This research aims at examining the effect of variable of Islamic work ethics and business ethics on the organizational and professional commitment, in which variable of professional commitment functions as intervening variable. The primary data of this research are collected through collecting opinion or perception of external auditors, who fills in and submit quetionnaire to the researcher. The 30 copies of questionnaire distributed to the public accountant in Riau with sensu. Questionnaire are analyzed by using regression technique with help of SPSS V 16 program and multiple regression analysis. The result of this research shows that the more understand the external auditor the prevailed custom or rule of work, either in the profession ethics or Islamic work ethics and bussiness ethics the better he does his duty and function as external auditor. And furthermore, it has effect on his commitment of profession as a external auditor and commitment of organization.

Globalization has placed modern organizations in tremendous competition locally and regionally across borders; thus, the ultimate goal of every organization is the same which is profitable survival. In order to make sure that this profitable survival goal does not come at the cost of harming others, guiding principles are needed to bring goodness and fairness for the stakeholders' interests. This paves the way for designing, implementing and adopting ethical principles in the organization to keep competition fair and just. This chapter highlights the significance of adopting ethical practices in organizations at the threshold of 21st century and its challenges. It discusses how individual ethics system has been formed which further goes to make a healthy workplace. As religion has always been a source of inspiration for its followers, hence, this chapter attempts to trace ethical inspirations in religious teachings, specifically Islamic work ethics. Recommendations for training and development are provided.

The attention of business ethics from Islamic viewpoint has become more significant for business in this modern era. The aim of this study is to examine the consequence of Islamic work ethics on justice perception among the banks of District Peshawar. The concept of organizational justice integrated three measurements, specifically procedural, interactional and distributive justice. Practicing and Potential Personnel were surveyed and adopted questionnaire was used for data collection tools. The sample was collected from 205 employees from different banks operating in District Peshawar. The result proposed that Islamic work ethics significantly contribute the three levels of fairness perceptions. Furthermore, Islamic work ethics influence dimensions of organizational justice positively. Limitations, implications and suggestions for future work are also discussed in this study.

Today, all companies, local, national and international, should have a positive image as the main prerequisite of gaining a strong position at their general social image. Creating such an image depends on adopting the work ethics principles as behavior norms. The companies whose organizational structure is based on work ethics norms have an increase in their reliability, their institutionalization comes true in short time, potential of their products being chosen increases, a large and steady customer base is created and, as a result, these companies achieve a high level competitive power. The aim of this chapter is to define ethics, business ethics and cost related to unethical decision making. At the end a case study will be analyzed based on Ethical Criteria.

Justice is an important factor in improving employee performance. In its application, companies must apply good business ethics so that the relationship between justice and performance can increase. Several previous studies have discussed the relationship between fairness and performance, but still few have linked it to business ethics, especially Islamic business ethics. This study aims to determine This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice on employee engagement moderated by Islamic work ethics at Ratu Samban University (UNRAS), Bengkulu. The sampling technique used in this study is the census method, which is taking the entire population as a sample of the study. Based on the number of population then the sample in this study amounted to 80 respondents. The research variables consist of independent variables namely distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice, the dependent variable is the Employee Engagement, and the moderation variable is the work ethic of Islam. Data analysis in this study using hirearki regression analysis. The results of this study prove that Distributive Justice has a significant positive effect on Employee Engagement, Procedural Justice has a significant positive effect on Employee Engagement, Interactional Justice has a significant positive effect on Employee Engagement, Islamic Work Ethics moderate the effect of Distributive Justice on Employee Engagement, Islamic Work Ethics moderate the effect of Procedural Justice on Employee Engagement and Islamic Work Ethics  moderate the influence of Interactional Justice on Employee Engagement.

As the administrators with business ethics guide pre-service teachers, the item stating that both disciplinary incidents are reduced and everyone is willing to work together in the educational institution reveals that if the educational administrators have work ethics, the educational management organization can come together as a whole, including the pre-service teacherswithout neglecting the concept of discipline. In this study, the opinions of pre-service teachers studying at a state university on business ethics were discussed.
