A system of ink key remote controling is introduced, which is consisted of work station control system and motor control system. The ink key work control system is based on S3C2440A platform and the motor control system use microcomputer STM32VET6 as central control unit. The system uses TCP/IP protocol as the communication protocol while the Ethernet provides the corresponding physical layer . Thus the system can control multiple large-scale printers.The system can directly access the public network to send and receive data when necessary, greatly improving the convenience of the system.

Taking the DSC as the control core and the IPM as the driver,this paper design a highly practical brushless DC motor control system with CAN bus . The system use CANopen as the application layer communication protocol, which can simultaneously control the plurality of brushless DC motor efficiently.

In this paper, based on the principle of the speed and current double closed loop DC regulating system and the requirement of the static and dynamic performance, we calculate time constant of the regulator, select the structure of the regulator to calculate related parameter and then correct its parameters, and model system and simulation by using Simulink, analysis waveform and debug to find out the optimal parameters of the system regulator to guide the actual system design.
