<p>The rapid development of the society and economy in China has led people’s standard of living to a higher level. However, the issues between energy development and environmental protection have become more pressing. In order to fundamentally solve the contradiction between environmental protection and energy development, it is necessary to deepen the awareness of protecting the environment and reasonably tap into the power of energy. Satisfy the two purposes, as in cherishing the environment and supplying energy for social development, at the same time. This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the problems of energy development and seeks a coordinated development path between energy development and environmental protection.</p>

<p>With the accelerated development of urbanization, China’s rural landscape is declining. To create a “beautiful countryside”, the first thing is to protect the existing rural landscape. There are three aspects that need to be <span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';">considered </span>to structure the protection mechanism of rural landscape. Cultivated land is an essential part of the rural landscape. It is the basis of protecting the existing cultivated land in the countryside to establish and implement the cultivated land protection system. Rural cultural landscape is the cultural embodiment of the integration of rural society and natural environment. It should follow the principles of integrity, living and authenticity to protect the macro ecological environment and micro internal elements of the cultural landscape. Ecological conditions are closely related to the livability of the human settlement environment and cultural attribute of rural landscape. The construction of ecological civilization requires the government to take the lead and the masses to support, and then balance the benefits between ecologic and economic in the urbanization development.</p>

<p>With the development of modern society, environmental pollution has become the most important problem in today’s society, especially the large amount of greenhouse gas emissions. It not only makes a variety of natural disasters occur frequently, but also seriously affects the safety of people’s lives and property. So it is necessary to take low-carbon life as the main design concept in urban planning so as to maintain the healthy development of the whole city and society. The paper further explains the application and development prospect of low-carbon life theory in cities by studying the current situation and problems of low-carbon city and discussing the relationship between spatial layout, transportation system and industrial structure in urban planning and low-carbon city theory.</p>

<p>RCEP (Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership), a modern, comprehensive, high-level and mutually beneficial agreement was signed<span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';">, which</span> marks the official establishment of the free trade zone with the largest participating population, the most diverse membership structure and the greatest development potential in the world. Benefit<span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';">ed</span> from RCEP<span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';">, the</span> regional trade liberalization <span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';">can be achieved and the</span> rising global inflation expectations <span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';">can be reached</span>. The mining industry, especially the metal industry, may usher in a new period of development opportunities. However, potential risks still need to be paid attention to. For example, the implementation of RCEP is <span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';">far less than expectations; </span>the situation of Sino-US trade has further deteriorated<span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';">;</span> and the implementation of economic stimulus policies in Europe and the United States falls <span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';">out</span> of expectations.</p>

<p><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';">T</span>he rapid development of national economy is <span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';">closely related to the </span>environmental protection and the rapid development of green buildings. The development of green building has always been the focus of national development research. It is undeniable that it has a crucial impact on the exploration of the factors affecting the development of green building. Undoubtedly, the research on the factors affecting the development of green building plays a vital role in the progress of the national construction industry and the vigorous development of the government’s green environmental protection. This paper first determines the green real estate index as an indicator of the impact of green building, <span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';">and then </span>on this basis, stud<span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';">ies</span> the main factors affecting the growth of green building area and the degree of impact <span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';">by </span>using the method of quantitative analysis of data<span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';">. </span>Finally, based on the results of the analysis, the corresponding policy recommendations are put forward.</p>
