Regulation plans have been implemented in Serbia over the past twenty years as the main operational instrument of planning. However, a general, systemic investigation of the effects of their implementation has failed. Because the elements of regulation and the rules for development and construction applied significantly affect the character of an urban space, the intention is to point out the need to establish procedures and criteria for regular evaluation of the built environment and the need to continuously re-examine planning attitudes. The input data for redefining the scope and shape of regulation can be obtained by analyzing the planning process and evaluating its results. The chosen case study encompasses the plan for four urban blocks in Vracar and includes the 15-year period since its adoption. The extent to which the Plan has met the set objectives from the point of view of urban planning and conservation will be investigated through an analysis of the results obtained in practice, while failures and possible improvements will be pointed out.

This paper presents a multiagent system (MAS) that simulates a multiactor interactive spatial-planning process. The MAS extends an existing approach with the principle of sharing knowledge between participating actors while trying to create a shared vision. In the simulation, actors are modelled as agents. They have desires and preferences regarding the future development of their environment. These are used to develop their individual views on what areas are eligible for change. A facilitator agent coordinates the exchange of information by indicating possible solutions and conflicts to the actor agents. The simulation is demonstrated for an allocation problem in a pilot area in the southeast of the Netherlands. Four different scenarios are implemented, which demonstrate the impact of cooperation and hierarchy during an interactive spatial-planning process. Although the model is kept limited in terms of input data, the results show its potential for providing insight into the relations and interaction between actors, rather than predicting the results of an interactive spatial-planning process.

National and European transport policy is now moving towards zero-emission transport. One way to achieve public transport policy objectives is to replace conventional buses with electric ones. However, due to the technical characteristics of electric buses, this process will be complicated. Tools are therefore required to support this process. The objective of the research project ERANET Electric Mobility Europe project "PLATON - Planning Process and Tool for Step-by-Step Conversion of the Conventional or Mixed Bus Fleet to a 100% Electric Bus Flee” is to support the stakeholders involved in the process of fleet renewal using an IT tool. Proper development of the tool requires the analysis of many aspects related to the process. The article presents selected elements influencing the total cost of ownership (TCO). The focus of the paper is on the technical and organizational aspects related to the replacement of bus fleet. Authors also shows the main aspects of the structure of TCO analysis.

An unambiguous analysis of transmission electron diffraction effects requires two samplings of the reciprocal lattice (RL). However, extracting definitive information from the patterns is difficult even for a general orthorhombic case. The usual procedure has been to deduce the approximate variables controlling the formation of the patterns from qualitative observations. Our present purpose is to illustrate two applications of a computer programme written for the analysis of transmission, selected area diffraction (SAD) patterns; the studies of RL spot shapes and epitaxy.When a specimen contains fine structure the RL spots become complex shapes with extensions in one or more directions. If the number and directions of these extensions can be estimated from an SAD pattern the exact spot shape can be determined by a series of refinements of the computer input data.

This thesis aims to examine the management process applied in the Madrasah Murottilil Qur'an Al-Rifa'ie 2 Malang. Beginning with the curriculum planning process, implementing the curriculum, and how to evaluate the curriculum of the Madrasah Murottilil Qur'an Al-Rifa'ie 2 Malang. This research aims to find out and describe the managerial process of the curriculum, and the inhibiting factors in the implementation of efforts to achieve the vision, mission that has been set.This thesis is a report on the results of field research using a qualitative descriptive method with a case study research approach that takes place at the Al-Rifa'ie 2 Malang Boarding School.Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis is done by reducing data, then presenting data, and finally from the compiled data conclusions are drawn. Checking the validity of the data is done with credibility which includes Triangulation, peer checking, extension of observation time, increasing perseverance.The results of the analysis show that the curriculum management implemented by p Madrasah Murottilil Qur'an Al-Rifa'ie 2 At the planning stage, the process carried out was planning the implementation time, the learning program, making the academic calendar, and how the evaluation was held. At the implementation stage, it starts with a new santri test, conducts learning and conducts an ascension test. The evaluation process is carried out at least 2x in one month, and 1 and after one semester.
