First of all, in the cutting parameters optimization, according to the different processing conditions, optimization variables selection is different, including production efficiency the objective function and the constraint conditions of the machine tool. And then using genetic algorithm to build a high-speed processing parameters optimization model. The mathematical model explores the best solution through the software Matlab, and gets the optimal combination between the parameters of each cutting; high speed machining cutting parameters provides the reference for the choice of the user. Through the optimization of the comparison of the before and after that, using genetic algorithm cutting parameters optimization, mach inability got obvious improvement, in order to ensure the quality of processing also achieve the maximization of the production efficiency.

Abstract: A kind of automatic polishing equipment for free surface of dies is designed, which is fixed on the backbone of numerical control machine. Processing parameters optimization are gotten by the orthogonal analysis method based on experiment data and surface roughness is about 1.0μm, which provides good basis of practical research and application of accurate working for free surface of dies.

Magnesium wrought alloys are of special interest for structural components owing to their improved microstructures and mechanical properties by comparison with Mg cast parts. However, the market of Mg wrought alloys is still relatively small and one of the most important limitations for their application in areas such as aviation and spaceflight is that their strength is still not high enough to be widely used. Currently, more and more attention are paid to hydrostatic extrusion of Mg alloys because the extruded Mg alloys which exhibit extremely fine grains and high strength can be easily obtained by hydrostatic extrusion process. This review detailed the microstructures and mechanical properties of various wrought Mg alloys subjected to hydrostatic extrusion. Furthermore, numerical simulations and processing parameters optimization of the hydrostatic extrusion were also discussed. Finally, the current problems and development trends of hydrostatic extrusion of high-strength Mg alloys were also put forward.

Plunge milling is used to remove excessive material rapidly in roughing machining. The cutter feed in the direction of machine spindle which has the highest structural rigidity. Through the single factor experiment of plunge milling a P20 die steel, this paper investigates the influence of side step, forward step, cutting speed, feed per tooth on cutting force. On this basis, the principles of optimization of interpolation milling parameters are proposed. This guidance of mold production practice has significant reference value.
