This paper discusses about al-Ḥawālah, namely the transfer of debt. This study has a very important purpose for the continuation of human interaction in daily life, it is very important for academics to learn about al-Ḥawālah studies in the Qur’an and Hadith, so that it can be used as a source of legal assistance for Muslims. The author can consider al-Ḥawālah, namely the transfer of debt from the debtor (al-mudīn) to others who are burdened with others with a kafālah that can only collect dependents in the hands of the guarantor (kāfil) without being moved, while the debt is still in the responsibility of al-mudīn.

The Indonesian Parliament has passed the Pesantren Law. An important point of the Pesantren Law is the state's recognition of pesantren graduates, both formal and informal. Pesantren data from the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia is divided; 12,626 pesantren that focus on studying the Book (Yellow), and 15,109 pesantren who study the Book and other educational providers, with a total of 27,735 pesantren in Indonesia. In an Islamic boarding school, an ideological spirit will be found. The kyai will teach his chosen ideology to all students, both in attitude and speech, both in formal and informal learning. Scientific transformation as well as ideology will gradually form a santri figure similar to his kyai. And the pesantren culture continues to be rooted in obedience and loyalty between the kyai and santri. This situation led to the same spirit. This paper will photograph pesantren in packaging certain ideologies. What is the argument for choosing ideology? How do you socialize it?

This paper discusses the characteristics, and methods of interpretation of Tarjumān al-Mustafīd. Using the descriptive-analytic method, the study answers the question of how are the characteristics of Tarjumān al-Mustafīd, written by ‘Abd al-Ra’ūf? The writer finds that although the author of this tafsir had served as a mufti during the reign of the Sulṭānah Safiat al-Dīn Tāj al-ʻAlām (1641-1675), but — as far as the writer could observe, no political influence was found in this book of commentary. Moreover, although ‘Abd al-Rā'uf was a mursyīd of the Syattariyah tariqah, he did not give much nuance to his book of tafsir. At the same time, this finding rejects the assumption that Tarjumān al-Mustafīd can be characterized to have sufi nuances in it.

There is an assumption that develops in society that according to religion women have no place in social life and women's role is limited only in the domestic sphere. The implication is that women are not allowed to take roles in the public sphere, such as being educated as equals to men, working outside the home, even taking part in political territory. One of the modern-day Muslim scholars who interpreted the verse as a limitation on women leaving the house was Abū al-A‘lā al-Maudūdī. The author is interested in further examining his interpretation because it is classified into modern commentators but some interpretations related to women seem to be gender biased. This paper will discuss al-Maudūdī's interpretation of the QS. Al-Aḥzāb: 33 this verse is said to be the initial foothold regarding perceptions of restrictions on the movement of women in the public sphere resulting from an understanding of the results of the interpretation of orders for women to always remain at home. Then examine how this interpretation affects women's political activities.

The end-time traditions differ slightly from other traditions because they are predictive and cannot be ascertained when they occur. Themes related to end-time hadiths such as the appearance of al-Mahdi, the Antichrist, Jesus, and the Great War seized many Muslim scholars to interpret them. Sometimes, certain interpretations have tendencies that are biased. There are a lot of debates related to these traditions, for example, are the traditions of ahad and israiliyyat about the end of time accepted? Sunni clerics choose to use ahad and be careful in responding to israiliyyat. They also offer several stages in formulating it.
