The problem of metrological support of high-voltage pulse generators with subnanosecond rise time, as well as pulse voltage dividers used in power engineering, aviation and rocket-space industries, has been solved. As a result of the modernization of the State primary special standard of transient electric and magnetic field strengths units with a pulse rise time in the range of 0.1–10.0 ns GET 148-2013, a mode of realization a unit of high transient electric voltage with a minimum pulse rise time of 100 ps was implemented. Uncertainties of high transient electric voltage unit realization obtained by numerical simulations using the Monte Carlo method, as well as in accordance with the Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty of Measurement (GUM), are estimated. Also, the error of a unit realization was estimated in accordance with GOST 8.381-2009 “GSI. Standards. Methods to Express Accuracy”.

Bellows are a cylindrical shell with a corrugated part, widely used in aviation engineering as a movable sealing element to balance pressure and temperature differences, which ensure continuous and accurate system operation. The use of bellows expansion joints provides reliable and effective protection of pipelines from static and dynamic loads arising from deformations and vibration. Welded-edge bellows are a popular choice for regulating and controlling fuel supply in aircraft devices. The ability of the compensator to perceive deformations is determined by its assigned operating time, which describes how many cycles, and with what amplitude, the bellows compensator perceives without damage. A method for stamping bellows from tubular billets by using magnetic-pulse field in rigid dies, including sequential shaping of corrugations by distributing the internal magnetic pressure with axial movement of the free end of a tubular billet, characterized in that the material of the tubular billet for shaping corrugations is selected in accordance with its relative elongation.

To study damage effectiveness of strong electro-magnetic pulse to components of equipments, the power density in area of MOS circuit, diodes and transistor of a computer is simulated, using the method of the finite-difference time-domain (FDTD). Coupling laws in different areas are achieved, and then judging the damage efficiency of components. Electromagnetic pulse reflects constantly in computer box, causing power density appears oscillations. Energy gradually declines to zero, for it radiates outward from slots. Field concentration around PCB board results in dissociation of field strength, and slows down the attenuation of energy. Finally, formula of power density at random field strength and rise time is also obtained.
