The savings and loans cooperative are a cooperative that has an important purpose in its reach and services, such as the Permata Ngijo Savings and Loans Cooperative. Activities within the cooperative itself include managing member data as well as savings and loan transactions. In systems that are still manual, such as Microsoft Excel, there is a risk of inaccurate data and takes a long time. This manual system is still less effective because the number of members and transactions continues to grow. Therefore, an application is needed as a more effective data processing and information system for members that is easier to access. This study aims to build an android-based savings and loan application using the hypertext preprocessor (PHP) programming language and my structured query language (MySQL) as data storage. Based on the android application that has been made, it shows that the black box functionality of the application runs as planned, the success rate for users reaches 90%.

As we get old, we become weaker and more vulnerable to diseases. Sooner or later, our health fails, and we die. That happens to most, but not all, animal species. If we want to live longer, understanding why we get weaker is important. Many people work on the question of how aging happens. That is, they try to understand how the cells and living tissues behave as they get older. But there is a deeper question: why do humans and other animals get old at all? Do our bodies just wear out, like old machines? Or is there an important evolutionary reason for getting old? In this article, we will explore those questions. We suggest that getting old and dying serves an important purpose: when the old die, the young can adapt faster to a changing world.

Organization’s most important purpose is to reap performance and effectiveness thru productiveness and powerful control. It’s visible that even though the paramount significance of AI, records technological know-how and analytics are governing the prevailing international activity dominion however nonetheless the dearth of powerful HR is felt and found in the course of the company system. A human useful resource wishes to be well certified, converted, and powerful for being a successful entity of any company. In this studies paper we've on the whole targeted on enforcing diverse quantitative choice strategies the use of SPC and K nearest neighbor set of rules for great viable choice system. The paper makes a specialty of carried out gadget gaining knowledge of attitude of KNN as a foundation of type for efficaciously deciding on personnel on the idea of theoretical and market place reliable criteria. The paper eventually solutions to healthy if the study’s findings have become sufficiently excellent sufficient for the company in phrases of monetary proofs or value advantage technique.

The important purpose of appealing to the texts of V. Sukhomlynsky is to identify and comprehend the spiritual reality, which is sometimes expressed clearly, but sometimes only implicitly. The issue of spiritual reality of V. Sukhomlynsky has undeniable theoretical and applied interest because it broadens our conceptions of inner life of personality. Relying on the explicative views on the creative achievements of a prominent educator gives reason to speak about a completely different semantic plane for solving essential problems of human spirituality.

The important purpose of this current work is to study a new class of operators, the so-called Toeplitz-superposition operators as an expansion of the weighted known composition operators, induced by such continuous entire functions mapping on bounded specific sets. Minutely, we have deeply discussed the conditions for boundedness of this new type of operators between certain types of some holomorphic Bloch classes with some specific values of the weighted functions.

The bivalve anadara grandis is one of the most abundant shells which are easy to find in Indonesian waters. The number of clams consumed is directly proportional to the amount of clamshell waste, which the most part is only disposed into waste. Coral reef has a very important purpose in supporting activities in coastal areas. Artificial reef is a structure that has aim to restore the biological purpose coral reef that have been damaged. This study aims to compare the effectiveness of the use of normal concrete (made from sand, cement dan splits only) than clamshell mixture as materials of artificial reef.  A field research was conducted in Pasir Putih, Situbondo, with visual descriptive method (transect with a quadrant of 25 x 25cm) and underwater camera as an aid to facilitate the observation. During the 4-month observation of the drowning, nine types of biotas were found in attaching, with the dominant biota attached to these artificial reef were bivalves, barnacles, and bryozoan. Results show that the total number and density of calcareous biota attached on clamshell concretes are higher than those of standard concretes. So, it could be concluded that the concrete reefs made of clamshells resulted in attachment of biota slightly higher than it of normal concretes and the benefits of both materials can form the coral reef ecosystem well. In particular, the use of artificial reef with a mixture of clamshells is better than normal concrete because its more effective for algae attachment and cheaper because  low budget due to the material availability of clamshell presently as damage and wastes in coastal area.

The task of moral formation has long been an important purpose of higher education in the United States. However, pluralism and lack of moral consensus within secular universities present significant challenges to accomplishing this task. One possible solution is Christian study centers, which offer thick moral cultures that can form students at secular universities within the Christian tradition. Anselm House’s Fellows Program at the University of Minnesota illustrates such a context and suggests avenues for future research.

The effectiveness of sex to make children is remarkably low and totally random: there is no doubt that as soon as possible other methods to achieve it will be preferred. Yet humans have an enormous amount of sexual relations, devote a great deal of their resources to it, and most of the time seek to ensure that they are not fertile. Why? The usual explanations are insufficient to explain these behaviors. This article proposes that the most important purpose of sexual intercourse is to transmit not our genes but the genes of our microbiome, that is of other species’ genes. This hypothesis explains not only the frequency of sexual intercourse but also the frequency of non-fertilizing and risky sexual behaviors.

Abstract Recently, results from at least six major randomized clinical trials studying management of COVID-19 have been announced via press release. Given the unique nature of the pandemic, results of such trials often have immediate and worldwide relevance. Yet, while press releases serve the important purpose of disseminating top-level results quickly, they are inherently limited in scope, and rarely include sufficient data to inform practice. Herein, we propose a minimum set of trial characteristics and results to be released simultaneously with clinical trial announcements. This practice will ensure data related to the management of COVID-19 can be used to appropriately impact care, while responding to the needs of diverse stakeholders in the scientific and publishing communities, as well as the public at large.

One of the legacies of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) will be its many trial and appeal judgments with significant length. These are accompanied by a ‘reasoned opinion in writing’ which drastically varies in size. Those written reasoned opinions, also referred to as judgments, serve an important formal and tangible purpose. They are intergovernmental judicial decision-making records of judicially-determined factual and legal findings and conclusions concerning atrocities committed in the former Yugoslavia. Politically, they serve a less tangible, but no less important, purpose—as the Tribunal’s contribution to the restoration and maintenance of peace in the former Yugoslavia. Yet, for possessing such importance, little is known about how the judgments come into existence. Who drafts them and how and what are the stages? Who are the legal support staff involved? What determines structure, content, language, and style? How is an opinion ‘reasoned’? What has been the impact of ICTY judgments? This chapter seeks to answer these questions.
