With the development of smart devices and mobile communication technologies, e-commerce has spread over all aspects of life. Abnormal transaction detection is important in e-commerce since abnormal transactions can result in large losses. Additionally, integrating data flow and control flow is important in the research of process modeling and data analysis since it plays an important role in the correctness and security of business processes. This paper proposes a novel method of detecting abnormal transactions via an integration model of data and control flows. Our model, called Extended Data Petri net (DPNE), integrates the data interaction and behavior of the whole process from the user logging into the e-commerce platform to the end of the payment, which also covers the mobile transaction process. We analyse the structure of the model, design the anomaly detection algorithm of relevant data, and illustrate the rationality and effectiveness of the whole system model. Through a case study, it is proved that each part of the system can respond well, and the system can judge each activity of every mobile transaction. Finally, the anomaly detection results are obtained by some comprehensive analysis.

This chapter presents a logical technology-independent fully content-focused inquiry into the operations quality problems of any symbolic representations of reality. This teleological operations-research-based approach demonstrates that a purpose-focused view, natural within the operation- research (OR) methodology, facilitates faster progress in identifying the fundamental relationships of more lasting validity for business, public administration, and military purposive operations. Products of the Information Quality Programs and Initiatives at MIT (MITIQ Program) serve as recognized research references. It contains definitions of (1)A tentatively universal hierarchical taxonomy of the entire universe of quality requirements, (2) The tentative definitions of the first five tentatively universal operations quality requirements for any situation, (3) An economic sequence of their examination, and (4) The first seven tentatively universal principles in this domain. This quality framework may assist researchers in further studies and assist practitioners in understanding the intricate relationships among operations quality attributes. The chapter presents the tentative results of the author’s research in progress.

The software industry being highly resource-oriented tries to ensure that knowledge residing in the minds of the employees is effectively utilised for leveraging core business competencies. Therefore, providing effective knowledge management systems (KMSs) to utilise this knowledge for optimising business processes has become crucial for enterprises to stay competitive. This paper attempts to assess the effectiveness of KMS implementations from a knowledge workers’ perspective via six dimensions of the Jennex and Olfman (J&O) KMS success model. Quantitative data was collected through a web-based survey questionnaire from knowledge workers in 25 Indian software companies. Statistical analysis of the study’s model was conducted using SmartPLS® (version 2.0.M3) software for assessment of both measurement and structural models. The empirical analysis of the model’s hypotheses indicated that a knowledge worker’s intent to use a KMS is significantly dependent on Service and Knowledge/Information Quality dimensions of J&O KMS success model. This paper implies that the J&O KMS success model seems to have adequate predictive power for most implied variables with the exception of System Quality. The J&O KMS success model from a practical point of view offers a means for organisations to evaluate and predict the effectiveness of KMS implementations. The results produced in this study may allow KM practitioners to know more about the levers that help to improve their KMS and thus suitably prioritise their investment plans accordingly.

Information quality (IQ) research has continued to evolve over the past decades to reflect changes in its practice and a deeper understanding of its business impact. Since information quality essentially represents an organization’s implementation of its business processes, typically, IQ assessment is the result of information actions. Based on the information intension confirming, the method to assess IQ before the information action has been presented. The model established analyses the IQ at two levels: the Syntax level and Intent level. Lastly, The IQ from these two levels has been evaluated by using the IQ function matrix and the Pattern Recognition theory. The result indicates that the method could detect the IQ questions in time, diagnose, backdate the IQ problem position, and search the causation.

INTISASICv. So from that to connect the company with wood industry customers and customers of the company's partners, the company wants to implement CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to overcome these problems. In implementing CRM the company compares the business flow that is already running with the proposed business flow where the proposed business flow is illustrated with use case diagrams and data flow diagrams. The final result of this research is in the form of a prototype application recommendation which is used to help the business processes undertaken by the company. In addition, this study also conducted a financial analysis to show the effectiveness of applications that are run on the company. The result is that this proposed application is feasible to run with an ROI of 59% and an NPV of 85,321,596. In addition, the payback period shows that the first year can be returned.Kata kunci— CRM, Distribution, Wood, Andoroid, Business Feasibility.

Traffic congestion is a major problem for large cities, and with the ubiquitous use of smartphones with GPS capabilities, drivers have increasingly come to rely on navigation applications for avoiding traffic congestion and routing to unfamiliar destinations.  However, in certain situations the suggested route may not be what the user expects and could result in perceived delays over known routes, increased stress and frustration for the driver, or even back tracking.  This has created a situation where drivers perceive that the information provided by navigation applications are not completely reliable and do not follow the suggested routes, thereby reducing the overall effectiveness of congestion avoidance. Additionally, drivers also make additional interaction with the navigation applications to verify the believability of the suggestions routes, creating more distraction and reducing on-road safety.  As such, this preliminary work assesses mobility information quality provided by leading navigation applications (Google Maps and Waze) against four dimensions of the PSP/IQ information quality framework to identify areas for improving information quality in three common driving scenarios.  The results indicate that both apps have similar levels of completeness, concise representation, and consistent representation.  And while the relevancy of the information quality is also similar in both apps, Waze’s representation of the some information elements allowed for quicker comparison and decision making. The findings from this work can be used to enhance user interaction and information presentation in navigation applications in order to improve user perceptions of information quality. Keywords: smart mobility information, mobility information quality, congestion avoidance
