Human beings are deeply related to land. Human beings take birth on land, live on land, die on land and mixes with land ultimately. As stated in the holy Quran: ‘We (Allah) created you (human beings) from the soil, we shall make you return to the soil and We shall call you back again from the soil’ (20:55). Human life is surrounded by soil i.e. land. So, land is a highly completed issue of human life involving economic, social, political, cultural and often religious systems. Land administration is thus a critical element and often a pre-condition for peaceful society and sustainable development. In administrating land, Khatian or record of rights plays a vital role to determine the rights and interests of the respective parties as supportive evidence. In this article, discussion is mainly made on the fact that Khatian or record of rights is not a document of title solely but it may be an evidence of title as well as possession. Under several circumstances, a nanowire transistor with a square cross-section behaves as a circular. Taking the Gate-All-Around junctionless transistor as a primary example, we investigate the transition of the conductive region from square to circle-like. In this case, the metamorphosis is accentuated by smaller size, lower doping, and higher gate voltage. After defining the geometrical criterion for square-to-circle shift, simulation results are used to document the main consequences. This transition occurs naturally in nanowires thinner than 50 nm. The results are rather universal, and supportive evidence is gathered from inversion-mode Gate-All-Around (GAA) MOSFETs as well as from thermal diffusion process.

A real-time SYBR Green I assay was developed and evaluated as a biological and enzymatic polymerase chain reaction (Bio-PCR) protocol for the detection of Xanthomonas arboricola pv. pruni. Suppression subtractive hybridization was used to generate a X. arboricola pv. pruni-specific subtracted DNA library, using X. arboricola pv. corylina as the driver strain. Primer pair 29F/R, designed from cloned sequence, showed no homology to GenBank sequences and amplified a 344-bp product in all X. arboricola pv. pruni isolates. Compared with other published X. arboricola pv. pruni primers, this primer pair was shown to be the only one capable of differentiating X. arboricola pv. pruni from all other X. arboricola pathovars. A real-time assay was developed and shown to be capable of detecting less than 10 CFU and 0.1 pg of DNA. Epiphytic bacteria isolated from plum tissue was used to further evaluate the specificity of the assay. A Bio-PCR protocol, developed for field evaluation, confirmed X. arboricola pv. pruni isolation from asymptomatic and symptomatic plum tissue over a 9-week period between host flowering and the first appearance of leaf and fruit symptoms in an orchard. Dilution plating enabled X. arboricola pv. pruni numbers to be quantified, providing supportive evidence for the usefulness of the Bio-PCR protocol in plant pathology and quarantine surveillance.

Deleading is a dangerous process which, if improperly done, can result in acute lead intoxication. The following case report illustrates what happened to an already-lead-poisoned child's lead level when he was not excluded from his apartment during deleading. Supportive evidence is provided from 12 additional cases recently seen by the same pediatric practice. The issues behind the failure of these families to vacate their apartments during deleading are discussed, and the need for lead-poisoning prevention programs to address these issues, particularly that of providing alternative shelter during deleading, is stressed. Society should adequately fund such programs so that they become a reality.

This is a descriptive analytical study that highlights the significance of child education from an Islamic perspective which emphasizes the importance of children religious upbringing that profoundly attaches them to their Creator and imprints in their hearts and minds the word of monotheism from their birth to the end of their lives. It illustrates the rights the Creator endows to children. The study also emphasizes that child education should be based on love and devotion to Allah and His Messenger, and recitation of the Holy Quran. Moreover, it shows both the relationship between religious education and the other types of education and the impact of this relationship on the children's life. The study derives it supportive evidence from the Holy Quran and the Prophet's tradition which are collected from reliable Islamic sources documented according to the criteria adopted for documenting such material. The study showed the importance of Islamic education to children and that is necessary to deeply root this education in their hearts to protect them from any threats they will encounter in their life, especially those hazardous to the fundamentals and principles of their religion.
