SummaryBackground: Health care network eHealth.Braunschweig has been started in the South-East region of Lower Saxony in Germany in 2009. It composes major health care players, participants from research institutions and important local industry partners. Objectives: The objective of this paper is firstly to describe the relevant regional characteristics and distinctions of the eHealth.Braunschweig health care network and to inform about the goals and structure of eHealth.Braunschweig; secondly to picture and discuss the main concepts and domain fields which are addressed in the health care network; and finally to discuss the architectural challenges of eHealth.Braunschweig regarding the addressed domain fields and defined requirements. Methods: Based on respective literature and former conducted projects we discuss the project structure and goals of eHealth.Braunschweig, depict major domain fields and requirements gained in workshops with participants and discuss the architectural challenges as well as the architectural approach of eHealth.Braunschweig network. Results: The regional healthcare network eHealth.Braunschweig has been established in April 2009. Since then the network has grown constantly and a sufficient progress in network activities has been achieved. The main domain fields have been specified in different workshops with network participants and an architectural realization approach for the transinstitutional information system architecture in the healthcare network has been developed. However, the effects on quality of information processing and quality of patient care have not been proved yet. Systematic evaluation studies have to be done in future in order to investigate the impact of information and communication technology on the quality of information processing and the quality of patient care. Conclusions: In general, the aspects described in this paper are expected to contribute to a systematic approach for the establishment of regional health care networks with lasting and sustainable effects on patient-centered health care in a regional context.

This  study  aims  to  test  and  analyze  influence  the  use  of  information systems accounting, quality of information systems accounting security system accounting information and supporting facilities information systems accounting on  performance employees  of PT.KMA Solo. Analysis  of the data used  was classic test the assumption consisting of normality test, multikolinearitas test, as well as test heteroskedastisitas autokorelasi. An analysis of the data used was classic test the assumption consisting of normality test, multikolinearitas test, as well as test heteroskedastisitas autokorelasi.uji test a hypothesis that is used is linear regression analysis worship of idols, partial test (t) test, as well as a test of the coefficients determinan (R2). Based on the results of data analysis prove that; the utilization of accounting information system have positive and significant of the performance of employees of PT .KMA Solo;  the quality of information system accounting have positive and significant of the performance of employees of PT .KMA Solo;   security accounting information system influential positive and significant on performance employees of PT.KMA Solo;  means of support information   systems   accounting   influential   positive   and   significant   on performance employees of PT.KMA Solo.Test R2 shows that variable the use of accounting information system, the quality of information systems accounting, the security system information accounting and means of support information system can explain on variables the employee performance the remaining influenced by other variables that are not using in the study.Keyword : Use Of Accounting Information System, Quality Of Information Systems Accounting, Security Accounting Information System, Supporting Facilities Accounting Information System, Job Performance

Tuberculosis (TB) disease intervention is a national program and being a target of MDGs. Therefore, a government determined minimum service standards of a hospital that had to be implemented in all health service units and hospitals in Indonesia. A strategy of DOTS at Aisyiyah Hospital in Muntilan had been available particularly in terms of case finding. Notwithstanding, a process of patient diagnosis had not been implemented in accordance with a standard of human resource. Number of medical officers at a TB DOTS unit was not sufficient. In addition, quality of information like completeness, accurateness in diagnosis, and timeliness in reporting TB cases had not achieved a target. The aim of this study was to develop decision support system of TB as an effort to systematically diagnose and manage data of TB based on the standard. This was qualitative-quantitative research. A qualitative method was used to identify each step of information system development. Meanwhile, a quantitative method was used to assess quality of information between before and after developing information system using pre-experimental design (the one group pre and posttest design). Qualitative data were collected by conducting indepth interview, whereas quantitative data were collected using checklist. Data were analysed using T test. Research object was decision support system before and after applying at TB unit at Aisyiyah Hospital in Muntilan. Research subjects consisted of four TB officers as main informants. Informants for triangulation purpose consisted of head of SIMRS and head of medical services. The results of T test showed that variables of completeness, accurateness, and preciseness after developing the decision support system were better than that of before developing the system (p-value = 0.000). As suggestions, head of SIMRS needs to conduct further development of decision support system of TB in another unit particularly in inpatient unit. The decision support system needs to be evaluated and adjusted with the standard.

The aim of this research is to investigate the role of information system in supporting companies to face with information overload. Specifically, the study provides an empirical analysis aimed to examine whether the quality of information systems is able to abate the negative effects of information overload/underload inside a company. Through a survey we assess the managerial feelings about the information overload (and underload) and the managerial assessment of the Information System (IS) quality. Preliminary empirical findings of our survey confirm, by performing a factor analysis, previous literature and suggest the items to be monitored for assessing the information underload and information overload phenomena and the dimensions to take into account for evaluating the IS quality, namely, information processing capacity, technical equipment and communication. Furthermore, results show that when the information underload increases, the information processing capacity of IS decreases and vice versa. This relation suggests that the IS quality could affect the information overload/underload phenomena.

This study aims  to  provide empirically the effect of system quality, information quality and training on performance as well as the effect of mediating satisfaction on the effect of system quality, information quality and training on the performance of village financial information system users (Siskeudes) in East Lombok Regency. The method used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach, with a sample of 71 village treasurers. The results showed that system quality, information quality and satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on performance and satisfaction partially mediated the effect of system quality, information quality and training on the performance of village financial information system users (SISKEUDES) in East Lombok Regency. Keywords: System Quality; Quality Of Information; Training; Satisfaction; Performance.
