Based on the analysis of contemporary theoretical and practical research in the fields of social philosophy, sociology and social psychology, the author considers trends related to the interpretation of the phenomenon of ethnic identity. A multiple interpretation of this phenomenon is described, which allows us to study its different forms and degrees of manifestation. Network social media, multi-ethnic urban environment and processes in non-systemic politics are considered as socio-cultural factors that influence the transformation of the phenomenon under consideration. It is concluded that the process of ethnic identification cannot be further unambiguously identified with a scale directed from the zero state (identity is not formed) to the positive pole (identity is formed and expressed). Instead of this onedimensional interpretation, a metaphor of space, which includes different forms and degrees of expression of ethnic identity, is proposed.

The transfer of information by telecommunication channels is accompanied by message hashing to control the integrity of the data and confirm the authenticity of the data. When using a reliable hash function, it is computationally difficult to create a fake message with a pre-existing hash code, however, due to the weaknesses of specific hashing algorithms, this threat can be feasible. To increase the level of cryptographic strength of transmitted messages over telecommunication channels, there are ways to create hash codes, which, according to practical research, are imperfect in terms of the speed of their formation and the degree of cryptographic strength. The collisional properties of hashing functions formed using the modified UMAC algorithm using the methodology for assessing the universality and strict universality of hash codes are investigated. Based on the results of the research, an assessment of the impact of the proposed modifications at the last stage of the generation of authentication codes on the provision of universal hashing properties was presented. The analysis of the advantages and disadvantages that accompany the formation of the hash code by the previously known methods is carried out. The scheme of cascading generation of data integrity and authenticity control codes using the UMAC algorithm on crypto-code constructions has been improved. Schemes of algorithms for checking hash codes were developed to meet the requirements of universality and strict universality. The calculation and analysis of collision search in the set of generated hash codes was carried out according to the requirements of a universal and strictly universal class for creating hash codes

Abstract Inexpensive, high-performing, and environmentally friendly energy storage devices are required for smart grids that efficiently utilize renewable energy. Energy storage devices consisting of organic active materials are promising because organic materials, especially quinones, are ubiquitous and usually do not require harsh conditions for synthesis, releasing less CO2 during mass production. Although fundamental research-scale aqueous quinone-based organic supercapacitors have shown excellent energy storage performance, no practical research has been conducted. We aimed to develop a practical-scale aqueous-quinone-based organic supercapacitor. By connecting 12 cells of size 10 cm × 10 cm × 0.5 cm each in series, we fabricated a high-voltage (> 6 V) aqueous organic supercapacitor that can charge a smartphone at a 1 C rate. This is the first step in commercializing aqueous organic supercapacitors that could solve environmental problems, such as high CO2 emissions, air pollution by toxic metals, and limited electricity generation by renewable resources.

Staying competitive in the current digitized workplace era requires, among other things, an adequate and efficient use of modern technology. Human resource information system (HRIS) is one of several tools that helps organizations remain sustainable by providing technology that can help to acquire, store, generate, analyze, and disseminate timely and accurate employee information and activities. Of late, HRIS is slowly gaining prominence in Nepal. A generic model for conditions that are necessary for successful adoption and use of HRIS in Nepali organizations is designed as the models proposed by earlier researchers in a developed context may not work well in a developing context. This sets fertile ground to carry out scholarly inquiry into the domain of HRIS in the Nepalese context. The limitations of present study are mentioned and practical/research implications of the same are discussed towards the end. Researchers are of the opinion that the findings of this preliminary study can be taken up to the next level for carrying out quantitative research in HRIS domain in Nepal.

It is believed that the grounded theory (GT) approach works best for researchers who are concerned about the gap between academic and practical research because of the importance they place on applied research. The chapter aimed to explain the GT methodology and identify its application in organizational research context. In this regard, the theory-research-development-practice cycle, the factors affecting the choice of organization research methodology, and the types of qualitative research methods have been studied by comparing four qualitative methods of case study, GT, phenomenological study, and content analysis. Also, in this regard, the four main GT schools including Glaserian classic GT, Straussian GT, Charmazian constructivist GT, and Clarkeian situational GT, as well as the GT process involving the phases of data collection, coding, memo-ing, sorting, and validation are discussed in detail.

Abstract The art and literature creativity, Kurdish poets and poems as an example is the name of a theoretical and practical research. It is theoretical because in the first part it presents the principles and the regulations of the research for the first time. And it is practical because in the second and third parts of the the research is : Supported in a way of practicing the ideas in Kurdish pomes and the experiences of Kurdish poets, the situation of stopping creativity is a situation of repletion, fullness, giving up, satisfaction, missing creativity and initiative for creativity that happens to the producers person in which the producer is not able to produce new products or things. This repletion could be temporary or permanent. It has two types ( psychological and formational repletion) This research can be applied to all types of practical arts but in this research it is just practiced on Kurdish pomes only. This research is based on both the psychological and the formational terms. The research presents the important aims of the research , defining the terms, classifying the motivators of creativity and it is effects on the poets products.

The purpose of the study is to analyze the characteristics of a live-action film’s musical arrangement; to identify the impact of musical arrangement on the audience’s perception, on the example of the film composer Eric Serra’s works. The research methodology is to apply the following methods: theoretical – analysis of the music functions in making a film and the implementation of the director’s vision, generalizing the influence of musical arrangement on the viewer. Scientific novelty. The functions of film music that help in creating a live-action film were analyzed for the first time, a detailed analysis of the interdependence of music and visuals was made, by theoretical analysis of music functions; it has been found out how it affects the perception of the audience. Conclusions. In the article, we analyzed the functions of musical arrangement in a live-action film. Through the analysis of the influence of music on the audience’s perception, it has been established how the musical arrangement helps to realize the author’s vision. The role of music in making a live-action film has been researched. Through theoretical and practical research of various cinematography aspects that are relevant at the moment (in particular, the problem of the sound space in a movie), it becomes possible to reach a new aesthetic level of design, creation, perception and understanding of cinematic works.

Mendel proposed an experimentally verifiable paradigm of particle-based heredity that has been influential for over 150 years. The historical arguments have been reflected in the near past as Mendel’s concept has been diversified by new types of omics data. As an effect of the accumulation of omics data, a virtual gene concept forms, giving rise to genetical data science. The concept integrates genetical, functional, and molecular features of the Mendelian paradigm. I argue that the virtual gene concept should be deployed pragmatically. Indeed, the concept has already inspired a practical research program related to systems genetics. The program includes questions about functionality of structural and categorical gene variants, about regulation of gene expression, and about roles of epigenetic modifications. The methodology of the program includes bioinformatics, machine learning, and deep learning. Education, funding, careers, standards, benchmarks, and tools to monitor research progress should be provided to support the research program.

This article presents the results of testing the hypothesis of the dependence of gravity on the velocity of motion of bodies. The numerical simulation clearly confirmed the correspondence of the calculated and observed values of the precession of orbit pericentres in binary systems including pulsars, as well as planets of the solar system. Based on the revealed dependence of the gravitational force on the velocity, the article describes a new effect of the precession of the centres of binary systems, which should be found as a result of further practical research.
