Electronic commerce (e-commerce) personnel are instrumental in developing and maintaining electronic commerce programs and projects within firms. In spite of the dot-com bust, the number of firms developing and using e-commerce for interactions with customers and suppliers is growing. Personnel competence as individuals and as a group can be a decisive force in determining the level of success of e-commerce projects. In this chapter, we present a conceptual framework as an extension and reformulation of several of the currently active fit theories of human resource management and industrial psychology. We propose consideration of five categories of skills that should be present in organizational e-commerce workforce (human computer interface, data storage and analysis, transaction/application development, infrastructure, and project management). Finally, based on the adjusted concepts of fit, we present a set of propositions showing expected relationships between organizational and fit related variables on workforce outcomes.

To meet the requirements of enterprises in different developing phases, often using the latest technology under the circumstances that lead to existing many and various hardware, operating systems, middleware, programming languages, data storage, reusable redundant code in the enterprise. Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)[1] is naturally chose as an application architecture by many enterprises because of its innate loose coupling and co-operating. In this paper you will see the Web service development tools supplied by WebSphere platform and you will also see that Web service function which is supplied by J2EE can easily build up SOA system [2] and visit the the existing business process.

Spatial data is becoming increasingly important in forestry resource management and decision making. However, huge amount of accumulated spatial data were not fully utilized due to the difficulty of sharing and integration. A forest spatial data sharing and integration system was developed based on GeoServer. A distributed architecture was adopted to address the data storage in different organizations. WMS and WFS were the main service for data sharing and integration. Applications demonstrate that the system can easily share and integrate various spatial data.

Traditional teaching methods are limited to time and place, and the performance of dance teaching resource management is poor. This paper designs a dance teaching resource management system based on cloud computing. The functional structure of the system includes the core cloud computing teaching and teaching management application. The data management module is used to store the processed data in the data file, and respond to the retrieval request of dance teaching content publishing module and the remote image resource positioning request of multi-media management module. Design user courseware on demand process, using the existing dance teaching resources to learn. The experimental results show that the designed system has good performance, high stability and compatibility, and strong data storage capacity of teaching resources.

This paper presents a framework for mobile transparent computing. It extends the PC transparent computing to mobile terminals. Since resources contain different kinds of operating systems and user data that are stored in a remote server, how to manage the network resources is essential. In this paper, we apply the technologies of quick emulator (QEMU) virtualization and mobile agent for mobile transparent computing (MTC) to devise a method of managing shared resources and services management (SRSM). It has three layers: a user layer, a manage layer, and a resource layer. A mobile virtual terminal in the user layer and virtual resource management in the manage layer cooperate to maintain the SRSM function accurately according to the user’s requirements. An example of SRSM is used to validate this method. Experiment results show that the strategy is effective and stable.

A human resource management is an integrated system important to a company, resulting in a need for better employee attendance and the need for more informed decision-making regarding new employee recruitment management, employee appraisal, position placement, employee training, employee service, and employee dismissal. Because of these, an integrated system is needed in handling the attendance process until the employee termination. So as to meet the needs of the company in the management of data attendance of employees better by minimizing the occurrence of fault, reduce paper use and worktime of HR department in attendance recording and help HR managers on making more appropriate decisions related to existing processes in company such as helping on determining appropriate employees occupy positions based on position qualification with the employee ability. This Information System Development using System Development Lifecycle methodology (SDLC) begin with designing Fishbone Diagram, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), PIECES Diagram, system interface design, Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 as input, Microsoft SQL Server 2012 as data storage and SAP Crystal Reports as output in reports. The authors hope, the results of this information system development can help companies to deal with existing problems in human resource management.
