Subject. This article examines the particularities and problems of children's tourism, and its development in Russia. Objectives. The article aims to highlight the ways of further developing children's tourism in the regions of Russia. Methods. For the study, we used the methods of comparative, structural and functional analyses, synthesis, generalization, and systematization. Results. The article highlights the important features of children's tourism that must be taken into account when delivering a tourist product. Conclusions. Identifying and analyzing the factors of the development of children's tourism, improving infrastructure will ensure the competitiveness of children's tourism, contributing to the socio-economic development of the regions. It is necessary to improve the quality of the tourist product for children.

Agricultural development is an essential condition for the balanced socio-economic development of any region. The level of development in the agricultural sector impacts food security of the population in the given region, while the quality of agricultural output and the price level affects the standard and the quality of living of the population. The link between the level of agricultural development and socio-economic development of rural areas is important. On the one hand, well-developed agriculture preserves rural areas, contributes to job creation in rural areas and helps develop social rural infrastructure. On the other hand, human capacity of agriculture depends on the socio-economic development of rural areas. There are significant variations in agriculture among different regions. Industrial regions often have unfavourable conditions and factors for agricultural development, which is especially evident in mining areas with a specific demographic situation, unfavourable environmental conditions, low interest of business in the development of agriculture. This article uses a case study of the Kemerovo region–Kuzbass to analyze the peculiarities of agricultural development in the coal mining area. The article gives the basic indicators characterizing agricultural development, assesses the adverse limiting factors for agricultural development, assesses the implementation of agricultural functions in the industrial region and highlights the main prospects for agricultural development in the Kemerovo region–Kuzbass.

The article examines the main strategic documents of the Russian Federation: national projects, state programs aimed at reducing the level of interregional differences in regions. The assessment of the positions of the regions of Russia in the rating by the quality of life is carried out. Conclusions are made about the effectiveness of the implementation of state programs in areas related to balanced regional development and quality of life. The main shortcomings of the strategy of spatial development of the Russian Federation are revealed and the necessity of using additional tools aimed at reducing the lag in the rates of socio–economic development for a number of regions is substantiated.

The article aims to develop a conceptual basis for the spatial socio-economic development of the collaborating regions. Methods. For the study, I used the methods of comparative and statistical analyses. Results. The article shows how cooperation between the subjects of the Russian Federation increases the potential of economically united regions. Conclusions. When preparing national strategic planning documents, it is necessary to take into account the specifics of regions, their capacity, available resources, and focus on the relationship between regions.

Subject. This article deals with the issues of determining the level of financial literacy of the population of the Tyva Republic. Objectives. The article aims to analyze the level of financial literacy of the population of the Tyva Republic and identify factors that cause the financial illiteracy rates. Methods. For the study, we used a questionnaire method within a sociological survey. Results. The article presents results of the sociological survey of respondents and highlights the main reasons for the financial illiteracy of the majority of the population of the Tyva Republic. Conclusions. The results obtained can be taken into account when developing the area's socio-economic development programmes improving the quality of life of the population.

Исходя из ситуации со здоровьем населения в регионе, выставляются соответствующие ориентиры. В разрезе региональной специфики закладываются и реализуются целевые программы, которые одновременно зависят от здоровья населения и направлены, собственно, на улучшение качества его здоровья. Согласно тематике настоящей статьи, ведущий фактор социально-экономического роста - здоровье населения, именно он будет оценен как катализатор искомого регионального развития. Socio-economic development is a systematic procedure for improving the standard of living, qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the goods consumed by the public. Based on the health situation of the population in the region, appropriate guidelines are set. In the context of regional specifics, targeted programs are being laid and implemented, which at the same time depend on the health of the population and are aimed, in fact, at improving the quality of its health. According to the subject of this article, the leading factor of socio-economic growth is the health of the population, it will be evaluated as a catalyst for the desired regional development.

The article considers the territorial and natural resource potential of Syria, which can ensure the development of the country's economy and social sphere in the XXI century. In post-conflict conditions. This potential is very diverse and includes, among other things, a strategic aspect - hydrocarbon reserves that have ensured the socio-economic development of the country for several decades. The author comes to the conclusion that at present it is important for Syria not so much to develop and restore the extraction of natural resources, as to improve the quality of human capital, which, in the digital era, has, according to the author, much higher efficiency as a factor of production.
