Tennis game technical analysis is affected by factors such as complex background and on-site noise, which will lead to certain deviations in the results, and it is difficult to obtain scientific and effective tennis technical training strategies through a few game videos. In order to improve the performance of tennis game technical analysis, based on machine learning algorithms, this paper combines image analysis to identify athletes’ movement characteristics and image feature recognition processing with image recognition technology, realizes real-time tracking of athletes’ dynamic characteristics, and records technical characteristics. Moreover, this paper combines data mining technology to obtain effective data from massive video and image data, uses mathematical statistics and data mining technology for data processing, and scientifically analyzes tennis game technology with the support of ergonomics. In addition, this paper designs a controlled experiment to verify the technical analysis effect of the tennis match and the performance of the model itself. The research results show that the model constructed in this paper has certain practical effects and can be applied to actual competitions.

Background and purposeAcute stroke caused by large vessel occlusions (LVOs) requires emergent detection and treatment by endovascular thrombectomy. However, radiologic LVO detection and treatment is subject to variable delays and human expertise, resulting in morbidity. Imaging software using artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), a branch of AI, may improve rapid frontline detection of LVO strokes. This report is a systematic review of AI in acute LVO stroke identification and triage, and characterizes LVO detection software.MethodsA systematic review of acute stroke diagnostic-focused AI studies from January 2014 to February 2019 in PubMed, Medline, and Embase using terms: ‘artificial intelligence’ or ‘machine learning or deep learning’ and ‘ischemic stroke’ or ‘large vessel occlusion’ was performed.ResultsVariations of AI, including ML methods of random forest learning (RFL) and convolutional neural networks (CNNs), are used to detect LVO strokes. Twenty studies were identified that use ML. Alberta Stroke Program Early CT Score (ASPECTS) commonly used RFL, while LVO detection typically used CNNs. Image feature detection had greater sensitivity with CNN than with RFL, 85% versus 68%. However, AI algorithm performance metrics use different standards, precluding ideal objective comparison. Four current software platforms incorporate ML: Brainomix (greatest validation of AI for ASPECTS, uses CNNs to automatically detect LVOs), General Electric, iSchemaView (largest number of perfusion study validations for thrombectomy), and Viz.ai (uses CNNs to automatically detect LVOs, then automatically activates emergency stroke treatment systems).ConclusionsAI may improve LVO stroke detection and rapid triage necessary for expedited treatment. Standardization of performance assessment is needed in future studies.

Image recognition and understanding is considered as a remarkable subfield of Artificial Intelligence (AI). In practice, retinal image data have high dimensionality leading to enormous size data. As the morphological retinal image datasets can be analyzed in an expansive and non-invasive way, AI more precisely Deep Learning (DL) methods are facilitating in developing intelligent retinal image analysis tools. The most recently developed DL technique, Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) showed remarkable efficiency in identifying, localizing, and quantifying the complex and hierarchical image features that are responsible for severe cardiovascular diseases. Different deep layered CNN architectures such as LeeNet, AlexNet, and ResNet have been developed exploiting CNN morphology. This wide variety of CNN structures can iteratively learn complex data structures of different datasets through supervised or unsupervised learning and perform exquisite analysis for feature recognition independently to diagnose threatening cardiovascular diseases. In modern ophthalmic practice, DL based automated methods are being used in retinopathy screening, grading, identifying, and quantifying the pathological features to employ further therapeutic approaches and offering a wide potentiality to get rid of ophthalmic system complexity. In this review, the recent advances of DL technologies in retinal image segmentation and feature extraction are extensively discussed. To accomplish this study the pertinent materials were extracted from different publicly available databases and online sources deploying the relevant keywords that includes retinal imaging, artificial intelligence, deep learning and retinal database. For the associated publications the reference lists of selected articles were further investigated.

The problems and disadvantages of the traditional teaching mode of Taekwondo in colleges and universities are obvious, which is not conducive to cultivating the interest of contemporary college students in learning Taekwondo. In order to improve the teaching effect of Taekwondo, based on the intelligent algorithm of human body feature recognition, this study uses support vector machine to construct a Taekwondo teaching effect evaluation model based on artificial intelligence algorithm. The model corrects the movement of the students by recognizing the movement characteristics of the students’ Taekwondo and can conduct the movement guidance and exercises through the simulation method. In order to verify the performance of the model in this study, this study set up control experiments and mathematical statistical methods to verify the performance of the model. The research results show that the model proposed in this paper has a certain effect and can be applied to teaching practice
