The article considers one of the important criteria for improving the enterprise management system – making a high-quality management decision. This criterion affects the development of the organization's management system. The proposed method, using the implementation of the built-in quality system, will increase the number of high-quality decisions made, increase the ability of the management system to adapt to external changes, and contribute to the formation of a self-supporting system by using the internal reserves of the organization.

This study aims to produce the vision and mission of the Ayam Geprek Dapur Ayu accounting section, the quality policy of the Ayam Geprek Dapur Ayu accounting section, the task description based on the organizational structure of the Ayam Geprek Dapur Ayu and the SOP (Standard Operational Procedure) of the Chicken Geprek Dapur Ayu. The method in this study uses a collaborative model. Researchers modify the quality system to be developed by researchers in accordance with the needs of prospective product users / users by identifying problems, identifying objectives, developing product designs. The results of this study are the SOP (Standard Operational Procedures) of the Profit / Loss Report on the Geprek Dapur Ayu Chicken Business that researchers have proposed to business owners who have been found to be very beneficial in developing the Geprek Dapur Ayu Chicken business going forward. Small data set approach is used for the estimation of Largest Lyapunov Exponent (LLE). Primarily, the mean period drawback of Small data set was corrected. On this base, the LLEs of daily qualified rate time series of HZ, an electronic manufacturing enterprise, were estimated and all positive LLEs were taken which indicate that this time series is a chaotic time series and the corresponding produce process is a chaotic process. The variance of the LLEs revealed the struggle between the divergence nature of quality system and quality control effort. LLEs showed sharp increase in getting worse quality level coincide with the company shutdown. HZ’s daily qualified rate, a chaotic time series, shows us the predictable nature of quality system in a short-run.

The purpose of issuing a quality manual for the radioisotope production plants is to define and describe the quality system implemented by the plant. It provides general procedures for all activities comprising the quality system, defines the authorities and responsibilities of all personnel affected by the system and provides a way to inform our customers of the specific controls that are in place at radioisotope production plants to assure continued product quality. Such a quality manual is regularly updated to depict the quality management system implemented by radioisotope production plant as accurately as possible. Example of this type of quality manual is developed for the radioisotope production facility (RPF) located in ETRR-2 Complex site – Egyptian Atomic Energy Authority – Inshas-EGYPT.
