Based on the National Quality (National Quality Infrastructure, NQI) theoretical connotation as the instruction, this paper analyzes the domestic building sanitary ceramics industry key generic NQI technology integration and application of the status quo, the results show that the current domestic building sanitary ceramics industry NQI key generic technology integration and application level is not high, it is difficult to meet the demand of industry transformation and upgrading of the green, in urgent need of research to support green building sanitary ceramics industry upgrade of key generic NQI technology,to form a scientific and rational green building sanitary ceramics key testing equipment measuring standard, high quality green building sanitary ceramics standards, certification evaluation standard, and green standards in key areas (energy saving, water saving, low carbon), implementation contains measuring, testing, standards, certification and accreditation whole chain NQI technology system and carry out application demonstration, to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of domestic green building sanitary ceramics industry form the standard support and high quality development.

The construction industry consumes a tremendous amount of energy and resources each year in China. It is imperative to implement sustainable management in this industry in order to reduce the depletion of energy and resources. To conduct a sustainable development, this paper firstly describes the current energy consumption situation in China. The urgency for conducting sustainable management is emphasized. Afterward, evaluation standard for a green building in China is described. By using a life cycle method, specific measures which can be implemented to construct a green building are issued. It is concluded that as more and more attentions are being paid on this topic, sustainable building in China will get a rapid development in the coming years.

There is little provision about construction in the assessment system for green building in China, but green construction plays an important role in green building and it is a trend that the assessment system for green building should include the green construction in China. Based on contrasts of evaluation standard for green building, combining with operation experiments of green Olympic building assessment system, difficulties in developing of green construction industry in China is proposed such as policy, time, concept and materials. Thus, popularizing measures for green construction are suggested, including extending standards for green building, establishing owner inspiriting system and building system, developing popularity effect of green construction.

Under the background and policy of Coordinating Urban-Rural Development in China, this article suggests that Green-building design should be promoted not only in urban area but also in countryside. Through an extensive analysis of the current status of Chinese sustainable design practice and comparison between urban area and rural area, the author emphasizes the necessity of propelling rural green building in China. By discussing the difference of US LEEDTM Rating System and Chinese Green-building Evaluation Standard (GB/T50378-2006), the author finds the fact that green-building design has been neglected in countryside for a long time, and government should take the responsibility to direct green building design in rural area with necessary policies and standards. This article suggests 4 green-building design principles in countryside: adopting passive energy-saving, using local material, reclaiming traditional concept of architectural design and space planning and paying more attention to building function and façade from sustainable perspective. At the end, it draws the conclusion that green-building design in rural area is urgently needed with the overall development trend in China.

An architecture that has obtained a three-star green building design identity certificate was taken as an example in my thesis. We analyzed the data of ground source heat pump, photovoltaic power generation and energy consumption monitoring system in this project. Based On actual usage of the three green passive technologies, we find some problems and get some conclusion. System efficiency of ground source heat pump meet requirements of the renewable energy construction application engineering evaluation standard GB-T 50801-2013,and at the same time satisfy the requirements of the green building evaluation standard GB 50378-2006. Photovoltaic power generates 350400 kWh per year and reduces carbon dioxide emissions by 346.9 tons. But it is lower than the theoretical value by 31%.The data Energy consumption monitoring platform is higher than the electricity supply bureau by 12.68% .The data of Sub-item measured close to the calculated value. The error is less than by 3%.

Computer aided design is an effective means of wind environment assessment and prediction under complex layout, In this paper, the relationships of contact and containment among wind environment was studied by coupled simulation and analysis of wind environment around residential quarter in hot summer and cold winter area, and analyzed how to fix the layout of indoor and outdoor by simulation software during the operation, and make them reach the requirement of Evaluation standard for green building, at the same time make the ecological effects of the buildings complex to maximize.
