This study aims to: (1) Knowing the dynamics of fiscal policy and the performance of the agricultural sector, (2) Analyze the factors that influence fiscal policy and the performance                   of the agricultural sector, and (3) Analyzing the impact of fiscal policy on the performance of the agricultural sector. The data used in this study were pooled 2005-2013 data in the aggregate. Econometric model the impact of fiscal policy on the performance of the agricultural sector is built in the form of simultaneous equations, consisting of 7 equations with 25 total variables in the model, 7 endogenous variables, 12 exogenous variables, and 6 variables lag. The model is estimated by 2SLS method SYSLIN procedures and historical simulation with SIMNLIN procedure.The results showed that: (1) The development of fiscal policy in Southeast Sulawesi from year to year tends to increase, (2) The performance of the agricultural sector from the aspect of GDP has decreased, from the aspect of labor is still consistent, in terms of investment to grow positively, and assign roles which means to decrease the number of poor people, (3) factors affecting fiscal policy is local revenues, equalization funds, other revenues, as well as the lag fiscal policy, (4) the factors that affect the performance of the agricultural sector from the aspect GDP is labor, direct expenditure and GDP lag; from the aspect of labor is the total labor force, investment, land area, direct expenditure, as well as the lag of labor; from the aspect of investment is influenced by GDP per capita, land area, interest rates and investment lag; as well as from the aspect of poor people, are affected by population, investments, direct expenditure and poverty lag, (5). Fiscal policy impact on the agricultural sector GDP increase, a decrease in the number of poor, declining agricultural laborers, and a decrease in the amount of investment in the agricultural sector.Keywords: Fiscal policy, the performance of the agricultural sector, the simultaneous equations

Domperidone is an antiemetic and pantoprazole is an antiulcer drug. Simple, precise, rapid and selective simultaneous equation and Q- analysis UV spectrophotometric methods have been developed for the simultaneous determination of domperidone and pantoprazole from combined tablet dosage forms. The methods involve solving of simultaneous equations and Q-value analysis based on measurement absorptivity at 216, 287 and 290 nm respectively. Linearity lies between 1-15 mcg/mL for domperidone and 0-50 mcg/mL for pantoprazole.

Simultaneous Equations Models (SEM) is a statistical technique widely used in economic science to model the simultaneity relationship between variables. In the past years, this technique has also been used in other fields such as psychology or medicine. Thus, the development of new estimating methods is an important line of research. In fact, if we want to apply the SEM to medical problems with the main goal being to obtain the best approximation between the parameters of model and their estimations. This paper shows a computational study between different methods for estimating simultaneous equations models as well as a new method which allows the estimation of those parameters based on the optimization of the Bayesian Method of Moments and minimizing the Akaike Information Criteria. In addition, an entropy measure has been calculated as a parameter criteria to compare the estimation methods studied. The comparison between those methods is performed through an experimental study using randomly generated models. The experimental study compares the estimations obtained by the different methods as well as the efficiency when comparing solutions by Akaike Information Criteria and Entropy Measure. The study shows that the proposed estimation method offered better approximations and the entropy measured results more efficiently than the rest.

SummarySolutions to the problem of separated flow past slender delta wings for moderate values of a suitably defined incidence parameter have been calculated by Smith, using a vortex sheet model. By increasing the accuracy of the finite-difference technique, and by replacing Smith’s original nested iteration procedure, to solve the non-linear simultaneous equations that arise, by a Newton’s method, it is possible to extend the range of the incidence parameter over which solutions can be obtained. Furthermore for sufficiently small values of the incidence parameter, new and unexpected results in the form of vortex systems that originate inboard from the leading edge have been discovered. These new solutions are the only solutions, to the author’s knowledge, of a vortex sheet leaving a smooth surface.Interest has centred upon the shape of the finite vortex sheet, the position of the isolated vortex, and the lift, and variations of these quantities are shown as functions of the incidence parameter. Although no experimental evidence is available, comparisons are made with the simpler Brown and Michael model in which all the vorticity is assumed to be concentrated onto an isolated line vortex. Agreement between these two models becomes very close as the value of the incidence parameter is reduced.
