode awal perkawinan. Alat pengumpul data berupa kuesioner skala problem focus coping dan skala tipe kepribadian extrovert dan skala penyesuaian perkawinan. Reliabilitas kuesioner skala problem focus coping adalah 0,867dan skala tipe kepribadian extrovert  adalah 0,889 dan skala penyesuaian perkawinan adalah 0,898. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji non-parametrik spearman. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh hasil menunjukkan bahwa; 2.) Ada Hubungan yang signifikan antara Penyesuian Perkawinan dengan Problem Focus Coping dengan nilai p= 0.565, sig= 0.000. 3.) Tidak ada hubungan antara tipe kepribadian extrovert dengan penyesuaian perkawian pada pasangan di periode awal perkawinan dengan nilai p= -0,143, sig= 0.231.

Batik meruakan kebudayaan asli Indonesia. Pewarnaan batik dapat menggunaka bahan alami yang dengan mudah didapatkan di alam Indonesia. Masyarakat Desa Wonosari bersinggungan langsung dengan Taman Nasional Meru Betiri melalui program Indonesia Climate Change Trust Fund (ICCTF) membuat gerakan ekonomi kreatif batik warna alam dengan motif flora dan fauna yang ada di Taman Nasional Meru Betiri (TNMB). Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis pelestarian lingkungan dan peningkatan ekonomi di Desa Wonosari Kecamatan Tempurejo Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa keberadaan pemberdayaan masyarakat yang dilakukan ICCTF melalui kreativitas membatik menggunakan sumber daya alam di Taman Nasional Meru Betiri (TNMB) sangat bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan produktivitas ekonomi kreatif berbasis ekonomi dan lingkungan, yang dikhususkan untuk perempuan-perempuan Desa Wonosari Kabupaten Jember.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan intervensi kepada penderita skizofrenia. Subyek penelitian berinisial Y, berjenis kelamin perempuan, berumur 46 tahun, dan belum menikah dengan pendidikan terakhir S1. Subyek didiagnosa mengalami gangguan skizofrenia residual. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, tes psikologi dan dokumentasi berupa rekam medik dari RSJ tempat subyek dirawat. Intervensi yang diberikan adalah konseling dengan teknik konfrontasi dan psikoedukasi kepada keluarga subyek yang dilakukan sebanyak 4x sesi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konseling dengan teknik konfrontasi dan psikoedukasi efektif digunakan sebagai media untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan minum obat.

The Reinforcement of Islamic Community Development Study Program through community empowerment based on Life Skills Education and Intermediate Technology can be one solution to overcome unemployment while preparing prospective Community Development graduates. Moreover, life skills education and other intermediate technologies can serve as an alternative program which is able to provide appropriate basic training for students about the values of life and daily survival tips so that they are able and skilled to carry out the required things in life when they return to the society. From the description of the aforementioned issue, the researcher was intrigued to conduct a study by formulating the research objectives to achieve which were summarized in the general research problem namely The Empowerment of Community Development Study Program through Life Skills Education and Intermediate Technology. In order to achieve the research objectives, a research method was required as a concept and the base for analyzing and summarizing the research results. The current study employed a qualitative approach, while the type of the research was field research which can also be considered as a broad approach in qualitative research or as a method for collecting qualitative data. The reinforcement process of Islamic Community Development Study Program students in Faculty of Da'wah, IAIN Jember by BBLKI Jember Regency through life skills education included activities to foster activeness and to motivate students in choosing methods and media for life skills education accompanied with: Practical Activities and Evaluations. Meanwhile, for the tangible activities, there were small industries, small and medium scale entrepreneurship development, monitoring, life skills education, and intermediate technology. The Work and Industrial Training Empowerment Model in Jember was divided into three levels, namely micro, meso, and macro in which the approach was a combination of a task-centered approach, the use of groups as an intervention medium, and an empowerment directed at a broader environmental system.

The current quantitative research was carried out to develop anxiety instruments from grand theories and detailed aspects into indicators to statement items representing theoretical constructs of anxiety in the form of blueprints. The data sampling technique employed in this study was purposive sampling. The subjects of the study were 98 respondents in total who attended the first grade of junior high school. The current study developed an anxiety instrument by employing aspects from Rosenhan and Seligman. SPSS used in the data analysis process. The data validity test stated that items number 6 and 20 were dropped because their scores were less than 0.300. Meanwhile, items number 1,2,3,4,5,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,21 were valid because their scores reached above 0,300. Moreover, from the reliability test, it was found that the score was 0.871 which implied that the data was reliable.

Human resources are the most important factor in achieving organizational goals. However, sometimes some kinds of problems ranging from work pressure, low-paying salary, conflicts with colleagues, lack of organizational attention and appreciation, also bullying are often faced by these human resources, especially employees. Such problems can trigger stress on these employees. Therefore, the existing employees need to be perceived significant, not only from physiological aspects but also their psychological aspects. Individuals who are physiologically and psychologically secure will have better skills in determining attitudes, behavior and making decisions. Well-being is more than just happiness and pleasure. Well-being or a feeling of comfort in the workplace (workplace well-being) includes health which covers physiological and psychological symptoms related to the medical context. Prosperous employees will influence their personal growth, life goals, dynamic relationships establishment with the surrounding environment and the ability to make positive social contributions. Employees who have high prosperity level at work will become more cooperative, punctual, efficient, have low chance of slacking off and can work longer hours at the company. Employees will be more enthusiastic in working, displaying high dedication and being able to concentrate fully in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. The well-being felt by employees will create positive emotional situations for their work, and become more meaningful. In the end, employees will become more emotionally attached to their workplaces.

In this paper, the author presents a study of management of da’wah bil lisan (invitation to Islam through oral preaching) from the perspective of hadith (records or sayings of Prophet Muhammad PBUH). The current study discussed about how the concept of da’wah management was based on the hadiths of the Prophet in which the author intended to explore the relation of the hadiths to expert theories in management. This paper presented the definition of Da’wah management as well as the kinds of media employed. In addition, it also explained the concept of management of Da’wah in the form of planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the study revealed that: (1) Planning, Rasulullah (The Prophet) recommended preachers to develop a strategy of da'wah to make it easier and more appealing for the target of preaching so they wouldn’t leave. (2) Implementation, Rasulullah encouraged Da'I (a preacher) to avoid using false information (hoax), hate speech and boastful statements in delivering his preaches. (3) Evaluation, Rasulullah also encouraged us to self-evaluate for anything we had done and to control our desires.
