The operation and maintenance management of telecom platforms puts more emphasis on operation and alarm monitoring and less on business flow, and it is difficult to have a seamless connection between operation and maintenance and sales. To improve the cooperative efficiency and the informatization level of telecom platform operation and maintenance, a new operation and maintenance system integrating Apriori association rules for a telecom platform is proposed. In this paper, the Apriori algorithm is firstly used to analyse the fault correlation of the operation and maintenance system of the telecommunications platform to get the alarm message. Then, the fault risk of the operation and maintenance platform is evaluated intelligently by the system-business alarm causality model. Finally, based on the fixed end and the mobile end, the dynamic presentation of the system running state and alarm monitoring, device query and positioning, and online and offline inspection are implemented and designed, respectively. Experimental results show that the proposed operation and maintenance systems integrating Apriori association rules for the telecom platform innovate the cooperative mode between the operations and sales team, and the average time reduces to 3.9 minutes from 4.7 minutes and the risk forecasting accuracy increases from 8% to 26%. The assumed method can significantly improve the operational efficiency and intelligent level of the telecom platform’s system and business.

Searching for developers with the necessary skills to work effectively on a project is not an easy task for companies. For software team managers, it is important to know their team's experience and what technologies they are using in order to be able to allocate resources optimally. Therefore, in this paper, we decided to study the needs of the managers of a software development company in order to identify their team's skills. We carried out a focus group. We have interviewed 11 managers from a development company (with approximately 75 developers). As result we have mapped 5 issues, 4 possible applications and another 7 needs to create a new methodology for identifying skills. Finally, we conclude that managers are interested in a methodology to identify skills in business flow.

The data center has become the infrastructure of most Internet services, and its network carries different types of business flow, such as query, data backup, control information, etc. At the same time, the throughput-sensitive large flows occupy a lot of bandwidth, resulting in the small flow’s longer completion time, finally affecting the performance of the applications. Recent proposals consider only dynamically adjusting the ECN threshold or reversing the ECN packet priority. This paper combines these two improvements and presents the HDCQ method for coordinating data center queuing, separating large and small flows, and scheduling in order to ensure flow completion time. It uses the ECN mechanism to design load-adaptive marking threshold update algorithms for small flows to prevent micro-bursts from occurring. At the same time, packets marked with ECN or ACK are raised in priority, prompting these packets to be fed back to the sender as soon as possible, effectively reducing the TCP control loop delay. Extensive experimental analysis on the network simulator (NS-2) shows that the HDCQ algorithm has better performance in the face of micro-burst traffic, reducing the average flow completion time by up to 24% compared with the PIAS.

Every business organization is currently faced with various large-scale business risks caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and government policies that limit the company's business flow. The business flow from upstream to downstream is disrupted due to the pandemic that occurs and the transition during the new normal period which affects organizational performance, for example, MSMEs. The role of internal auditing is very necessary to ensure that operational performance continues to run effectively and optimally under the uncertainty of the new normal era. Accountants as internal auditors with the concept of risk-based internal auditing must respond and quickly mitigate various risks that may occur as an effort to assist management. The concept of agile portfolio management, namely agile audit planning, is considered relevant in this condition, agile approach is widely studied as a solution in improving internal audit performance. Agile audit planning is considered to be more flexible and effective than traditional audit procedures. This paper provides a solution in increasing risk assessment for internal auditors in the form of risk assessment to mitigate the risks in business uncertainty due to pandemics, which is implemented in local MSME with the aim of assisting in assessing business risks. This paper was prepared using a qualitative descriptive method, with secondary reference sources through literature review from related literature sources and primary by interview method. The result of this paper is an idea of the effectiveness of agile audit planning in assessing the risks obtained from comparative analysis with traditional audit procedures and analysis of the benefits of implementing agile audit planning in MSMEs. Useful data sets can be used as information to solve problems or share knowledge with others. In the case of companies implementing the new system, many input errors, or not knowing the workflow of the program, are experienced repeatedly by the same person or people in the same department. Besides that, with the entry of new employees, it takes time to adapt and how to solve the problem. To solve it, a place is needed to record problems and their solutions, or share knowledge, both for old and new employees as 'First Aid'. Knowledge Management System application is expected to help solve the problems as a place to collect data which contains errors, cause and solving; business flow; user authorization; etc. The data used, using data from a collection of tickets, personal messages or e-mail, and knowledge owned by the user, will be entered into the database as a storage place for knowledge. In the input process, each word will be broken down based on the character 'space', tokenizing, filtering, and VSM and then entered into the database. Users can search for information or knowledge by entering keywords or sentences according to user needs, then the input will be processed by tokenizing, filtering, and calculating the length using VSM. After getting the input length, the results will use the TF-IDF algorithm and cosine similarity, and the system will display the results in list form and see the details if the results from the list are selected.

Indotrace adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang distribusi kayu, saat ini dalam melakukan bisnisnya, perusahaan mengalami beberapa hambatan dengan para pelanggan industry kayu dan pelanggan mitra perusahaan.Maka dari itu untuk menghubungkan peusahaan dengan pelanggan idustri kayu dan pelanggan mitra perusahaan, maka perusahaan ingin menerapkan CRM (Customer Relationship Management) guna mengatasi permasalahn tersebut. Dalam menerapkan CRM perusahaan membandingkan alur bisnis yang sudah berjalan dengan alur bisnis usulan yang mana alur bisnis usulan ini digambarkan dengan use case diagram dan data flow diagram. Hasil akhir penelitian ini adalah berupa rekomendasi prototype aplikasi yang mana digunakan untuk membantu proses bisnis yang dijalani perusahaan. Selain itu juga dalam penelitian ini dilakukan analisa keuangan untuk menujukkan efektifitas aplikasi yang dijalankan pada perusahaan. Hasilnya usulan aplikasi ini layak untuk dijalankan dengan ROI sebesar 59% dan NPV sebesar 85,321,596. Selain itu payback periode nya menunjukkan pada tahun pertama sudah bisa kembali. Kata kunci— CRM, Distribusi, Kayu, Andoroid, Kelayakan Bisnis.                                                                                      ABSTRACTThis CV Indotrace is a company engaged in the distribution of wood, currently in doing business, the company experiences several obstacles with the customers of the wood industry and the customers of the company's partners. So from that to connect the company with wood industry customers and customers of the company's partners, the company wants to implement CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to overcome these problems.In implementing CRM the company compares the business flow that is already running with the proposed business flow where the proposed business flow is illustrated with use case diagrams and data flow diagrams. The final result of this research is in the form of a prototype application recommendation which is used to help the business processes undertaken by the company. In addition, this study also conducted a financial analysis to show the effectiveness of applications that are run on the company. The result is that this proposed application is feasible to run with an ROI of 59% and an NPV of 85,321,596. In addition, the payback period shows that the first year can be returned.Kata kunci— CRM, Distribution, Wood, Andoroid, Business Feasibility.
