Abstract Dishub Surabaya and traffic Unit Polrestabes Surabaya partners  do speeding tickets through CCTV to reduce traffic violations in traffic and prevent accidents frequently happened. For the socialization of the press role is required so that residents will know  this new traffic regulation. The way of the spread CCTV by the way to traffic gridlock around the continuously to be done in make the community become disciplined in the traffic signs and regulations. The underlying theory is a theory of mass communication, theory of hypodermic needle theory, S-O-R theory, discipline theory, theories of adolescence. The methodology that was used this research is quantitative methods with type of correlational quantitative. In this research that are samples are teenagers klampis semalang 96 respondents. From the results of statistics done shows that significantly is the cctv news traffic to discipline attitude traffic in teenagers Klampis Semalang Urban village Klampis Ngasem in Sukolilo Surabaya city. Plants rely on both actin and microtubule cytoskeletons to fine-tune sorting and spatial targeting of membranes during cell growth and stress adaptation. Considerable advances have been made in recent years in the comprehension of the relationship between the trans-Golgi network/early endosome (TGN/EE) and cytoskeletons, but studies have mainly focused on the transport to and from the plasma membrane. We address here the relationship of the cytoskeleton with different endoplasmic reticulum (ER) export mechanisms toward vacuoles. These emergent features of the plant endomembrane traffic are explored with an in vivo approach, providing clues on the traffic regulation at different levels beyond known proteins’ functions and interactions. We show how traffic of vacuolar markers, characterized by different vacuolar sorting determinants, diverges at the export from the ER, clearly involving different components of the cytoskeleton.

Background: Road traffic accidents are a major health hazard in the world. Everyday thousands of people are killed and injured on our roads. Objective: Our study aimed to determine attitude and behaviour of road traffic accident among high school student in Riyadh. Methodology: school based cross sectional study sample size was 197 among high school students in Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. high school students of Diriyah province. Inclusion level was 29 and 30 year of high school students. Exclusion was female and staff. Sample Technique was systematic random. Data collection using pretested, preceded questioner and analysed using SPSS version 20. P-value of less than 0.05 was considered significant result. Results: 96.5% of participants showed a good level of knowledge toward traffic regulation. 83.25% of participants showed a good attitude. 53.8% of participants were fully aware of the traffic signs. 51.3% of participants had an accident before. 26.9% had driving license. Conclusion: The majority of our respondent showed good level of knowledge regarding of traffic regulation, the minority of participants has driving license, almost half of participants use mobile phone while driving, most of participants don't use seat belt.
