Subject. This article examines the particularities and problems of children's tourism, and its development in Russia. Objectives. The article aims to highlight the ways of further developing children's tourism in the regions of Russia. Methods. For the study, we used the methods of comparative, structural and functional analyses, synthesis, generalization, and systematization. Results. The article highlights the important features of children's tourism that must be taken into account when delivering a tourist product. Conclusions. Identifying and analyzing the factors of the development of children's tourism, improving infrastructure will ensure the competitiveness of children's tourism, contributing to the socio-economic development of the regions. It is necessary to improve the quality of the tourist product for children.

The industrial sector is one of the important sector in supporting the development of a region. Utilization of land around the river that is used for industrial activities will affect the quality of river water. The river can be polluted by waste personinating from industries that operating around the river. The catchment area that used for industry, agriculture, urban development, and the use of land for making roads (gravel or footpaths) can affect the flow of surface water and sediments that it brings to the river. Waste generated from industrial activities can pollute rivers which are a source of water for daily needs and affect the development of biota in them. This can affect river water quality

A study was carried out to find out the water quality ofByramangala lake of Ramanagara district. The water quality of Byramangala lake water and ground water from bore wells situated in the area within 600 meters surrounding the lake was analyzed. The quality analysis of various parameters such as BODs, COD, DO, E-Coli, and pH, Total Dissolved Solids, Total Suspended Solids and Total Hardness were tested. In addition, the presence of metals such as Cadmium (Cd), Chromium (Cr), Lead (Pb), and Iron (Fe) in the lake water and ground water samples were tested. Results for the various tests conducted showed similar trends for both lake water and ground water. It was observed that certain parameters such as BOD5, and COD were beyond permissible limits as per the BIS standards for drinking water. A few remedial measures have been proposed that may help in mitigating the pollution in the selected project area Byramangala Lake.

One of the main tasks of real estate management in the area of the municipality is making decisions concerning the location of investments on a local scale. These decisions should be taken with the principle of sustainable development. For such an action obliges Poland's membership in the European Union. Poland as a member of the EU is obliged to implement the rules in force in the Member States. Bearing in mind that any investment impact directly or indirectly on the economic development of the municipality, is therefore a significant impact on the local real estate market. Investments that have a negative impact on the environment can contribute to a reduction in the activity of the local real estate market. While performing tasks related to the economic development of the region and the increase in quality of life, increases the activity of the local real estate market. The work was carried out research on the dynamics of changes in the local real estate market in the area of the municipality Skrzyszow in the Malopolska province in Poland, in connection with the construction of the reservoir.

Water shortage in South Africa is a mixture of many factors: limited and highly polluted watercourses, low rainfall, fast growing population and high evaporation rates. Many studies on watercourses have shown a decline on quality due to the ongoing pollution caused by urbanization, mining, industry, power generation, afforestation and agriculture. Given the current forecasts based on population growth versus the country’s limited water resources, it is unlikely to keep existing patterns regarding the use of water and the discharge of wastes. Predictions are also indicating that pollutants will continue to accumulate in freshwater resources independently of the population growth in South Africa. Issues associated with water quality can turn out to be worsened with environmental devastating consequences. For instance, in the agricultural sector it may lead to a drop in yields and quality for fruits and crops followed by soil contamination. It can harmfully affect the population and aquatic health. Furthermore, water quality deterioration can affect the costs related to purification processes resulting in an increased price of clean water. Human induced activities causing salinization, eutrophication, acidification, presence of pathogens in watercourses, inappropriate waste discharge practices and sewage spills are major causes influencing or deteriorating water quality in South Africa.
