This study aims to produce the vision and mission of the Ayam Geprek Dapur Ayu accounting section, the quality policy of the Ayam Geprek Dapur Ayu accounting section, the task description based on the organizational structure of the Ayam Geprek Dapur Ayu and the SOP (Standard Operational Procedure) of the Chicken Geprek Dapur Ayu. The method in this study uses a collaborative model. Researchers modify the quality system to be developed by researchers in accordance with the needs of prospective product users / users by identifying problems, identifying objectives, developing product designs. The results of this study are the SOP (Standard Operational Procedures) of the Profit / Loss Report on the Geprek Dapur Ayu Chicken Business that researchers have proposed to business owners who have been found to be very beneficial in developing the Geprek Dapur Ayu Chicken business going forward. Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (LPMP) of Aceh Province is a technical service. Education and Culture Ministry in Aceh is not technical service which result in understanding of the importance of building maintenance is still minimum. The problem in this research is to review the existing condition of the buildings in LPMP Unit 1 of Aceh Province, the organizational structure and define the scope of maintenance on The existing Buildings of LPMP Unit 1 of Aceh province. From the results obtained, for work program Standard operational procedure that has been owned by the Agency is still not appropriate this is directly related to unavailable of technical guidelines, it is in accordance with the opinion of respondents, which 70% answered The Unavailable of Standard Operational Procedure. On financing whether funds from the government are high but the allocation of funds for building maintenance is still not sufficient, because it depends on the allocation of funds available from the ministry. It is expect to The LPMP of Aceh Province to pay more attention to the building maintenance and perform routine maintenance.

Islamic community in Serbia has opened and agency for certification of Halal Quality System in food industry and in this way helped food producers who want to develop their businesses in that direction. 'Halal' is a term contrary to 'haram' and it means legal. Every producer wishing to obtain halal certificate must previously introduce and implement quality control system which will provide not only production according to hala standards but also purchasing of halas raw materials and accompanying material. Halal quality system can be implemented into existing quality system. At the same time this system defines organizational structure, responsibilities, procedures, activities, possibilities and resources with same mutual purpose that products, processes or services satisfy defined goal - halal product. .

Mediation is actively used in dispute resolution practice in organizations and labor collectives in national and international companies abroad. In the Russian Federation, such activities – educational, legislative and practical – are conducted by the Scientific and Methodological Center for Mediation and Law. A significant obstacle associated with the possible introduction of mediation in the practice of large Russian commercial holdings is the specifics of personal experience of business owners themselves. Basically such enterprises were created in the 90s of the XX century, and differ in criminal stories of their appearance. Mediation is not suitable for resolving all industrial disputes.In our opinion, based on the study of literature on the subject of studying the boundaries of mediation application in the management of industrial conflicts – fundamental, i.e., those that relate to the characteristics of people, and systemic, i.e., those that relate to the organizational structure of the enterprise.

Abstract Clusters represent one of the defining elements of the Europe 2020 Strategy of the EU in terms of sustainable regional development due to the organizational structure, to the sphere of representativity and, not least, due to the economic policies adopted in this respect at the European level. The present paper presents the manner in which one can design a cluster-type collaborative model, specific for defence, using methods specific to modeling. The basis for the achievement of this conceptual model is the model of the cluster life cycle, a model analog to the life cycle of the product.
