Waru Village is one of the villages in the Bogor Regency area. However, the selection of recipients of the Hope Family Program (PKH) in Waru Village is still subjective/qualitative so that the process of receiving the Hope Family Program (PKH) in Waru Village is not accurate and has not been on target. This makes the need for a method that can manage data on recipients of the Hope Family Program (PKH) and produce a ranking from the calculation of weight for the selection of recipients of the Hope Family Program (PKH). In making decisions about recipients of the Hope Family Program (PKH), there is a Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method that can be used in quantitative problem-solving. With the SAW method, each criterion is compared with one another to provide results of recipients of the Hope Family Program (PKH) and provide an assessment of each recipient (alternative) of the Hope Family Program (PKH) in Waru Village. This study aims to determine the recipients of the PKH assistance program so that it can produce a decision on recipients of PKH assistance that the government distributes to the Waru village accurately on target.

Critiquing is a form of decision support whereby a computer system monitors the actions of people to help prevent errors. Critiquing systems developed to date (spell checkers, problem-solving assistants, etc.) traditionally support a single person performing a static, non time-critical task. We have now developed a critiquing system in the more dynamic world of process control. Specifically, we support the execution of complex procedures in petrochemical plants with an on-line, executable dynamic procedures decision support system, where we introduce critiquing as a means to assist teams of operators as they execute procedures in real time.

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Patra Trading, yang memiliki bisnis utama pada aktivitas niaga produk-produk non BBM. Perusahaan memandang bahwa kinerja pegawai perlu ditingkatkan melalui pemberian penghargaan secara periodik terhadap karyawan yang memiliki kinerja terbaik. Pemilihan karyawan berkinerja terbaik selama ini dilakukan dengan menerapkan tiga kriteria yaitu: Absensi, kepribadian, dan problem solving. Penilaian dilakukan dengan mengambil data dari mesin absensi dan pengamatan secara visual. Untuk kriteria kepribadian dan problem solving sering diabaikan karena nilai yang bersifat subjektif. Seluruh perhitungan dilakukan secara manual. Sistem pendukung keputusan perlu diterapkan untuk dapat mengatasi hal tersebut. Metode fuzzy tsukamoto merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk membantu dalam pemberian rekomendasi secara cepat, tepat, dan akurat. Maka dikembangkan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat memberi rekomendasi terhadap penentuan karyawan berkinerja terbaik berdasarkan kriteria yang sudah ditentukan. Dari hasil pengujian, seluruh fungsi berjalan dengan baik dan diperoleh hasil karyawan yang memperoleh nilai tertinggi dengan status “TERBAIK” memperoleh nilai probabilitas 90,85586.   Kata kunci: Fuzzy, Karyawan, Tsukamoto, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan   Abstract This research was conducted at PT. Patra Trading, which has a main business in trading activities of non-fuel products. The company considers that employee performance needs to be improved through periodic rewards of employees who have the best performance. The selection of the best performing employees so far has been done by applying three criteria, namely: Attendance, personality, and problem solving. Assessment is done by taking data from the attendance machine and visual observation. For personality criteria and problem solving are often ignored because the values ​​are subjective. All calculations are done manually. Decision support systems need to be implemented to overcome this. Tsukamoto fuzzy method is a method used to assist in providing recommendations quickly, precisely, and accurately. Then an application was developed that could provide recommendations for determining the best performing employees based on predetermined criteria. From the test results, all functions  run well and the results obtained by employees who received the highest value with the status of "BEST" obtained a probability value of 90.8586.  Keywords: Fuzzy, Employee, Tsukamoto, Decision Support System

Abstract - Motorcycle is a transportation with the most fans. Various types of motorcycle is used more, one of the motorcycle cub/moped. The underbone is one that is a favorite of the riders, especially men's riders. Some motor manufacturers such as Yamaha and Honda produces underbone, with a range of offerings and offered advantages from each manufacturer. It turned out to be one more attention from consumers, they started trouble choosing which underbone that best fits their criteria. In this case, the criteria taken into consideration, including the price, the use of fuel efficient, design body, and the dimensions of the motor frame. This needs to of a Decision Support System that could helped give any information and recommendations on underbone in accordance with criteria consumers. In the development of a decision support system there is one of the models that are commonly used, namely Fuzzy MADM (Multiple Attribute Decision Making). In this research will use one method problem solving of the model , that is simple additive weighting. This method was chosen because it can determine the best alternative of some alternatives so that in accordance with the criteria referred to. In this research will be carried out the calculation of the weighted alternative that will produce the best alternative, namely the underbone elected that could be a recommendation. The Promethee method belongs to the Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) problem solving group which is a very important scientific discipline in decision making or a problem that has more than one criterion (multi criteria). The main objective of the PROMETHEE approach is to facilitate the decision making process by grouping decision types into 6 criteria functions that can adequately represent all types of decisions to solve everyday cases and quantify the degree of preference by using a maximum of 2 parameters that have economic characteristics significant To avoid the element of subjectivity in determining money riots, the authors try to implement a decision support system contained in PROMETHEE that is able to assist in determining the level of money riots. Decision support system is an interactive system that supports the decision making process (Kurniawan, 2015). PROMETHEE method is one method that uses the principle of outranking to solve the problem of decision making to determine the best alternative from a number of alternatives based on established criteria.
