The current frequent occurrence of major accidents shows the urgent need of the society for compound talents in safety management. At present, the training of safety engineering talents in colleges and universities is more prominent in the safety knowledge and skills of students in their professional fields. Therefore, by analyzing the problems existing in the training of safety engineering professionals in engineering colleges and universities, the necessity of cultivating safety management talents has been discussed. According to the questionnaire, we can understand the social needs of safety management talents and analyze the knowledge structure of safety management talents. It also introduces the attempts of Xi'an University of Science and Technology(XUST) in the training of safety management compound talents. Through exploring the training method of safety management compound talents, it provides a reference for improving students' comprehensive practical ability and innovative ability in safety technology and management.

The smooth implementation of the fire safety management system in colleges and universities can not only further regulate the fire safety management of colleges and universities, but also prevent and reduce fire hazards and ensure the safety of life and property of teachers, students and employees in higher education institutions. This paper starts with the current situation of fire safety management in colleges and universities, combined with the laws and regulations of the Higher Education Institutions of Higher Education. The paper introduces the key points of the construction of fire safety management system in colleges and universities, and makes a simple exploration of the fire safety management system of colleges and universities from the aspects of innovative safety publicity and education mode, perfecting safety management platform and strengthening enforcement control.

In recent years, the laboratory safety situation in Colleges and universities has improved, but the safety situation is still severe, so it is urgent to carry out relevant research. Based on the research basis of previous literature, this paper extracts the causes of laboratory accidents in Colleges and universities in the past six years, uses the grey system theory to carry out correlation analysis, sorts the correlation degree of influencing factors of laboratory safety behavior, and through empirical analysis, the organization system, safety education, professional safety, laboratory environment management, foundation safety show a decreasing relationship in the influencing factors of laboratory safety. On the basis of this conclusion, the safety management path of related laboratories is proposed: Improve the laboratory organization and management system; carry out safety education regularly; strict professional operation process; orderly laboratory environment; effective basic safety management. These path studies have positive practical significance for laboratory safety management.

Intelligent equipment and network application based on Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Internet of Things and other emerging technologies are becoming one of the most important efforts in the construction of experimental and training information infrastructure in Colleges and Universities. Aiming at the problem that the application environment of teaching experiment and training in Colleges and Universities of Art and Design requires higher performance ability of virtual desktop and graphics processing, the specific characteristics on training room of art and design, and the design ideas and principles of virtualization desktop technology, are analysed on the unique perspective of specific projects of Shanghai Institute of Visual Arts. A virtualization desktop application platform of the Virtualized Graphics Processing Unit Technology on FlexPod Architecture is put forward. With the application of this platform, the performance of the desktop is improving, and the complexity of IT management is reducing, and the model for the application of the virtual desktop technology for colleges and universities of art and design is provided.
