The rapid development and advancement of technology has made significant changes to the condition of society, both in terms of policy, communication, biocracy, or at any existing institutions, without exception educational institutions. Educational institutions are institutions that are directly affected by developments in the times and technology, so that educational institutions are required to be able to keep up with any changes and developments in the vicinity, especially technological developments. The Education Management Information System or known as EMIS is a form of technological development, which is useful in providing real data for educational institutions as a support in managing new useful data and information for its users using computers and internet networks. EMIS is a combination of human resources and other computer-based resources that produces cumulative data storage, recovery, communication, and use for the purpose of effective and efficient school management operations

This study used qualitative descriptive method. The data were collected by means of observation, interview, and documentation. This study aims at describing the management of extracurricular activities in SMK Terpadu Al-Ishlahiyah Singosari. Extracurricular activities are performed outside the lesson haours that must be developed properly by a school, so that interest talent, and potential learners an be more optimally. In order to extracurricular activities an be run effectively then in the implementation required management functions of planning, organizing, actuating, and evaluation of extracurricular activities. The result achieved of implementation activities extracurricular in SMK Terpadu Al-Ishlahiyah is the active participation of students and development of talent learners in both academic and non academic.

The professional attitude of a teacher is no longer reflected at this time. Where they only carry out the task of transferring knowledge without providing direction and guidance that helps the development process of each student. The purpose of this research is to build and provide efforts to develop and improve the professional attitude of a teacher by carrying out a regeneration system with a recruitment process for every new cadre who wants to apply as a teacher. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a literature study type approach. Where the researchers compared the results of several previous findings. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the principal has a very important role in using this regeneration system. Where the principal must always motivate the teachers. With the provision of motivation and enthusiasm, teachers will feel that they are getting an award in work performance.

The covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on various aspects of life. With various new policies taken regarding the Covid-19 pandemic, new adaptations are needed for our lives. The existence of the PSBB policy (large-scale social restrictions), social distancing and stay at home forced everyone during this pandemic to carry out all activities from home on an online basis. Likewise in the education sector, which must adapt to new habits related to policies during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing student management at the Mohammad Hatta Islamic Elementary School during the Covid-19 pandemic based on research. This research is a case study research using a descriptive qualitative research approach to describe the findings obtained after the research. The data in this study were collected by means of interviews, observation and documentation study. The research results show that in a managerial system, the activities in this institution have been systematically organized even though they are still adapting to the latest policy updates from the government. This institution strives to continue to optimize student activities amidst the limitations of meeting face to face.

This study wants to explore administrative management at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Fattah Malang. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection uses the method of documentation and unstructured interviews. The result is that the administrative management at MI Al-Fattah is generally quite good, but there is still a lot that needs to be addressed to achieve an ideal administrative order, starting with the management of student office personnel administration, and the infrastructure has been managed quite well. Al-fattah is a wholehearted service shown by the friendliness of all educators and education staff in serving students and guardians of students. It is necessary to optimize and digitize the overall administrative management to make it easier to access

This research or research focuses on describing the management of educational libraries in Islamic Junior High School Polehan – Malang. This description of the library is reviewed from several sources by explaining each discussion from the beginning of the library implementation planning process to the library evaluation process. The research method in this study is a case study, by conducting field research and collecting data from observations, documentation or interviews. The results of this study indicate that there are activities in the management of library administration and management of library library materials. Both types of library management must begin with a clear formation of the library organizational structure which will facilitate the overall library management process. The clarity of the organizational structure of the library can be seen from the existence of the Head of the Library and Library Staff.Management of library administration such as the vision and mission, the organizational structure, the rules, library facilities, and library services. The library management of the Islamic Middle School of Polehan – Malang has been trying to be maximized as much as possible even though there are many limitations. While the management of library library materials such as procurement of books, flow management of library materials, collection of library materials, and storage of library materials. The management of library materials at the Islamic Middle School in Polehan – Malang during the pandemic was very different, where before the pandemic library services were carried out directly by library staff and students, then during the pandemic the guardians were allowed to come to school to borrow library books.

The leadership of the Kyai is special because it is not yet known in depth by the society. A Kyai has a very important role in providing religious education to the society. The leadership of the Kyai has another feature, which is to make the society more easily influenced and obedient to the matters conveyed by the Kyai. Likewise with the leadership of KH. Ahmad Muchtar Ghozali. He has an important role in providing Islamic religious education to the society.                The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the type of leadership KH. Ahmad Muchtar Ghozali, his efforts in empowering religion in society, as well as describing the implications of the leadership results of KH. Ahmad Muchtar Ghozali in empowering the society. The method used in this study is a qualitative method and the research approach used is descriptive qualitative with the type of life-history research. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation study. The research instrument was the researcher. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation techniques, peer checking, and member checking.                This research results indicates that: (1) the type of leadership KH. Ahmad Muchtar Ghozali is charismatic and democratic. (2) KH. Ahmad Muchtar Ghozali in empowering religion is by becoming a mosque stakeholder, mubaligh (preaching), teaching, being active in ORMAS activities (society organizations) to establishing a Islamic boarding school and formal education, (3) the implication of KH leadership. Ahmad Muchtar Ghozali in empowering religion in society is the creation of a society that upholds Islamic values and is able to produce the younger generation to become an ulama’ (scholar).

Madrasah Aliyah Bahrul Ulum Tajinan Malang is one of the educational institutions under the auspices of the Bahrul Ulum Tajinan Islamic Boarding School Foundation, Malang. This Madrasah is very thick with its religious atmosphere, because it stands in a pesantren environment. This madrasah has good quality education seen for the several programs it has, namely 8 excellent programs., as well as standart operational for learning noble character and habituation of noble character. In addition, this madrasah also has several prominent programs, they are: 1) discipline, 2) dhuha prayer activities and reading yaaseen, 3) complete facilities and infrastructure. Therefore, the author wants to examine how the principal’s strategy in improving the quality of education at Madrasah Aliyah Bahrul Ulum.This research was conducted in Madrasah Aliyah Bahrul Ulum Tajinan Malang. Research data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. To check the validity of the data using triangulation of sources and methods. Data analysis uses interaction model analysis techniques with three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion.The results of the study, the principla’s strategy in improving the quality of education in Madrasah Aliyah Bahrul Ulum Tajinan Malang are namely, 1) improving the quality of educators and education, 2) fostering the discipline of teachers and students, 3) increasing the effectiveness of learning, 4) improving madrasah facilities and infrastructure, 5) improving the quality of learning and stucent achievement, 6) evaluation of teaching and learning process, and 7) promoting madrasah.

As an educational institution that is superior in terms of religious education and creativity, SMK Terpadu Al-Islahiyah Singosari – Malang, always got praises and awards from various competitions and performances. This things certainly makes proud of all the components that are in SMK Terpadu Al-Ishlahiyah. But since of corona virus or commonly called covid - 19, the institution of education is predicted is the easiest place for covid - 19 to spread, because of the activities that are always done in groups. This is what makes the interest of the author to investigate this issue further. The existence of covid – 19 pandemic seems to be a test for educational institutions. All educational institutions in Indonesia is required to be able to keep running the learning process in this pandemic situation. The government decided to do online learning because of this situation. as what SMK Terpadu Al-Ishlahiyah has done, they are also implementing online learning in this pandemic situation.This study uses a qualitative method in the form of interviews, in addition, this study also carried out by way of review of the literature to corroborate the explanation of the results of the interview. This is done to determine how the application of management students in the learning process in the middle of the pandemic of covid - 19 in SMK Terpadu Al-Ishlahiyah. As well as the impact or what obstacles are given Covid - 19 to the learning process of learners.

Management as a tool to assist in any activity, such as in the world of education, as the elements contained in management, namely: planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. The existence of a management refers more to certain fields, for example in the management of facilities and infrastructure. Management of facilities and infrastructure that regulates facilities and support for school residents to carry out teaching and learning activities. Meanwhile, the facilities and infrastructure before the pandemic and when the pandemic still existed, must have experienced differences. Good facilities and infrastructure need to be prioritized with a plan, planning contained in the management of facilities and infrastructure has one point, namely the existence of a RKAS. RKAS is a plan regarding funds that will be used for school development.
