This study is conducted to: 1) test and analyze the influence of educational level on financial report quality; 2) test and analyze the influence of work experience on financial report quality; 3) test and analyze the influence of accounting information system on financial report quality. This type of research i.e. research with quantitative data sources in this study is the primary data. Population in this study is all employees employed in district financial department in Surakarta with the sample amounted of 30 employees, where all population was taken as sample. The technique in this study use the question form. The data analysis in a linear regression multiple series program spss for windows version 17.0. From data analysis known that the variabel work experience (H2) and accounting information system comprehension (H3) have influence on financial report quality, and the educational level (H1) variable has no influence on financial report quality, with in the regression coefficient values show that showed a negative value i.e. t count-0.985 and significant value of 0.334

Objective Video Quality Method Based on Mutual Information and Human Visual SystemIn this paper we present the objective video quality metric based on mutual information and Human Visual System. The calculation of proposed metric consists of two stages. In the first stage of quality evaluation whole original and test sequence are pre-processed by the Human Visual System. In the second stage we calculate mutual information which has been utilized as the quality evaluation criteria. The mutual information was calculated between the frame from original sequence and the corresponding frame from test sequence. For this testing purpose we choose Foreman video at CIF resolution. To prove reliability of our metric were compared it with some commonly used objective methods for measuring the video quality. The results show that presented objective video quality metric based on mutual information and Human Visual System provides relevant results in comparison with results of other objective methods so it is suitable candidate for measuring the video quality.

Background: Chronic exposure to occupational ionising radiation is seen as one reason for elevated cancer prevalence. </P><P> Objective: The aim of this retrospective study was to evaluate radiation exposure of anaesthetists by real-time dosimetry. Methods: Data of 296 patients were analyzed. Ten types of trauma operation procedures including osteosynthesis of upper and lower extremity fractures and minimally invasive stabilisation of traumatic and osteoporotic vertebral fractures were accomplished. Evaluation was performed by an occupational dosimetry system, which visualises anaesthetists radiation exposure feedback compared to surgeons in real-time. Results: A significantly lower radiation exposure to anaesthetists compared to surgeons was observed in four types of operative procedures: Plate fixation of proximal humerus fractures, osteosynthesis of proximal femoral fractures, stabilisation of traumatic and osteoporotic vertebral fractures. In four types of operations (plate osteosynthesis of proximal humeral, distal radial and tibial fractures and intramedullary nailing of the clavicle), anaesthetists` amount of radiation exceeded one-third of the surgeons' exposure, especially if the C-arm tube was positioned close to the anaesthetists work station at the patients' head. Conclusion: By using the occupational radiation dose monitoring system, radiation exposure to anaesthetists was visualised in real-time during trauma operations. Radiation exposure of anaesthetists depends on the type of operation and the position of the C-arm. The system may help to increase anaesthetists` awareness concerning radiation exposure and to enhance compliance in using radiation protection techniques.

AbstractThe Fingolimod Patient Support Program (F-PSP) is an interprofessional specialty pharmacy service designed to ensure responsible use of fingolimod by promoting patient safety and medication adherence. This study aims to evaluate the safety and medication adherence of patients who joined the F-PSP between 2013 and 2016. Sociodemographic and medical characteristics, patient safety data (patient-reported symptoms, discontinuations due to adverse events (AEs), repeated first-dose monitoring), and medication adherence (implementation, persistence, reasons for discontinuation, influence of covariates, barriers and facilitators) were described. Sixty-seven patients joined the F-PSP. Patients reported a high frequency of symptoms. Due to AEs, 7 patients discontinued fingolimod, 3 took therapeutic breaks, and 1 reduced the regimen temporarily. Three patients repeated the first-dose monitoring. Patients had a high medication adherence over the 18-month analysis period: implementation decreased from 98.8 to 93.7%, and fingolimod persistence was 83.2% at 18 months. The patients’ level of education, professional situation, and living with child(ren) influenced implementation. Patients reported more facilitators of medication adherence than barriers. The F-PSP seems valuable for supporting individual patients (ensuring responsible use of fingolimod and inviting patients for shared-decision making) and public health (indirectly gathering real-world evidence).

Abstract In this controlled before-after study, wound swabs were only processed for culture, identification and susceptibility testing if a quality metric, determined by the Q score, was met. Rejection of low-quality wound swabs resulted in a modest decrease in reflexive antibiotic initiation while reducing laboratory workload and generating few clinician requests.
