Sebagai perusahaan, PDAM bertanggung jawab memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada pelanggan. Proses pelayanan pelanggan mencakup registrasi pelanggan, pencatatan angka meter, pengaduan pelanggan, pengajuan perubahan pelanggan, pembayaran rekening, monitoring jaringan pipa, pemeliharaan meter air sampai monitoring penerimaan dan tunggakan. Karena pertukaran data melibatkan bagian-bagian yang ada, maka perlu dibangun suatu integrator services yang mengintegrasikan semua aplikasi dan data. Untuk realisasi pengembangan Customer Services Information System dalam skala enterprise, maka terlebih dahulu harus dirancang Enterprise Architecture berdasarkan proses bisnis yang dimiliki PDAM terkait. Penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka kerja Zachman sebagai acuan perancangan karena memiliki berbagai perspektif, yaitu: planner, owner, designer, builder, implementer dan worker. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model Customer Services Information System yang terdiri dari front-office system dan back-office system.Kata kunci: Customer Services Information System, enterprise, architecture enterprise, services, kerangka kerja Zachman

The community service undertaken aims to provide training to the reseacher in Province of Banten about the importance of producing quality scientific papers. Specifically, this training provides the opportunity for participants to practice directly how to write scientific papers using Mendeley software for reference used in the paper. Mendeley is a computer and web program developed by Elsevier to manage and share research papers, search for research data, and work together online. Posts made with Microsoft Word, Open Office or LaTex can be linked to Mendeley software so that citations and reference lists (bibliography) can be arranged automatically. The activities carried out involve the reseacher In province of banten. The response from the participants is positive which can be seen from their active participation during the activity. They also find the training really useful to help them become more productive teachers by writing more scientific papers using Mendeley. Abstrak Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan ke peneliti di Provinsi Banten akan pentingnya menghasilkan karya tulis ilmiah yang berkualitas. Secara spesifik, pelatihan ini memberikan kesempatan ke para peserta untuk praktik langsung bagaimana menulis karya ilmiah dengan menggunakan software Mendeley untuk referensi rujukan yang digunakan dalam karya tulis. Mandeley merupakan program komputer dan web yang dikembangkan Elsevier untuk mengelola dan berbagi penelitian, mencari data penelitian, dan bekerjasama secara daring. Tulisan yang dibuat dengan Microsoft Word, Open Office atau LaTex bisa dihubungkan dengan software Mendeley sehingga sitasi dan daftar referensi (bibliography) bisa disusun secara otomatis. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan diikuti oleh para peneliti di Provinsi Banten. Peserta merespon kegiatan ini dengan sangat positif yang bisa dilihat dari keaktifan mereka selama kegiatan berlangsung. Lebih jauh mereka merasa pelatihan sangat berguna dalam membantu mereka menjadi peneliti yang lebih produktif untuk menulis lebih banyak karya ilmiah dengan menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley. The relevance of the scientific article is due to the reform of the prosecutor's office. In the process of transforming the prosecutor's office system, it is necessary to introduce in its activity modern practices aimed at improving the effectiveness of the prosecutor's office. In this regard, there is a need for scientific study of the organizational support of the prosecutor's office. The purpose of the scientific article is to define the concept and elements of organizational support for the activities of the prosecutor's office. The basis for studying the organizational support of the prosecutor's office is theoretical studies of the organization of work and management in the prosecutor's office. Based on the analysis of the current legislation of Ukraine, as well as scientific sources, organizational support is considered in broad and narrow meanings. Thus, in a wide meaning, this concept can be defined as a complex of all measures, means and resources that are necessary for the operation of the prosecutor's office. Elements of organizational support for the prosecutor's office in a broad sense are: personnel support, information support, financing, logistics, innovative and technological support. In a narrow sense, organizational support provides a set of techniques and means aimed at streamlining the work of the prosecutor's office, ensuring its controllability as a system and effective exercise by prosecutors. So organizational support includes the administration of the prosecutor's office and ensuring work in the prosecutor's office. It was concluded that it is necessary to improve the normative regulation of organizational support for the prosecutor's office in section X of the Law of Ukraine «On the prosecutor's office». At the same time, a systematic approach is important, involving formation of an integrated mechanism of organizational support for the activities of the prosecutor's office and identification of the subjects responsible for this. Perspective directions for further scientific researches within the defined topic of the study are used to analyze individual elements of the prosecutor's office, as well as the study of the best practices of the organization of the prosecutor's office.
