Meetings of medical societies. Society of Physicians at Kazan University. General Sessions Session 4 March 1930 L.I. Vilensky. Towards the doctrine of the intravital coloration of the reticuloendothelial system in experimental animals. On the basis of a study of 267 animals of various species (rabbits, rats, pigs, white mice, white rats and dogs) the vivo coloring of trypanblau, pyrrholblau, carmine and collargol, the author comes to the following conclusions: 1) All active cellular elements of the indifferent connective tissue that has retained the embryonic properties of the mesenchyme. 2) Teaching-Aschoff's, in the light of intravital coloration, should be expanded, as the teaching of an active mesenchyme, scattered throughout the body, but united by common physiological properties. 3) The process of gradual absorption of colloidal paint in individual elements of the reticulo-endothelial system has a certain pattern, which is exactly the same in different animals.

Objective: Comparative analysis of the dynamics and causes of the primary disablement of the population of Primorskiy region. Methods: Statistical indicators of the primary disablement were compared using statistical and analytical methods. Results: Statistically important differences of the levels of primary disablement not only in general, but also according to nosological forms were identified. They pointed out the high level of the invalidization of the population of Primorskiy region among the patients having tuberculosis, disease caused by HIV, diseases of the oste-muscular system and of the connective tissue, the effects of injuries, poisoning and other impacts of external causes. The increase in the level of primary disablement was defined including consequently to the disease caused by HIV, malignant tumors, diseases of the ear and the mastoid and genitourinary diseases and the decrease was defined due to tuberculosis and occupational pathology. Conclusions: The causes of the differences in the levels of primary disablement among the adult population in Primorskiy region and in Russian Federation in general and in certain classifications and units of diseases require futher studying based on interdepartmental interaction of the specialists.

Objective: to assess the biological properties of a modified polypropylene endoprosthesis for hernia repair. Material and methods. The object of the study was polycaprolactone-modified mesh endoprostheses for hernia repair implanted in experimental animals. Results. During the study it was determined that the implanted modified endoprostheses caused more pronounced proliferation of fibroblasts and formation of connective tissue in comparison with the control group of implants. It should be also noted that there were more inert general biological reactions from the surrounding tissues.

Chronic constipation is the one of the most common pathologies of gastrointestinal tract in childhood. The aim of the study was to carry out a comparative analysis of clinical characteristics of chronic constipation in children with both connective tissue dysplasia symptoms and without them. 96 children aged of 4-17 years with chronic constipation were examined. The diagnosis of connective tissue dysplasia signs was executed with the aid of table by V.G. Arsentiev consisted of modified diagnostic signs. Children with connective tissue dysplasia were revealed to manifest chronic constipation with more severe complicated course 6.7 times more often, that serves a cause to detect a physical disability due to disease. 42% of patients with chronic constipation have deficit of body mass. Despite a long period of time from the onset of symptoms of constipation in children, over 36% of parents had not sought medical help. This indicates to their insufficient medical activity and determines the needfor early preventive measures aimed at prevention of the chronicity of this pathology
