Latar Belakang: Saat ini jumlah rumah sakit di Indonesia terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Banyaknya rumah sakit yang ada serta banyaknya keterlibatan swasta dalam pelayanan kesehatan menjadikan persaingan antara Rumah Sakit juga semakin ketat. Hal ini menuntut Rumah Sakit Pemerintah agar lebih meningkatkan daya saing dan daya tarik pasar sasarannya. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan ditemukan bahwa kunjungan rawat jalan RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul selama tahun 2020 mengalami penurunan pasien dari tahun sebelumnya. Pemasaran online yang saat ini aktif digunakan rumah sakit yaitu melalui media sosial, namun hingga saat ini pihak rumah sakit belum pernah mengukur tingkat efektivitas media sosial yang mereka gunakan sebagai media promosi. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui adanya perbedaan efektivitas media sosial antara Facebook dengan Instagram sebagai media promosi RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul Tahun 2021. Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pasien rawat jalan yang berkunjung di RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul selama satu tahun terakhir berjumlah 146.390. Teknik sampling pada penelitian ini yaitu non-probability sampling dengan jenis sampling kuota. Total sampel berjumlah 100 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis bivariat dengan uji statistik Mann Whitney U-Test. Hasil: Nilai mean pada Facebook adalah sebesar 27.64 dan Instagram sebesar 29.18. Nilai signifikansi Mann Whitney U-Test yaitu sebesar 0.387. Kesimpulan: Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada tingkat efektivitas media sosial antara Facebook dengan Instagram sebagai media promosi RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul Tahun 2021.

Dharmarini Public Health Center has a high number of COVID-19 cases and there are COVID-19 epidemiological surveillance activities that are not in accordance with those stated in the guidelines, specifically in health monitoring and in terms of Community-Based Surveillance that vulnerable populations have not been recorded and reported. Based on a preliminary study, Dharmarini Public Health Center only has a surveillance officer and experienced obstacle in cross-sectoral coordination. This study aims to analyze the management aspects of COVID-19 epidemiological surveillance at Dharmarini Public Health Center include planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. This is a qualitative research with analytical descriptive approach. Primary data collection was done by in-depth interviews and research subjects were selected by purposive sampling. The result shows that management aspects in COVID-19 epidemiological surveillance activities at Dharmarini Public Health Center have been carried out from planning, organizing, actuating, to controlling, but there are still shortcomings including in actuating that not all officers involved have received training, there is obstacle in cross-sectoral coordination, the implementation of health monitoring can still be improved, there are refusals in tracing, Community Based Surveillance has not been fully implemented, supervision has only been held once, and in controlling aspect that the evaluation carried out is still not comprehensive. Dharmarini Public Health Center is suggested to optimize the actuating and controlling aspects in COVID-19 epidemiological surveillance.

Jaminan ketersediaan sangat diperlukan agar pengobatan dapat efektif serta para petugas kesehatan memiliki motivasi dan modal yang kuat untuk memerangi COVID-19. Untuk mengantisipasi perkembangan penemuan obat-obatan dan vaksin baru atau penggunaan evidence based untuk penggunaan obat-obat penatalaksanaan COVID-19. Terdapat beberapa dampak pandemi COVID-19 terhadap pelayanan kefarmasian di RSUD Tugurejo, yaitu turunnya jumlah pasien dengan angka yang signifikan sehingga harus dilakukan pengendalian obat, risiko penularan Covid-19 yang sangat tinggi, stok obat untuk rawat inap menjadi banyak, sedangkan permintaan obat untuk pasien COVID-19 semakain tinggi.Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) Pengelolaan obat di instalasi farmasi RSUD Tugurejo Semarang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor seperti ketersediaan formularium RS yang disusun oleh KFT (Komite Farmasi Terapan) RS, kesediaan dokter dalam menuliskan resep obat sesuai dengan formularium RS, alokasi anggaran untuk belanja obat, proses perencanaan obat yang dilakukan berdasarkan metode konsumsi dengan melihat pola penyakit yang ada serta berdasarkan pencatatan stok yang masih dilakukan manual, proses pengadaan obat yang dilakukan oleh tim pengadaan menggunakan metode e-purchasing dan e-catalogue yang dilakukan, hingga distribusi obat berdasarkan pelayanan yang diberikan oleh instalasi farmasi dan 2) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi sistem pengendalian persediaan obat di Instalasi Farmasi RSUD Tugurejo Semarang selama pandemi COVID-19 yaitu: perencanaan, pengadaan, penerimaan penyimpanan dan pendistribusian.Kata kunci: Pengendalian Persediaaan Obat-Obatan, Rumah sakit, COVID-19

Patient safety incidents at Ahmad Yani Islamic Hospital Surabaya increased by 0.3% in 2019. If not addressed immediately, these problems can give a negative image to hospitals and patients. An error that appears and has an impact on increasing patient safety incidents, stems from a high workload and poor communication. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of workload and communication on the occurrence of patient safety incidents in hospitals. This study uses a unit of analysis as many as 18 work units that directly provide services to patients. Participants include the head of the work unit, the person in charge of the work unit and the person in charge of the quality of the work unit with a total of 90 people. The data was obtained primarily using the instrument contained in the google form. The communication measurement tool uses the Communication Openness Measurement (COM) and the workload uses the WISN calculation. Patient safety incident data was obtained from the PMKP RS team. The analysis was carried out by means of a simple cross tabulation with interpretation using the Pareto concept. The results showed that most work units (83.3%) had a low workload, most of the work unit communication (61.1%) was not good and 33.3% of work units had a high patient safety incident rate. In the Pareto concept, the results showed that workload had no effect on patient safety incidents, while communication influenced the number of patient safety incidents. Therefore, hospitals need to fix the pattern and flow of communication as well as the need for information disclosure so that the flow of information becomes more adequate, transfer of knowledge becomes better and employee understanding of the importance of patient safety in hospitals becomes better.

Seeing the importance of patient adherence in a patient's therapeutic journey and several factors related to patient adherence, we tried to assess patient satisfaction with the outpatient unit of Medika Lestari Hospital in 2021. Therefore, we conducted a cross-sectional study of patients aged 18–59 years to assess their satisfaction with the services of the Medika Lestari Hospital outpatient unit on 28 July 2021. We evaluated 4 main dimensions, namely: (1) Efficiency, (2) Convenience; (3) Cleanliness; and (4) Financing. The survey instrument was prepared based on the consensus of the research team and has good validity and reliability based on the Pearson and Cronbach–alpha tests. All statistical analyzes were performed with SmartPLS software version 3.3.3. A total of 206 patients were recruited, with a composition of 102 (49.51%) males and 104 (50.49%) females. There were 43 (20.87%), 103 (50%), 46 (22.33%), and 14 (6.80%) patients, respectively, in the age categories 18-25 years, 26–35 years, 36–45 years, and 46–59 years, respectively. We found that the average patient satisfaction with outpatient services at Medika Lestari Hospital was 4.23 (84.6%). The average patient satisfaction score for the outpatient service at the Medika Lestari Hospital is 4.23±0.363. In addition, we also found that service efficiency, cost, cleanliness of the service room, and comfort of the service room had a positive effect on patient satisfaction in the outpatient unit at Medika Lestari Hospital.

The development of online-based information technology in the health sector can improve the quality of hospital services. Currently, Diponegoro National Hospital has implemented outpatient registration based on the "RSND-Ku" android application, and 70% of patients use the application. This study aims to describe the effectiveness and factors that influence the implementation of online registration services for outpatients at the Diponegoro National Hospital Semarang by applying a quantitative method with a descriptive analytic approach to 100 patients who use online registration services aged 20-40 years. The results showed that there is a relationship between the factors that influence the implementation of outpatient online registration services, namely the p-value of system quality of 0.000, the correlation coefficient of 0.460, the p-value of the information quality value of 0.000 and the correlation of 0.472, the p-value of service quality of 0.000 and the correlation of 0.498, and use with a p value of 0.000 and a correlation of 0.441. As for further research, the researcher suggests improvements to optimize the smoothness of the system, completeness of information, updating services, and socializing the flow of online registration services.

The rapid development of health can be seen from the increasing number of hospitals. The hospital is to be followed by the quality of human resources in supporting high-quality health services. This study aims to determine the relationship between transformational leadership style and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The approach used in this research is quantitative analytic approach with cross sectional study. The population and sample in this study were non-civil servant functional nurses in inpatient rooms class II and III at Panembahan Senopati Bantul Hospital with a total of 55 respondents. Then to analyze the data in this study using Kendall-Tau with the help of the SPSS application. The results showed that there was a significan relationship between transformational leadership style and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), where the correlation coefficient (r) was 0.344 with Sig. 0.009 (p <0.05). The conclusion shows that there is a relationship between transformational leadership style and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on nurses in panembahan senopati hospital, Bantul Yogyakarta.

Hospital nowadays is demanded to be able to give a good, qualified, and as standard service to the society such as medical supporting service, training and education program application and working motivation which is one of the factors that can improve the performance of medical supporting employee in the hospital because the optimal performance of medical supporting employee is needed by the hospital a lot. This research aims to know about the effect of online training and education program application and also working motivation to performance of medical supporting employee in BaliMed hospital Denpasar. This research used quantitative approach. The sample taking technique in this research used proportional random sampling. The instrument of this research used questionnaire, the data analysis test that was used to solve the problem in this research was multiple line regression test. Based on the data analysis result, it is obtained that online training and education program application and working motivation have significant positive effect to the performance of medical supporting employee with the tcount of online training and education program application 4,568 and working motivation with the tcount 4,416 and also determination data 0,571 or 57,1% and the significance score 0,000 with α = 5 % (0,000 < 0,05), so the variable of training and education program and working motivation have significant and positive effect to the performance of medical supporting employees in BaliMed hospital Denpasar.

Low commitment from employees to the hospital could be seen from the low number of employees who remain working. Compensation did not match expectations and the work climate was uncomfortabel and the lack of training as one of the career development processes made the low commitment of employees to the hospital. This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the effect of compensation and work climate on organizational commitment mediated by career development. The research method used will be quantitative methods with the type of causality research. Data source will be primary. Subjects to be analyzed will be all employees except the doctors in X hospital Cisauk Tangerang. Analysis will be using structural path analysis. Results of this study were compensation, work climate, and career development simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Partially, compensation and work climate had a positive and significant effect on career development. The research findings were the direct effect of compensation and work climate on organizational commitment greater than mediated by career development. The effect of career development is greater on organizational commitment compared to compensation and work climate.

The nurse shortage crisis is caused by the high turnover of nurses related to management practices that were not running optimally. Anticipatory efforts are critical to increase nurse retention by increasing self-motivation and work environment to increase job satisfaction on nurses as an impact. This study aimed to provide empirical evidence of the effect of self-motivation and work environment on nurse retention with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research used quantitative research with survey methods using questionnaires. The unit of analysis was a group of nurses PK 1 as many as 61 people. Data analysis used path analysis with multiple linear regression as the data analysis technique. Results showed that self-motivation and work environment had a significant effect on nurse retention with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The variables of self-motivation and work environment each had a significant effect on job satisfaction. The variables of self-motivation, work environment, and job satisfaction each had a significant effect on nurse retention. The findings indicate that employees are dissatisfied with the work environment, both physical and non-physical, as well as the compensation and rewards provided by the company. We suggest to the hospital to give awards in the form of bonuses or incentives to nurses in accordance with work assessments. We also suggest for further research to examine more deeply about the four variables in this study with other research subjects to compare with the results of the research
