Abstract In the construction process of box culvert form-work without tie rod, the stress state of its supporting system is of great importance. Based on a construction project for the box culvert without tie rod form-work, this paper studied the force characteristics of diagonal braces during the concrete pouring of the box culvert. The force calculation theory of the support system was analyzed and the force was analyzed using the finite element software Midas Civil. The results showed that when the distance between the connection point of the diagonal brace and the foundation was 1 m, the diagonal brace cannot provide effective support for the template, and when the distance between the connection point of the diagonal brace and the template is 2 m, 3 m, and 4 m, the diagonal brace can provide effective support. It was recommended that the diagonal brace connection point is 3 m away from the template as the optimal diagonal brace layout position. It is recommended to strengthen the area of increased local deformation of diagonal braces to a certain extent according to the calculation results of this finite element analysis to improve the safety performance of the entire structure. The research results of this paper can provide reference for follow-up similar construction problems.

Magnetic-Liquid Double Suspension Bearing (MLDSB) is composed of an electromagnetic supporting and a hydrostatic supporting system. Due to greater supporting capacity and static stiffness, it is appropriate for occasions of middle speed, overloading, and frequent starting. Because of the complicated structure of the supporting system, the probability and degree of static bifurcation of MLDSB can be increased by the coupling of hydrostatic force and electromagnetism force, and then the supporting capacity and operation stability are reduced. As the key part of MLDSB, the controller makes an important impact on its supporting capacity, operation stability, and reliability. Firstly, the mathematical model of MLDSB is established in the paper. Secondly, the static bifurcation point of MLDSB is determined, and the influence of parameters of the controller on singular point characteristics is analyzed. Finally, the influence of parameters of the controller on phase trajectories and basin of attraction is analyzed. The result showed that the pitchfork bifurcation will occur as proportional feedback coefficient Kp increases, and the static bifurcation point is Kp = −60.55. When Kp < −60.55, the supporting system only has one stable node (0, 0). When Kp > −60.55, the supporting system has one unstable saddle (0, 0) and two stable non-null focuses or nodes. The shape of the basin of attraction changed greatly as Kp increases from −60.55 to 30, while the outline of the basin of attraction is basically fixed as Kp increases from 30 to 80. Differential feedback coefficient Kd has no effect on the static bifurcation of MLDSB. The rotor phase trajectory obtained from theoretical simulation and experimental tests are basically consistent, and the error is due to the leakage and damping effect of the hydrostatic system within the allowable range of the engineering. The research in the paper can provide theoretical reference for static bifurcation analysis of MLDSB.

AbstractDuring this, managing the economy at Islamic boarding schools has only functioned as a supporting system. The business cycle that has been carried out has not yet reached the maximum utilization of vital resources. Its economic potential has not been appropriately explored and sustainably. The two Islamic boarding schools that are the locus of this research have been accelerated. Using a qualitative approach, this study explored the development of human resources, optimization of production processes, and good marketing strategies at Pesantren-preneur. The data was collected through interviews, discussions, and observations. Data analysis used a cross-case analysis technique that describe the same characteristics from the two research locations. The study's findings include: first, the strategy of developing human resources for pesantren-preneur includes Internalization of values, human resource management, and support systems. Second, the production process of the entrepreneurial boarding school starts from potential analysis, supplier selection, product differentiation to innovation and control. Third, the marketing approach uses an open marketing system and a closed system.AbstrakPraktik pengelolaan ekonomi pondok pesantren selama ini hanya berfungsi sebagai supporting system. Siklus bisnis yang dijalankan belum sampai pada pemanfaatan sumber daya vital secara maksimal. Potensi ekonominya belum dieksplor secara baik dan berkelanjutan. Dua pondok pesantren yang menjadi lokus penelitian ini telah melakukan akselerasi ekonomi dengan baik. Penelitian ini maksudkan untuk mengeksplorasi pengembangan sumber daya manusia kompeten, Optimasi proses produksi dengan standar yang terukur, dan Penggunaan strategi dan pendekatan marketing yang baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, diskusi dan observasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dengan teknik analisis lintas kasus yang mengabstraksi karakteristik yang sama dari dua lokasi penelitian. Temuan penelitian ini meliputi: pertama, strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia pesantrenprenuer meliputi: Internalisasi nilai, Manajemen sumber daya manusia, dan support system. Kedua, proses produksi pesantrenprenuer dimulai dari analisa potensi, pemilihan suplier, deferensiasi produk, hingga inovasi dan pengendalian. Ketiga, Pendekatan marketing menggunakan open system marketing dan closed system.
