Annotation Purpose. Improving the efficiency of entomophages production by developing innovative approaches for it management. Methods. System approach, intelligent information technologies. Results. Innovative approaches for it management of entomophages production have been developed, which consist of: determining and ranking the factors that have the greatest impact on the quality of entomological products, and factors that lead to substandard products; the creation of structural and parametric complexes for assessing product quality; real-time assessment of the intensity of entomocultures development processes; automation of management abiotic parameters stepwise development of insects (temperature and relative humidity of the box for growing of insects) in real time; determining the quality of entomological products in conditions of incomplete information, taking into account the impact of a combination of abiotic and biotic production parameters; calculation of optimal values of production parameters in conditions of uncertainty; systematization of knowledge about the interaction of heterogeneous parameters in the production of entomophages. Conclusions. The proposed innovative approaches to manage the production of entomophages can increase its efficiency by forming optimal management strategies, using the technological experience of specialists and modern intelligent information technologies in particular, SCADA-systems, fuzzy logic theory and cognitive analysis. The use of IS / IT in a company is one of the keys to success in achieving the company's vision, mission and goals. PT. XYZ is a company that has not fully implemented the use of IS / IT to help its business operations, namely in terms of business project management. As time goes by, the impact of the use of IS / IT has not been implemented yet, it is evidenced by the number of project works that experience delays within a certain period of time. In this study, data were obtained from observations, interviews and analysis of company documents. This research refers to the Ward and Peppard method. The results of this study are in the form of a blueprint or description of business strategy, IS / IT management strategy and IT application to achieve corporate strategic goals.

This report aims to explore how HEED approached and delivered capacity building for the research team, project partners and the communities the team worked within Rwanda and Nepal. This report's purpose is threefold: first, to be evidential on how HEED planned, delivered and captured impact around capacity building so similar projects can develop best practice when skills development is a key deliverable. Second, to encourage other energy projects to document the impact produced by researchers and practitioners' involvement while working with communities. Therefore, to recognise the tacit and dynamic aspects of knowledge production, not only the more explicit aspects. Third, suggest recommendations to support a skills-led approach to capacity building that provides personal and professional development opportunities to deepen knowledge production and impact.

This paper outlines an investigation of the impact of a programme Students Online, which was created in Microsoft (MS) Teams during New Zealand’s level 4 lockdown of March-May 2020.  Students Online was set by the Learning Hub, the learning support centre, for a large tertiary institution in response to an international student’s request, asking for a way for students to meet and practise English.  The study aimed to investigate the experiences of those who engaged with the MS Team and derive implications for possible future improvement.  Offering focused learning support as well as sessions on life in New Zealand, the most significant benefit seen was the overall sense of connection when many aspects of life were disconnected.  Other benefits highlighted by the study’s participants include improved communication between students and the Learning Hub, a “mental release” in the day, relationships being built and adding to the institute’s value of being supportive. The MS Team provided a sense of normality in a time when life was filled with abnormality. Participants were drawn from Learning Hub staff and students who interacted within the programme.  This study found that the Students Online programme was considered generally useful and successful, modifications for future such programmes are suggested.

Information technology (IT) has become the backbone for many of today’s organizations in the private and public sectors. However, identifying users’ information satisfaction as well as their perception of the strengths and weaknesses of IT service represents a major challenge for IT management. This research explored the perceived IT service quality (SQ) and user satisfaction (US), the effect of SQ on US, and the impact of a number of demographic and situational characteristics on SQ and US in the Ministry of Communications (MOC) of Kuwait. Three SQ dimensions have emerged, including empathy/assurance, reliability, and tangibles. Users, however, are not certain about the quality of the provided IT service. They are also somewhat satisfied with the systems they regularly use. Age, nationality, job type, sector type, and system use varyingly affect SQ and US. SQ has also emerged as an important determinant of US. These findings as well as their implications are further discussed in the paper.
