Quang Ninh is one of the few provinces with great potentials, including the famous natural wonder of Ha Long Bay, a large source of coal for economic development with large scale, fast speed and effective tall fruit. State has approved the master plan of economic development - society to 2020 and vision to 2025, but the implementation is not yet eligible desired. What are the causes? and how should develop to make Quang Ninh become rich? To help clarify these questions authors proposed some ideas, and recommendations of 4 things to do. These are (1). seamless connectivity between Quang Ninh and Hanoi and other places by roads and sea; (2). to develop the energy industry, transport and tourism in the direction of modernity; (3). enhance the governance capacity of the local authorities

Indian cities are currently in a phase of transition. Continuous urbanization and seamless connectivity is the paradigm. Proliferating bourgeois class is extending the demand for private automobiles. With limited opportunity to increment land use allocated to transportation and rapid shift towards automobile ownership, importance of transit system is being sensed. City managers believe that public transit could be an alternative in providing solution to ever increasing problem of traffic congestion, parking demand, accidents and fatalities, and global environmental adversities. This chapter examines the critical planning issues that need to be addressed. It highlights the opportunities and challenges these cities are poised towards transit system planning. The experiences from cities worldwide that have adopted transit systems to create compact city forms fostering mixed land use development are exemplified here. A ‘3P' developmental framework of ‘provide', ‘promote' and ‘progress' has been proposed to harness the opportunity.

Due to their high mobility, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) can offer better connectivity by complement or replace with the existing terrestrial base stations (BSs) in the mobile cellular networks. In particular, introducing UAV and millimeter wave (mmWave) technologies can better support the future wireless networks with requirements of high data rate, low latency, and seamless connectivity. However, it is widely known that mmWave signals are susceptible to blockages because of their poor diffraction. In this context, we consider macro-diversity achieved by the multiple UAV BSs, which are randomly distributed in a spherical swarm. Using the widely used channel model incorporated with the distance-based random blockage effects, which is proposed based on stochastic geometry and random shape theory, we investigate the outage performance of the mmWave UAV swarm network. Further, based on our analysis, we show how to minimize the outage rate by adjusting various system parameters such as the size of the UAV swarm relative to the distance to the receiver.

The advancements in the telecoms industry have led to the emergence of many new technologies to meet communication requirements worldwide. Consumers have largely been using GSM, CDMA and WiFi. New developments have given birth to more robust communication systems including WiMax and LTE. Lay users are not aware of the technicalities, advantages and disadvantages of these technologies. Therefore, there is a state of great confusion among the users of this generation as to which technology is the best for them to use. Each of these technologies has pros and cons over one another. For example, LTE covers a large area and offers the highest speed, but the user has to pay for it; however, WiFi covers only hotspots but the use is free. Future heterogeneous networks (HetNets) will enable users to achieve seamless connectivity through vertical handovers while providing them the beneficial features of each technology. For HetNets many issues still need to be addressed. This paper explores some of the open problems and future trends related to the handovers in heterogeneous wireless networks. The dynamics with respect to handovers and the network load of cellular architecture in the coming era in the field of wireless communications are also presented. In addition, first a foundation is laid on the IEEE media independent handover and its importance and then the problem of load balancing and its impact on the realization of future HetNets is explained. Finally, an important problem during vertical handovers, known as the ping-pong effect is explained. The open problems for researchers have been identified for the aforementioned issues.

Distributed computing (DC) has been broadly perceived as the cutting edge's registering foundation with the fast development of portable applications and the support of Cloud Computing for an assortment of administrations, the Mobile Cloud Computing (MCC) is presented as an incorporation of Cloud Computing into the Mobile Environment. Portable Cloud Computing is picking up stream. MCC is alluded to as the framework where both the information stockpiling and the information handling occur outside the cell phone. In MCC condition, Cloud Computing, Mobile Computing and Application confront a few difficulties like Mobile Computation Offloading, Seamless Connectivity, Vendor/Data Lock-in, Long WAN Latency, Live VM (Virtual Machine) relocation issues, Low Bandwidth, Energy-Efficient Transmissions and Trust-Security and Privacy Issues. In this paper, I have talked about around a few difficulties and issues identified with the Mobile Cloud Computing. This paper gives data about Mobile Cloud Computing Application, Security and Issues.
