This paper aims to present an improved evacuation model, which is capable of simulating individual exit selection behavior based on the acquisition and processing of information, especially in dangerous and unfamiliar environments. Firstly, an evacuation model was improved by the introduction of a floor field of gas concentration and an exit selection model, considering the congestion avoidance and danger avoidance behavior. Secondly, the process of information perception and transmission was studied and introduced into the model with a set of rules. Finally, real experiments in a simple double-exit room were conducted for model validation and parameter setting, and simulation experiments in scenarios with an unknown hazard or unknown exits were conducted to confirm the necessity and rationality of introducing information perception and transmission. The simulation results show that, with the increase in perception distance or trust extent, the pedestrian safety increases. The critical values of perception distance or trust extent, below which some people cannot acquire any new information, vary depending on the pedestrian density. When the density is high, the influence of perception distance or trust extent reduces, and the probability of reselecting an exit increases, which causes the safety of pedestrians to decrease.

AbstractTraditional large-scale enterprise cloud system has the problem of large delay. Therefore, a delay tolerant data congestion avoidance algorithm based on modular computing is designed. The resource allocation rules of rbfr strategy in traditional enterprise cloud are improved to change the traditional interactive overall mode and make it modular.Using modular thinking to construct the data congestion control algorithm, mainly in the control layer to achieve the model, through the introduction of ant colony algorithm in modularization, the design of delay tolerant data congestion avoidance algorithm is realized. In order to verify the algorithm’s congestion avoidance effect, comparative experiments are designed. Experimental results show that the packet loss rate of large enterprise cloud system under this algorithm is lower than that of traditional delay tolerant data congestion avoidance algorithm.

Intersection management is a sophisticated event in the intelligent transportation system due to a variety of behavior for traffic participants. This paper primarily overviews recent studies on the scenes of intersection, aiming at improving the efficiency or guaranteeing the safety when vehicles pass the crossing. These studies are respectively surveyed from the perspectives of efficiency and safety. Firstly, recent contributions to efficiency-oriented, intersection management overviews from four scenes, including congestion avoidance, green light optimized speed advisory (GLOSA), trajectory planning, and emergency vehicle priority preemption control. Furthermore, the studies on intersection collision detection and abnormal information warning are surveyed in the safety category. The corresponding algorithms for velocity and route management presented in the surveyed works are discussed.

Bluetooth is a widespread wireless technology standard for limited wireless networks that permits Bluetooth devices to create a one-hop (piconet) or multi-hop (scatternet) network. During data transmission, a large number of links passing through a single master or bridge device may create congestion problems in a Bluetooth network. Therefore, routing in a multi-hop dynamic Bluetooth network, where a number of routing masters and routing bridges exist, sometimes create technical problems in a scatternet. Mobility and failure of routing devices disconnects the routing links and link reconstruction process consumes more resources that eventually decrease the performance. In this paper, Hybrid Congestion Sharing and Route Repairing protocol for Bluetooth networks” (HCSRR) is proposed. The objective of this paper is to provide an efficient technique for scatternet congestion avoidance and route maintenance. The proposed protocol is implemented and compared with most relevant protocols. From simulation results, it is observed that the HCSRR outperforms the existing protocols.
