The delay in the absorption of village funds from the central government to the village government is due to the village government's difficulty preparing village development innovation programs. The innovation tradition will grow if the cycle of transformation of knowledge and acceptable practices from one village to another, especially villages with similar conditions and problems, can run smoothly.  For the process of exchanging knowledge and experiences between villages to run smoothly, it is necessary to codify best practices in a structured, documented, and disseminated manner. This research aims to design an application that functions as a medium for sharing knowledge about the use of village funds through government innovation narratives. The application is expected to become a reference for villages to carry out innovative practices by conducting replication studies and replicating acceptable practices that other villages have done. Therefore, it is necessary to have a system requirements elicitation method that can explore the village's requirements in sharing knowledge so that the resulting system is of high quality and by the objectives of being developed. There are several Goal-Oriented Requirements Engineering (GORE) methods used, such as Knowledge Acquisition in Automated Specification (KAOS) and requirements engineering based on business processes. In this research, the KAOS method was demonstrated as the elicitation activity of a village innovation system. Then the results were stated in the Goal Tree Model (GTM). Model building begins with discussions with the manager of the village innovation program to produce goals. The goals are then broken down into several sub-goals using the KAOS method. The KAOS method is used for the requirements elicitation process resulting in functional and non-functional requirements. This research is the elicitation of the requirement for the village innovation system so that it can demonstrate the initial steps in determining the requirements of the village innovation system before carrying out the design process and the system creation process. The results of this requirement elicitation can be used further in the software engineering process to produce quality and appropriate village innovation applications.

The paper argues that using non-first-normal-form (NF2) tables for requirements modeling is a suitable approach for communicating application system issues to stakeholders who have a business background. In particular, such tables are used in an intermediate predesign step residing between requirements elicitation and conceptual design for modeling functional and quality requirements of services and business processes. This approach extends to quality requirements of business processes used for service orchestration.

Information systems are designed, implemented, and managed using abstractions layers to cope with the huge organizational complexity that is nowadays posed, and also to facilitate the discussion between the different stakeholders of an organization that have diverse perspectives and interpretations of it. Those discussions drive to the classical requirements elicitation stage that aims at identifying the best short-, mid-, or long-term models to view, understand, and operate the organization and to facilitate the forthcoming IS transformations. This chapter conceptualizes and identifies open research challenges in the scope of informed decision making applied to business processes execution environments. Control is used to cope the workarounds that occur while actors operate. A workaround occurs when an actor decides to adapt, improvise, or perform other changes to one or more aspects of an existing model. In some situations, a workaround could indicate new, and innovative, ways of actors performing their duties. It is not necessarily harmful for the organization.

This plan can utilize enterprise architecture planning methodology that produces data architecture, application architecture, technology architecture, and the direction of its implementation plan for the enterprise.CV Biensi Fesyenindo is engaged in retail garment, with branches throughout Indonesia, covering the areas of Kalimantan, Sulawesai, NTB, NTT, Bali, Java and Sumatra. In their daily activities, they carry out production to distribution processes to meet market and employee needs.The enterprise architecture model used in this study is by using Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP). EAP is a process of defining enterprise architecture that focuses on data architecture, applications and technology in supporting business and plans to implement the architecture, where the EAP method has several stages, starting from planning in planning, business modeling , Current System and Technology (Current System & Technology), Data Architecture (Data Architecture), Application Architecture (Applications Architecture), Technology Architecture (Technology Architecture), Implementation Plans (Implementation Plans).The results of this study are recommendations for information systems for Fesyenindo Biensi CV in the form of enterprise architecture planing blue print planning that is successful in defining 5 main business processes, which consist of application architecture data architecture and for technological architecture to produce technology architecture proposals divided into 5 chapters 110 pages .

Project success depends on the ability to respond to risks and make correct decisions in a timely manner. The project approach provides a better framework for implementing a new management system into the company’s business processes. The risk management framework developed by the company comprises a risk management infrastructure, a set of standards, human resources, and a risk management information system. To improve staff compliance, it is necessary to provide training and to communicate the goals of the project effectively. It is also important to develop a motivation system because well trained and motivated staff are able to work more efficiently.
