Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Stand (Student Team Achivement Division) Guna Meningkatkan Pemahaman dan Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Pelajaran Wadah Budidaya Perikanan di Kelas II TBP Sekolah Usaha Perikanan Menengah (SUPM) Negeri Sorong

This classroom action research (CAR) aims to improve the learning outcomes of class II TBP SUPM N Sorong through the STAD type learning model. For the outline, there are four stages of CAR, namely (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. This research was conducted in 3 cycles, cycle 1 as comparison data for cycles 2 and 3. The number of students who were active in this study was 30 students. The results showed that the STAD type of cooperative learning model can provide better learning outcomes. This can be seen by the average value acquisition in cycle 1 38.06 and learning completeness score 16.6% then an increase in the average value in cycles 2 and 3 with cooperative learning type STAD, namely, cycle 2 class average value of 73.3 with a percentage of completeness learning 76.6% and cycle 3 class average value of 74.16 with a percentage of learning completeness 90%. Likewise with student activity has increased.

Evektifitas Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) pada Materi Segiempat Kelas VII

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen yang diawali dengan penelitian pengembangan. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Menjelaskan proses dan hasil dari perangkat pembelajaran kooperatif tipe student team achievement division (STAD) pada materi segiempat di kelas VII yang berkualitas baik (2) Mendeskripsikan keefektifan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe student team achievement division (STAD) pada materi segiempat di kelas VII. (3) mengetahui apakah hasil belajar siswa yang diajar menggunakan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD lebih baik dari pada hasil belajar siswa yang diajar menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional pada materi segiempat kelas VII. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba perangkat, diperoleh perangkat pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) dalam kategori baik. Hasil penelitian pada kelas eksperimen berdasarkan analisis deskriptif diperoleh hasil bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Students Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) efektif untuk digunakan dalam mengajarkan materi segiempat. Sedangkan berdasarkan analisis statistik inferensial dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) lebih baik dibandingkan dengan hasil belajar siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional untuk materi segiempat di kelas VII.

Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Student Team Achievement Division Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPA Pada Materi Usaha dan Pesawat Sederhana

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa setelah mengikuti proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Student Team Achievement Division (STAD). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Berea Tondano tahun ajaran 2020-2021. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi guru. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran STAD dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi usaha dan pesawat sederhana. Hal ini terlihat dari meningkatnya proses pembelajaran dari siklus I ke siklus II dan aktivitas guru dan siswa mengalami peningkatan. Aktivitas guru pada siklus I 71,42% menjadi 85,71% pada siklus II, sedangkan aktivitas siswa siklus I 76,66% menjadi 83,33% pada siklus II. Hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan yaitu rata-rata tes akhir pada siklus I sebesar 62,5% mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II menjadi 87,5%. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran STAD dalam pembelajaran IPA dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Berea Tondano.

Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Student Team Achievement Division Berbantuan Media Power of Vision Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPA Materi Sistem Pernapasan Manusia

Proses pembelajaran IPA saat ini masih terfokus pada guru, dimana belum menggunakan model pembelajaran yang membuat siswa aktif dan media pembelajaran yang menarik sehingga siswa merasa bosan ketika belajar dan berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) berbantuan media Power of Vision (PV) terhadap hasil belajar IPA materi sistem pernapasan manusia, dengan menggunakan metode quasi experimental design dan desain penelitian nonequivalent control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII yang terdiri dari 3 kelas. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik random sampling dan terambil 2 kelas dengan jumlah masing-masing 20 siswa, kelas VIIIA sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas VIIIB sebagai kelas eksperimen. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan memberikan pretest sebelum proses pembelajaran dilaksanakan dan posttest setelah proses pembelajaran dilaksanakan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh berupa nilai rata-rata hasil posttest kelas eksperimen adalah 87 sedangkan untuk kelas kontrol nilai rata-rata hasil posttest adalah 76. Setelah di uji hipotesis (uji-t) diperoleh hasil thitung = 4,60 > ttabel = 1,685 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa rata-rata hasil belajar siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan model STAD berbantuan media PV lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional.

METHODS AND TECHNIQUES OF FORMING A COHERENT STUDENT TEAM IN VOCATIONAL EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

The article reveals the system of basic methods and techniques of forming a student body in vocational education institutions. The team is seen as the ultimate goal of education, as a comfortable environment in which each individual has the opportunity to develop their abilities, implement didactic tasks, to preserve their individuality. By team we mean not a random gathering of people, but one that is united by a common socially significant goal, group activities to achieve this goal, where there are bodies of self-government and coordination and there are relations of responsible dependence.An important place in our study was given to building a system of relationships between the class teacher, assets and members of the study group both horizontally and vertically. In an organized team there should be a relationship of responsible dependence, joint responsibility for the collective cause. On the way to forming a cohesive student body it was important to apply an individual approach to personality, taking into account the individual psychological qualities of each student, creative use of pedagogical ideas of prominent scientists, practitioners to implement results in modern vocational education institutions.

PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE STUDENT TEAM ACHIEVEMENT DIVISIONS UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR FIKIH SISWA KELAS VII MTS NEGERI LUWU UTARA KAB LUWU UTARA

This research is motivated by the importance of teachers in choosing the right learning model, so that learning is as active as possible involving students, so students can build their own knowledge in a fun learning that leads to increased learning outcomes. The main objective of this research is to find out whether by applying the Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) cooperative learning model, it can improve the fiqh learning outcomes of seventh grade students of MTs Negeri Luwu Utara. This research was carried out in class VII MTs Negeri Luwu Utara starting in the second week of September until the first week of October 2020 (first semester). The number of students involved was 69 people, which were divided into 10 working groups. Observations were carried out in two cycles, where each cycle consisted of a preparation (planning) stage, action implementation, observation and evaluation, reflection, and action revision. Data analysis was carried out descriptively, by displaying it in the form of tables, histograms and equipped with percentage calculations. The results showed that student learning completeness in the first cycle was 69.44% and in the second cycle was 91.67%. Thus, there is an increase in mastery learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II by 22.23%. It was also found that in the first cycle the number of groups who completed 12.5% ??increased by 50.0% to 62.5% in the second cycle. The conclusion of this study is that the application of the Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) type of cooperative learning model can improve Fiqh learning outcomes for seventh grade students of MTs Negeri Luwu Utara. It is recommended that Fiqh teachers consider the use of the Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) cooperative learning model, and it is also recommended that further research be conducted to see how student learning outcomes are if group members are not permanent. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatar-belakangi oleh pentingnya guru dalam memilih model pembelajaran yang tepat, agar pembelajaran itu sebanyak mungkin melibatkan siswa secara aktif, sehingga siswa dapat membangun pengetahuannya sendiri dalam sebuah pembelajaran yang menyenangkan yang berujung pada peningkatan hasil belajar. Tujuan utama penelitan ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Fikih siswa kelas VII MTs Negeri Luwu Utara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas VII MTs Negeri Luwu Utara yang dimulai pada pekan ke II bulan September sampai dengan pekan ke 1 Oktober 2020 (semester I) . Jumlah siswa yang terlibat sebanyak 69 orang , yang dibagi dalam 10 kelompok kerja. Observasi dilaksanakan selama dua siklus, dimana masing-masing siklus terdiri atas tahap persiapan (perencanaan), pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan evaluasi, refleksi, dan revisi tindakan. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif, dengan menampilkannya dalam bentuk tabel, histogram dan dilengkapi dengan perhitungan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, ketuntasan belajar siswa pada siklus I sebesar 69,44% dan pada siklus II sebesar 91,67%. Dengan demikian ada peningkatan ketuntasan hasil belajar dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 22,23%. Didapatkan juga bahwa pada siklus I jumlah kelompok yang tuntas sebesar 12,5 % meningkat sebesar 50,0% menjadi 62,5% pada siklus kedua. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Fikih siswa kelas VII MTs Negeri Luwu Utara. Disarankan agar guru-guru mata pelajaran Fikih mempertimbangkan penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD), dan juga disarankan ada penelitian lanjutan untuk melihat bagaimana hasil belajar siswa jika anggota kelompok tidak permanen.

Training in the creation of interactive read-aloud video books as a medium for children's digital literacy

Literacy has not become a flagship program at the PKK of Grabag District. However, literacy problems in this group are quite complex related to the lack of literacy facilities, lack of literacy movement assistance, and the tendency of gadget addiction which makes literacy culture quite worrying. Community empowerment for PKK members in Grabag District aims to provide training and assistance in the creation of interactive read-aloud with a video book concept that can be used as a digital literacy media, especially for children. The training was carried out 4 times and video-making assistance was conducted 1 time online. The speakers who attended were interactive read-aloud practitioners, librarians, founder of Taman Baca, and the Unimma student team with 11 participants from PKK representatives in Grabag District. As a result, 4 video books have been created by participants and published on social media.

The Effect of Implementing Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) Learning Model on Improving the Science Learning Achievement of Children with Emotional and Social Disorders

This study aims to determine the effect of the student team achievement division (STAD) learning model in improving the science learning achievement of class XI students of SLB E Bhina Putera Surakarta Indonesia in the 2020/2021 academic year. This research is an experimental research that uses a one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects in this study were 5 emotional and social disorders children in class XI at SLB E Bhina Putera Surakarta in the 2020/2021 academic year which were determined using the saturated sampling technique. The research instrument used a written test in the form of multiple choice totaling 25 questions. The results of this study were analyzed by using the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test. Based on the data analysis that has been conducted, it found that the Zcount value = -2.060 with Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.039 which is at the significance level (p < 0.05). Based on the results that have been obtained, it shows that the student team achievement division (STAD) learning model has an effect on increasing the science learning achievement of class XI students with SLB E Bhina Putera Surakarta in the 2020/2021 academic year.
