Finger vein authentication is a novel biometrics technology for personal identification. In this paper, universality, collectability, acceptability, circumvention, uniqueness, permanency and performance of finger vein distribution pattern are analyzed. Thereinto, universality, collectability, acceptability and circumvention of finger vein pattern are described simply through the citation of relational literature, and uniqueness, permanency, performance of finger vein pattern are particularly studied by experimental means. The experimental result shows that there are favorable general performance for finger vein pattern in biometrics, finger vein can be applied effectively in personal identity authentication, finger vein identification technology have a well applying prospect and developmental potential.

Changes that are taking place in the surrounding environment have never before been so extensive and so dynamic. In addition, the environment to which these changes relate has also never before been so multifaceted, ambiguous, multidimensional and such full of multimedia. Man put in the face of such changes may more or less consciously compromise his safety. The reason may be insufficient knowledge, lack of proper preparation and resources appropriate to provide the right conditions for safe work, communication and even for safe life from the perspective of an individual as well as a person in a family, group in even a nation. Implementation of regulations contained in the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 for everyday use (colloquially referred to as: GDPR) caused special attention focused on security in connection with the processing of personal data. This article is the first in the series. It is entitled “Security of personal data. Part I – Specificity of Determinants of Personal Identity in the 21st Century. „The author presents in it the characteristic properties of personal data broken down into areas functioning in superposition1 to each other: an organic person, the environment and the technical environment around the person. Another article the author will address at a broad spectrum of issues relating to personal identification information.

Abstrak— Informasi alumni sangat penting dan dibutuhkan perguruan tinggi dalam proses akreditasi. Politeknik Negeri Lhokseumawe kesulitan dalam memperoleh informasi dan melakukan penelusuran terhadap alumninya yang telah tersebar ke  berbagai wilayah di Indonesia. Tracer study alumni merupakan salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk menelusuri informasi mengenai alumni. Informasi yang diambil meliputi identitas pribadi alumni, riwayat pendidikan, riwayat pekerjaan. Salah satu data yang sulit untuk diperoleh adalah data valid mengenai alamat pekerjaan alumni serta cara menyajikan data alamat pekerjaan alumni. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu sistem informasi tracer study yang diharapkan memberi kemudahan bagi institusi dalam melakukan penulusuran terhadap alumni. Sistem informasi tracer studi ini dibangun berbasis Web, sehingga bisa diakses oleh semua alumni yang berada diseluruh Indonesia maupun berada diluar negeri. Sistem informasi tracer studi dibangun menggunakan metode waterfall, framework CodeIgniter dan database MySQL. Melalui sistem ini alumni dapat memasukkan data diri dan pekerjaannya  sehingga  akan mudah untuk melacak keberadaan alumni.Kata kunci— Tracer, alumni, informasi, waterfall, web. Abstract— Alumni information is very important and is needed by universities in the accreditation process. Lhokseumawe State Polytechnic has difficulty in obtaining information and conducting a trace of alumni who have spread to various regions in Indonesia. Alumni tracer study is one method used to trace information about alumni. Information taken includes alumni personal identity, education history, employment history. One of the data that is difficult to obtain is valid data regarding the address of the alumni's work and how to present the address data of the alumni work. Therefore, a tracer study information system is needed which is expected to provide convenience for institutions in conducting research on alumni. The tracer information system for this study was built based on the Web, so that it could be accessed by all alumni who were located throughout Indonesia and abroad. The study tracer information system is built using the Waterfall method, CodeIgniter framework and MySQL database. Through this system, alumni can enter their own data and work so that it will be easy to track the whereabouts of alumni.Keywords— Tracer, alumni, information, waterfall,  web

Recently, due to the spread of infectious diseases, the demand for services in a non-connected environment is increasing worldwide. Identifying the service counterpart in such a non-face-to-face environment has become the most important task.In this paper, we examine the status of overseas personal identification systems and explain the Korean digital identity guideline. Using the Korean digital identity guideline, it presents the application plan of mobile electronic notification service that has delivery and proof effect. For personal digital identity, Korea identifies citizens based on a registration number (RN) that is uniquely assigned at birth. However, if the RN is leaked or exposed, the problem of personal privacy invasion has emerged, and in the end, due to personal information protection issues, RNs cannot be collected unless required by law. Therefore, connecting information (CI) was utilized as a digital identity capable alternative to RN to clearly identify users online.CI has the advantage of being encrypted as a 1:1 match to the RN and not being able to identify an individual even if leaked.The mobile electronic notification service is designed to accurately deliver information to the target person in a non-face-to-face environment using CI.This service uses CI to identify the recipient of the electronic document, and after receiving identification from the personal identity proofing agency (PIPA), the service can be verified by reading the information.In this paper, we propose a method to easily provide information in the non-face-to-face era by presenting a method to apply to mobile electronic notification service (MENS) using Korean user identification guidelines.Through the proposed method, it can be confirmed that a system can be established to facilitate the mobile electronic notification service, which has the same effect as the delivery of information online and offline in the non-face-to-face era.
