Caused by earthquakes in the marine environment, tsunamis are often of particular violence. Pests, their damage far exceeds those caused by earthquakes earthquakes. In Morocco, seismic sensors in the national network often detect earthquakes in the marine environment. However, specialists minimize their threat given the peculiarity of the Moroccan ocean zone. The latter is characterized by the importance of the length of the faults and the depth of the seismic focus. This work can be considered as a first approach to the study and understanding tsunamis. Although Morocco has known since historical times, earthquakes and tsunamis along its coasts. This preliminary study is mainly intended to show the contribution of the numerical simulation of tsunamis, with a concrete application of the 1755 Tsunami of Lisbon based on the four source zones involving the five potentially tsunamigenic faults that are generally mentioned in the literature for this major event.

In this study, nanosecond-pulse laser is used in combination with cold spraying to form a hybrid solid-state forming technology: nanosecond-pulse laser assisted cold spraying. This method successfully manufactured Al-Cu high-strength aluminum alloy coatings. The nanosecond-pulse laser reduced the porosity of the coatings. The laser-induced micro-texture on the substrate surface had the ability of improving the bonding strength of the coating-substrate interface. The bonding strength was closely related to the depth of the micro-texture. The deeper micro-texture caused an unfused interface on the bottom of the texture, which produced voids and reduced the bonding strength. The nanosecond-pulse lasers can also increase the hardness of the coatings. The assistance of the nanosecond-pulse laser has proved to be an effective method to improve the quality of cold sprayed metal coatings.

Aiming at the disadvantages of intermittent indexing in the existing straight bevel gear machining methods, a continuous indexing machining method is proposed based on the principle of cycloid rotational indexing. The principle of rotational indexing machining of straight bevel gear is explained by the mathematical method of the space curve approximating straight line. On this basis, the mathematical models of forming motions are established. The relations of useful parameters are built with these models, and then the cutting point trajectory is obtained. The parameters are adjusted according to the approximation straightness of curve segment to generatrix on tooth surface. By means of calculation and numerical simulation of an example, the feasibility of the rotational indexing machining method for straight bevel gear is proved.
