 Interests and number of STMIK Balikpapan new student enrollments are increasing every year. The balance of the ratio of lecturers to students is one of the most important components in improving the quality and teaching and learning process of a university. Avoiding shortages in the number of lecturers can be realized by providing scholarship programs to alumni and teaching assistants. This study aims to build a multi criteria decision making application that can assist the Head of HRD in the process of receiving scholarships to advanced and effective study lecturers. The multi criteria decision making application developed in this study uses the SAW method. The implementation of the SAW method includes the process of evaluating the weighting of criteria, evaluating alternative weights, the matrix process, the results of decision making preferences, resulting in the weighting and ranking of each alternative candidate for the scholarship recipient. The results of the evaluation of multi-criteria application decision making in the study are expected to produce modeling with a high degree of accuracy. The results of the analysis carried out can provide alternative recommendations for prospective scholarship recipients to advanced study lecturers in STMIK Balikpapan.

Grant scholarships to students are conducted by the University based on the achievements achieved. Since the last few years Bhayangkara University has run a Joint Degree Program scholarship in cooperation with Thailand, India, and plans to continue to the Netherlands. In scholarship grants, the Universityoften finds it difficult to determine the scholarship recipients, so it is found that scholarships are not accurate due to the manual system for the awarding of scholarships. The decision support system is an information system aimed at assisting the University in solving the problem of awarding Joint Degree Program scholarship. One method that can be used in decision support systems is Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP). The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method takes into account the extent of validity to the extent of inconsistency tolerance of the various criteria and alternatives chosen by the decision maker. In this research, the data used is UBHARA student data 3 last generation. The criteria used are GPA, TOEFL score, TPA Test Score, and Value of Communication Skill Test. From the results of experiments carried out the results of manual calculations of the application and manual calculations from the Institute of Cooperation get a presentation 100% equation in determining scholarship recipients. So as to produce the ranking of students, two students with the highest score in each department that will get a Joint Degree Program scholarship.Keywords: Scholarship, Student, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Decision Support System.

Objetivo: identificar o perfil e a produção científica dos bolsistas de produtividade em pesquisa do Conselho Nacional de Pesquisa (CNPq) da área da Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde (RMS) no triênio 2013-2015. Metodologia: estudo descritivo e quantitativo. A pesquisa foi realizada no mês de setembro de 2017, utilizou-se formulário estruturado para coleta de dados a partir do currículo Lattes. Resultados: foram identificados 23 bolsistas, 91,5% do sexo feminino, 78,2% da categoria 2 e 43,5% da área da Enfermagem. Dentre o total de periódicos publicados 8 foram sobre a RMS com predominância de Qualis B1 e B4. Quanto às orientações sobre a RMS 23 foram realizadas no último triênio. Conclusão: é necessário estimular pesquisas sobre à RMS objetivando o conhecimento e valorização dessa modalidade educativa, bem como estimular a sua importância nos serviços de saúde. Este trabalho apresenta um estudo realizado com cinco professores de Matemática, em início de carreira, ex-bolsistas do Programa Institucional de Bolsa de Iniciação à Docência (Pibid), cujo objetivo foi evidenciar os Conhecimentos Didáticos e Curriculares dos participantes sobre o ensino de problemas do campo aditivo, conforme indicado pelos parâmetros curriculares nacionais. A coleta de dados se deu por meio de entrevistas e protocolos respondidos pelos professores. Como referenciais teóricos, no tocante ao início de carreira, foram utilizados os trabalhos de Huberman e Garcia. Em relação aos conhecimentos de professores necessários à docência optou-se por Ball, Thames e Phelps. A análise dos dados nos permitiu verificar que os professores no processo de ensino do campo aditivo dão bastante ênfase à ideia de combinar dois estados para obter um terceiro, não destacando outros importantes significados. Portanto, faz-se necessário uma ampliação na base de conhecimentos desses docentes para o ensino das operações.   Palavras-chave: Professores em Início de Carreira. PIBID.   Abstract In this work, we will present a study carried out with five early-career teachers, former scholarship recipients of the Programa Institucional de Bolsa de Iniciação a Docência (Pibid), whose objective was to highlight the participants' Didactic and Curricular Knowledge about the notion of addition. The data collection was done through interviews and protocols answered by the teachers. As theoretical references, regarding the beginning of the career, the works of Huberman (1995) and Garcia (1999) were used. Regarding the teachers' knowledge required for teaching, Ball, Thames and Phelps (2008) were chosen. The analysis of the data allowed us to verify that the teachers' knowledge about addition operation is restricted to the meaning of joining and that the idea most used to work with this theme in the classroom involves problem situations with money. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the knowledge base of these teachers.   Keywords: Teacher Early-Career Teachers. Mathematical Knowledge for Teaching (MKT).
