The preference of quail egg’s consumer could be determined by measuring the consumer choice.  This preference could illustrate the attribute of quail egg that could be produced by producer and accepted by consumer.  The aims of this study were to analyze the attitude and behavior of the customer in case of buying quail egg, analyze the level of self interest and satisfaction of the customer to the quail egg attribute, and analyze the customer preference on a variety of the quail egg attributes. Data collected in Kendari, South East Sulawesi and were analyzed using Fishbein Multiattribute Attitude analysis, IPA analysis (Importance Performance Analysis), and Conjoint Analysis.  The result of Fishbein Multiattribute Attitude Analysis indicated that the 61,91% consumers were fond of quail egg. In average, the acceptabiity of the customer to the quail egg was ‘quite good’ and the behavior of the customer was consistent but they to re-buy the quail egg. While the result of IPA analysis (Importance Performance Analysis) showed that the most important and the most satisfine attribute of quail egg for customer was colourful attribute. The result of Conjoint Analysis revealed that the preference of the quail egg customer in Kendari City was the quail egg with low price, seasonal availability, less than 10 gram in weight, colourful and unpacking. Keywords: quail egg; Fishbein; IPA; Conjoint analysis

Performance analysis and capacity prediction of integrated semiconductor equipment is a very difficult task, it is a effective way to solve this problem by setting up a model of equipment performance measurement. This paper details the composition and related operation principle of parallel integrated semiconductor equipment. This paper also deriving a set of stability measurement model, we call it Throughput Model, for integrated semiconductor equipment according to its operation principle, which reflect the relationship between stability and output error. The model can effectively calculate the stability of equipment and help system design.

<p>This research uses confirmation factor analysis both to construct a measurement model of Internet marketing strategies and to conduct an importance-performance analysis to examine how teacher education departments provide such strategies. The unit of analysis in this research is students and focuses on their attitudes toward the quality of Internet marketing at teacher education departments in Taiwan. The author used a questionnaire to collect data. Six hundred and sixty-four usable questionnaires and 12 invalid questionnaires were collected. The effective response rate was 69 %. The model of the existence of four-factor structure (need, convenience, cost and communication) was tested using AMOS and goodness of fit. Thus, it was concluded that the four-factor model both fits well and represents a reasonably close approximation of the population. Next, the results of the study highlight the usefulness of importance-performance analysis for helping management improve its Internet marketing strategies. This study finds that the managers of teacher education departments should not only focus on concentrating their benefits but also allocate resources to improve Internet marketing strategies. </p>

AbstractWith the growing trend towards preserving global architectural heritage, the adaptive reuse of built heritage buildings is becoming increasingly popular; as commentators have noted, this popularity can in part be attributed to the economic, cultural, and social benefits they provide to urban communities. In considering adaptive reuse, urban developers and planners seek to reach an equilibrium in the battle between time and space. Both academically and practically, the adaptive reuse of heritage buildings requires compatible, appropriate, and scientific means for assessing built heritage assets; however, currently, research in this area is still relatively meagre. To address this gap, this paper investigates research frameworks, methodologies, and assessment methods that concern the adaptive reuse of architectural heritage. In this paper, we examine the current literature on the paradigms for applying mixed methodologies: the multi-criteria decision model (MCDM) and the preference measurement model (PMM). Specifically, in examining the extant literature, we explore the ways in which these methods are discussed, compared, and evaluated, and the positive functions of these methods are also highlighted. In addition, this review examines a range of cases to better clarify the research frameworks, methodologies, and assessment methods used in the study of the adaptive reuse of architectural heritage.

Summary: Previous research has identified instrumentality and ideology as important aspects of member attachment to labor unions. The present study evaluated the construct validity of a scale designed to reflect the two dimensions of instrumental and ideological union commitment using a sample of 1170 Swedish blue-collar union members. Longitudinal data were used to test seven propositions referring to the dimensionality, internal consistency reliability, and temporal stability of the scale as well as postulated group differences in union participation to which the scale should be sensitive. Support for the hypothesized factor structure of the scale and for adequate reliabilities of the dimensions was obtained and was also replicated 18 months later. Tests for equality of measurement model parameters and test-retest correlations indicated support for the temporal stability of the scale. In addition, the results were consistent with most of the predicted differences between groups characterized by different patterns of change/stability in union participation status. The study provides strong support for the construct validity of the scale and indicates that it can be used in future theory testing on instrumental and ideological union commitment.
