This research was conducted at the Biology Education Laboratory, Faculty of Teacher Training and Educational Sciences, Nusa Cendana University, with the aim of knowing the effect of the concentration of the antibacterial extract of Callyspongia biru on the growth of bacteria that caused Ice-ice disease. The method used in this study was an experimental method, with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 4 treatments (concentration of Callyspongia blue extract of 10%, 20%, 30% and 40%) with 3 times repetition. Therefore, the total treatment units were 12 units. The parameter that has been measured in this study was the diameter of the inhibition zone. The inhibition zone diameter data was then analyzed by using one-way ANOVA with the Tukay method. If Fcount  is greater than Ftable then it would be tested further using Honest Reality Difference test at 5% significant level. The result showed that the different concentrations of Callyspongia blue extract gave significantly different effects on the growth of bacterial isolates from seaweed Eucheuma cottonii with Ice-ice disease. At a concentration of 40%, Callyspongia biru extract showed the strongest average inhibition of 27.67 mm.

Abstract : This research aims to develop e-book learning media using the professional Flip pdf application based on problem solving in human digestive system materials and to test the feasibility of e-book media developed through validation of Experts and to find out the effectiveness of teacher and student responses. Is a type of research development / Research and development that uses 4D models with stages (define, design, develop and desiminate) in this study only up to the stage of develope.descriptive qualitative research design. E-book as a free variable and human digestive system as a bound variable. The population in the study was 18 students of class XI AL-khairiyah High School 4 Cilegon, school year 2021/2022. Data retrieval and collection techniques are carried out by spreading questionnaires and interviews, data analysis techniques using interpretase scales and likert scales to test the feasibility of e-books that have been created. The results of the assessment of media experts, obtained a score of 82% and and expert test material obtained a value of 79% which falls into the category of feasible while the response test of the student response test obtained a score of 88% and the teacher board 81% with a very interesting category, based on the results of the study can be concluded that: e-book human suppression system based on problem solving is suitable for student use in biological learning system materials. Keywords:biological learning, e-book, human digestive system, problem solving

Tofu from Lembang, Tofu from Sumedang and Tofu from Garut are three types tofu that are produced in different places, but still close. Although made from the same raw material that is soy, every tofu will produce a different tofu, both in terms of taste, aroma, texture and suppleness. Differences in the type of flavour compouds used can also be a factor causing divergence of any tofu product. The characteristic of the tofu were determined by identifying the flavour compouds GC-MS, as well as organoleptic tests. To determine differences in compound-producing falvour in the tofu. The results extraction method was carried out on tofu samples using n-pentane as solvent then analyzed using GC-MS. Flavour compounds of all three types of tofu included into the ester group, alkenes and aldehydes. Organoleptic tests show that the panelists prefered. Tofu from Sumedang for test of colour appearance (82%), for the test texture panelists like Tofu from Garut (83%), for test of elasticity panelists prefered Tofu from Garut Lembang (75%), for taste test panelists prefered Tofu from Lembang (88%), panelists prefered Tofu from Lembang for flavour test (82%).

Monoicado (The Science Monopoly Game on Light and Optical Instruments) is an educational game based on a monopoly game developed with the aim of helping students understand the material, encouraging students to be more active, and providing a fun atmosphere in learning science subjects on the material of Light and Optical Instruments at the junior high school level. This paper aims to describe (1) the feasibility and (2) students' responses to the results of the media development. This study implemented the 4D research and development model proposed by Thiagarajan (define, design, develop, and disseminate) where the dissemination stage was not carried out. The research subjects involved 2 material experts, 2 media experts, 2 teachers as users, and 33 students from one junior high school in Bondowoso district, East Java. The data obtained were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively . Quantitative analysis was carried out on the acquisition of validation scores given by experts, users, and students. Qualitative analysis was conducted on all responses to the media. The media developed is considered very valid in all three aspects of assessment (material, media, and practicality). Students' responses to the media are visualized in a wordcloud with the most comments: easy to understand, fun, and to train memory on the Light and Optical Instruments material.
