The article is focused on the data of the carried works on studying biological efficiency of fungi Triazole 50% on sowing the winter wheat against yellow rust as well as on the height, development and fertility of the wheat. On May 5, 2019 from 9 to 10 o’clock under the temperature 21-23 field experiments of Triazol 50% CS manufactured by the firm “Agroximstar” (Uzbekistan) were carried out on winter wheat as a protector of seeds of winter wheat of Pervitsa sort against the disease of yellow rustin the irrigated conditions in an experimental field of the Institute “Istiklal” of Andijan district of Andijan region. The aim of the given research is to study biological-farming efficiency and determination of optimal norms of preparation expenses and to study the influence of fungicide on the height and development as well as on the fertility of the wheat. The received data showed that the preparation Triazole 50% CS effected on the pathogen of yellow rust favorably and besides that it didn’t effect on seed growth and energy of growth negatively.

Environmental factors influence the disease susceptibility of crop plants. In this study, we established an experimental system to investigate the effects of vernalisation, temperature and plant growth stage on the susceptibility of winter wheat and winter triticale to Puccinia striiformis, the causal agent of yellow (stripe) rust. Two temperature regimes: standard (18 °C day/12 °C night) and low (12 °C day/6 °C night), vernalised and non-vernalised seedlings, vernalised adult plants and two pathogen races were investigated. At low temperatures, vernalisation reduced the susceptibility of seedlings exposed to the ‘Warrior’ race, while this was only the case for five out of eight varieties exposed to the ‘Kranich’ race. Changing from standard to low temperature resulted in increased susceptibility of non-vernalised seedlings of seven varieties inoculated with the ‘Warrior’ race and five varieties inoculated with the ‘Kranich’ race. Increased susceptibility at low temperature was also detected for several varieties at the adult plant growth stage. Comparisons between vernalised seedlings and adult plants revealed an effect of plant growth stage on disease susceptibility (e.g., Adult Plant Resistance) in five varieties at standard temperature for the ‘Warrior’ race and in five and four varieties at standard and low temperature respectively, for the ‘Kranich’ race. The complex and unpredictable interactions between environment and pathogen influencing yellow rust susceptibility of individual varieties stress the importance of phenotyping for disease resistance under different environmental conditions and pathogen populations. The environmental impact on rust susceptibility should also be taken into account in early-warning systems targeting wheat and triticale breeding programmes and growers.

This paper deals with the development and validation of an analytical dynamic model of an air-over-hydraulic (AOH) brake system that is widely used on loaders. The AOH system is broken into five simple and cascaded subsystems, pneumatic circuit, air-hydraulic actuator, brake line, wheel cylinder, and disk brake. Pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical dynamics are taken care of in each subsystem. The determination of model coefficients is introduced in detail. Many experiments are performed on an experimental setup of the real AOH system on a loader and the experimental data are compared with the simulation results. Preliminary analysis shows that the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental data. Other researchers in the areas of brake systems in construction machinery would find the model useful for similar system modeling and analysis

Based on a review of existing acculturation models, an adjusted acculturation model was proposed in this study and a scale for measuring an acquirer’s acculturation strategy was developed. We designed an experiment to collect data to validate this scale. Using CR values, CITC and EFA, we examined the scale items, and using Cronbach’s alpha and the AVE method, we tested the scale’s reliability, convergent validity, and discriminant validity. Finally, taking resistance to change as a criterion, we tested the scale’s criterion-related validity. The results show that the scale has good measurement properties.
