PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK, HARGA DAN INFLUENCER MARKETING TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN SCARLETT BODY WHITENING

This research aimed to figure out the influence between product quality, price and marketing influencer with the purchasing decision of Scarlett Body Whitening in East Java. The research instrument employed questionnaire to collect data from Scarlett Body Whitening consumers in East Java. Since there was no valid data for number of the consumers, the research used Roscoe method to take the sample. Data analyzed using multiple linear regression test. Product quality and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the marketing influencer had no significant effect on purchase decision for Scarlett Body Whitening. Need further research to ensure that marketing influencer had an effect on purchase decision. Keywords: Product quality, price, marketing influencer, buying decision

Spironolactone is associated with reduced mitotane levels in adrenocortical carcinoma patients

Adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC) is a rare endocrine malignancy with a poor prognosis. Mitotane, a derivative of the pesticide DDT, has been used successfully as first line chemotherapy since the 1960s, if maintained within a narrow therapeutic window. Spironolactone (SPL) is frequently used to treat glucocorticoid excess-associated adverse effects such as severe hypokalemia. Although data of a previous case report indicate a link, valid data regarding SPL use and mitotane plasma concentrations in a human cohort are lacking. This retrospective analysis includes data from 54 mitotane-receiving ACC patients (14 co-administered with SPL) treated between January 2005 and April 2020 (20 male, mean age 54.1 ± 2.2 yrs). All available mitotane concentrations, treatment doses, tumor stage and evidence of hormone activity were collected. Primary outcomes included mitotane levels and concentration/dose-ratios as well as time-in-range in patients with and without additional SPL treatment. The SPL group was characterized by higher glucocorticoid secretion. Other features such as tumor stage, size and anthropometrics were similar between groups. Interestingly, the SPL group had significantly lower mitotane levels despite higher doses. Mitotane time-in-range was significantly reduced in the SPL group, as was time-in-range to progression. These data provide first evidence in a human cohort for potential SPL-mitotane interactions (beyond mentioned case report), which affect dose response and may modulate treatment outcomes. This should caution clinicians to carefully adjust mitotane doses during SPL treatment in ACC patients or choose alternative therapeutic options.

Implementation of Good Governance through E-Governance in Modern Law Countries during the Covid-19 Pandemic

Good governance is a form of sound innovation and effective implementation of policies and reparations that are responsive to society's needs. In a modern legal state, the implementation of e-governance demands increasingly complex societal developments, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, which can change the way people live so that all activities must coexist with technology. This article's approach is qualitative with a systematic literature review as a research method to conduct a comparative study of several kinds of literature by analyzing the data to produce accurate and valid data. This article shows the results of implementing good governance through e-governance in modern law countries by following technological developments amid the Covid-19 pandemic. One of the policies is using e-governance as a means of public service to facilitate the implementation of good governance in all areas of life.

Peran K.H. A. Muhammad Isa pada Tahun 1989-2021 dalam Perwujudan Islam Moderat di Cianjur Selatan

K.H. A. Muhammad Isa was very instrumental in spreading the teachings of moderate Islam in South Cianjur. Practically, he took moderate steps as the best effort to address the differences in views between the conservative and modernist camps in responding to the changing times. He was very instrumental in translating the syarah texts of Arabic books, making them easy to understand and widespread among the Ulama of Cianjur Regency. He is also a Falak Ulama and a member of the Hisab and Rukyat Agency the Ministry Religion of the Republic Indonesia, thus making him always involved with the Ministry Religion of the Republic Indonesia in determining the new moon and one Shawwal. This paper tries to reveal the progress of K.H. A. Muhammad Isa in the Embodiment of moderate Islam in South Cianjur. To obtain valid data, the method used in this research is a historical research method, which is a systematic procedure or technique with the principles and rules of History. The technique in question includes several steps, including: selection of sources (heuristics), internal and external criticism (verification), data analysis and interpretation (interpretation), and presentation in written form (historiography). With this paper, future generations of Muslims are expected to be able to take role models from the figures discussed and be able to represent the attitude of religious moderation as a pillar of national integration; the creation of a tolerant and harmonious religious life so as not to cause national disintegration.

Economizing Behavior During the Covid-19 Pandemic

The Covid-19 pandemic that has been going on in Indonesia for more than a year has had a major impact on the Indonesian economy. This condition makes consumers make various savings, namely strategies to save money. Consumer behavior related to savings is interesting to study because it is influenced by customer confidence, product involvement and social factors. The approach in this study is quantitative by analyzing the phenomena that occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic. Non-probability sampling will be used in this study with 305 respondents, but valid data to be processed amounted to 291 respondents. The questionnaire was distributed online using a google form. The data is processed using SEM via Amos. The results showed that consumer trust, product involvement influence social factors. While social factors affect the economy during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, customer confidence does not affect economizing behavior. We conclude that consumer trust and product involvement of young people (generation Z and millennials) tend to be influenced by peers, family, and people around them (social factors), including economizing behavior. Meanwhile, during the COVID-19 pandemic, this does not reduce economizing behavior among the younger generation (generation Z and millennials) in Indonesia.

Discrete Wavelet Transforms-Based Analysis of Accelerometer Signals for Continuous Human Cardiac Monitoring

Measuring cardiac activity from the chest using an accelerometer is commonly referred to as seismocardiography. Unfortunately, it cannot provide clinically valid data because it is easily corrupted by motion artefacts. This paper proposes two methods to improve peak detection from noisy seismocardiography data. They rely on discrete wavelet transform analysis using either biorthogonal 3.9 or reverse biorthogonal 3.9. The first method involves slicing chest vibrations for each cardiac activity, and then detecting the peak location, whereas the other method aims at detecting the peak directly from chest vibrations without segmentation. Performance evaluations were conducted on signals recorded from small children and adults based on missing and additional peaks. Both algorithms showed a low error rate (15.4% and 2.1% for children/infants and adults, respectively) for signals obtained in resting state. The average error for sitting and breathing tasks (adults only) was 14.4%. In summary, the first algorithm proved more promising for further exploration.

Penerapan Sistem Paket Murni Sebagai Metode Efisiensi Biaya Logistik Dalam Penyelenggaraan Pemilu Legislatif

Abstrak. Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk memunculkan sebuah ide atau gagasan baru yang berupa sebuah metode dengan sebutan sistem paket murni. Metode ini metode muncul dengan latar belakang adanya beberapa persoalan yang terjadi pada penyelenggaraan pemilu serentak tahun 2019 lalu, salah satu penyebab persoalan itu adalah banyaknya jumlah penggunaan 5 (lima) kertas suara yang dicoblos berdampak pada banyak hal. Melalui penggunaan metode penelitian lapangan yang diterapkan, harapanya akan diperoleh sebuah data yang valid dengan tujuan untuk suatu temuan, pembuktian, dan pengembangan pengetahuan sehingga ke depannya akan bisa dipergunakan dalam melakukan pemecahan serta sebagai salah satu solusi untuk menyelesaikan sebuah permasalahan di lapangan. Hasil yang berupa ide atau gagasan dengan nama sistem paket murni ini nantinya bisa menjadi sebuah masukkan dalam merancang suatu kebijakan terkait tata cara pelaksanaan pemilu serentak yang akan diselenggarakan diwaktu yang akan datang untuk meminimalisir resiko persoalan yang akan terjadi dan mewujudkan efisiensi biaya logistik penyelenggaraan pemilu serentak. Abstract. The purpose of writing this article is to bring up a new idea or idea in the form of a method called a pure package system. This method emerged against the background of several problems that occurred in the holding of the simultaneous general election in 2019, one of the causes of the problem was the large number of uses of the 5 (five) ballot papers that were punched which had an impact on many things. Through the use of applied field research methods, it is hoped that valid data will be obtained with the aim of finding, proving, and developing knowledge so that in the future it can be used in solving problems and as a solution to solve a problem in the field. The results in the form of ideas or ideas with the name of a pure package system can later become an input in designing a policy related to the procedures for holding simultaneous elections to be held in the future to minimize the risk of problems that will occur and realize logistics cost efficiency in holding simultaneous elections.

PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT MELALUI PEMETAAN SWADAYA DENGAN PEMANFAATAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI DALAM TATA KELOLA POTENSI DESA

ABSTRAKAda berbagai kelompok-kelompok di Desa Carawali diantaranya Kelompok Tani Sipatuodeceng dan Kelompok Budi Daya Ikan Air Tawar Celli’e serta Bumdes Anugerah Mandiri. Tim PHP2D menemukan masalah yang ada di desa Carawali antara lain belum adanya data valid mengenai potensi-potensi desa, tidak adanya pasar untuk mendistribusikan hasil produksi. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka tim PHP2D melakukan pendampingan untuk memberdayakan kelompok tersebut dengan memanfaatkan penggunaan Teknologi Informasi yaitu Sistem Informasi Bumdes & Manajemen Desa (SIBERAS) dan BUMDes Store yang dapat mempermudah pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Tujuan kegiatan yaitu terjadinya proses pembelajaran dalam menanggulangi kemiskinan bagi kelompok masyarakat; tumbuhnya partisipasi dari anggota kelompok untuk belajar memutuskan secara sadar upaya pemecahan masalah yang mereka butuhkan; partisipasi, transparansi informasi dalam menggali potensi dan permasalahan bersama yang dilaksanakan dengan teknik pemetaan swadaya; dan meningkatnya pendapatan anggota kelompok masyarakat. Dari hasil seluruh tahapan kegiatan maka di peroleh adanya data valid dari kelompok mengenai potensi-potensi yang dimiliki, pasar untuk mendistribusikan hasil produksi dan akses untuk mendistribusikan hasil produksi secara masif melalui aplikasi SIBERAS dan BUMDes Store. ABSTRACTThere are various groups in Carawali Village including the Sipatuodeceng Farmer Group and the Celli'e Freshwater Fish Cultivation Group and the Bumdes Anugerah Mandiri. The PHP2D team found problems in Carawali village, including the absence of valid data on village potentials, and the absence of a market to distribute production products. Based on these problems, the PHP2D team provided assistance to empower these groups by utilizing the use of Information Technology, namely the Village Management & Bumdes Information System (SIBERAS) and BUMDes Stores that could facilitate services to the community. The purpose of the activity is the occurrence of a learning process in alleviating poverty for community groups; growing participation of group members to learn to decide consciously the problem-solving efforts they need; participation, transparency of information in exploring the potential and common problems carried out by self-help mapping techniques; and increasing the income of members of community groups. From the results of all stages of the activity, valid data from the group regarding the potentials they have, the market for distributing production and access to massively distributing production through the SIBERAS application and BUMDes Store Keywords: BUMDes; community empowerment; information technology; self-help mapping.

Using Photographs in Mixed Methods Research: An Illustration Integrating Quantitative and Qualitative Analyses from Consumer Research

Photograph analysis poses a novel methodological challenge for mixed methods researchers. In this paper, we argue that photographs are a valid data source that are not outside of the quantitative–qualitative binary and, hence, can be analyzed and used for integration, applying mixed methods principles. We summarize photograph analysis methods from different scientific fields and contribute to the field of mixed methods by proposing a mixed methods framework for analyzing visual data that allows the flexible application and integration of different quantitative and qualitative photograph analysis methods by focusing on data transformation. We use an illustrative example from consumer research.

Digital Platforms and Computer Utilization for Advertising

The purpose of this research is to look at the business development strategies in the digital era through digital advertising promotion media. To support this research, we used descriptive method by analyzing digital advertising in social media to find a valid data and in accordance with the research conducted. The result of this research is that using digital advertising is more effective for the company as it is more appealing for the customers.
