PPP model is an important model which provides public products or services based on the coordination between the public sector and private sector. The implementation of PPP model is helpful for relieving the stress of insufficient funding for public sector and improving the efficiency of resource allocation. Comparing with traditional infrastructure project, PPP project involves many stakeholders, and the cooperation efficiency during the different stakeholders impacts the results of the project directly. Thus, it is important to explore the cooperation efficiency of PPP project. Based on grey clustering model, this paper evaluates the cooperation efficiency of PPP project. An evaluation index system including 36 indexes is established based on the aims and objectives of three stakeholders (public sector, private sector, and passengers). A case study of Beijing Metro Line 4 PPP project is implemented to verify the validity and applicability of the evaluation model. And the results showed that the cooperation efficiency of Beijing Metro Line 4 PPP project is relatively high. The model also provided insights into the shortage of the cooperation efficiency of Beijing Metro Line 4 PPP project. As such, the results can assist all stakeholders in adjusting the cooperation efficiency.

Abstract Partial destructive disassembly (PDD) is essential for end-of-life products to improve their automatic disassembly efficiency and reduce disassembly cost. A feasibility evaluation of the PDD is the key step to evaluate whether the PDD can be implemented. However, it has not been studied previously to our knowledge. To deal with this problem, a multi-granularity feasibility evaluation method is proposed. A multi-granularity feasibility evaluation model of the PDD was constructed based on the complex product’s hierarchical structure, which not only described the evaluation indices from the product level to the component level but also presented methods and rules to quantify them. 1Thus, disassembly entropy was introduced into the target group’s coarse granularity evaluation. The feasibility of the fine-grained index of the PDD for the component layer was constructed based on the product’s failure characteristic. The fine-grained index was calculated by the fuzzy trigonometric function and its weighting was obtained based on the structure entropy weight method. Thus, the results of the evaluation were used as feedback to guide the PDD process. Finally, a Passat engine case study illustrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.

The objectives of this research are to: (i) evaluate the trainees’s satisfaction on trainers and training performance; (ii) evaluate learning gain or improvement of trainees’s skills, knowledge, and attitude after training; and (iii) know the significant obstacles that can reduce the effectiveness of training. Using the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model through questionnaire, interview, and descriptive statistics method, this research reveals that: (i) the overall aspect of the implementation evaluation was assessed by participants in the good category although it could not meet the level of expectations of participants that could be seen from the ratio of the average total perception to reality below 100%. On the other hand, the trainers aspect has been able to meet the expectations of participants where the overall level of trainers performance has been assessed by participants and entered into the category of very good; (ii) the results of the evaluation analysis at Level 2 (learning gain) show that most participants graduate with good predicate and get an up/up score so that it can be said that participants have gained additional knowledge after attending the training; (iii) although in general the evaluation results showed good results, there are still some obstacles faced by participants in attending the training. In terms of organizing, participants generally complained about inadequate internet quality in some areas. Meanwhile, in the trainers aspect, participants generally give feedback that teachers can multiply case studies and raise the latest issues in the confectionery of problems related to training materials.

Historic districts represent an important characteristic of Beijing and are also a crucial carrier of Chinese historic culture. However, they are significantly affected by the rapid urban constructions. Thus, it is of great significance to maintain and promote the public space in historic districts. This paper uses a multisource data superposition method to select the evaluation index of public space. The AHP was also used to complete the single-level and total-level ranking and calculation of evaluation indexes. Finally, based on the DEA model, a vitality evaluation model of Beijing historic district public spaces was developed and its validity was verified through a case study of the Wanping historic district.
