The species composition and structure of soil complexes of micromycetes under faba beans were studied. The indices of the frequency of occurrence and abundance of microscopic fungi species in soils under ten varieties of faba beans were analyzed in comparison with the control soil (pure fallow). The control revealed 20 species of micromycetes from 10 genera. The species from 16 genera were identified under the varieties of beans in the soils. Most micromycetes belong to the Ascomycota division (classes Dothideomycetes, Eurotiomycetes, Saccharomycetes, and Sordariomycetes). In the soil of faba beans, the number of micromycete propagules is significantly higher (30.6 ± 2.5 thousand CFU / g soil) than in the control (12.5 ± 2.3 thousand CFU / g). The biodiversity of micromycete complexes in the control soil was maximal (Pielu index 0.75). An increase in the dominance index under the studied varieties of beans (Simpson’s index 0.09-0.24) was noted in comparison with the control soil, with a dominance index of 0.07. Phytopathogenic species of micromycetes were found: fungi Ascochyta fabaе, Alternaria tenuissima, Cladosporium herbarum, Fusarium culmorum, F. oxysporum, F. solani, and Ulocladium botrytis.

The taxonomic composition of rhizosphere complexes of microscopic fungi was determined under nine varieties of faba beans grown in small-plot experiments on black soil with a pH of 7.6, ob-serving zonal agricultural techniques (Belgorod, Russia). It was revealed that under different vari-eties of faba beans the list of micromycete species is not the same, but their number is lower than in control soil. The number of micromycete propagules in the rhizosphere of beans (34 ± 1.7 thou-sand CFU / g soil) is on average 2 times higher than in the control soil (17 ± 1.2 thousand CFU / g soil). The greatest species diversity was found in the varieties Velena and Akvadul (18 and 16 species, respectively). The mycocomplexes of the Tsarskiy Yield and Leader varieties were dis-tinguished by the greatest similarity with the control. Phytopathogenic fungi Fusarium oxysporum dominated in the rhizosphere complexes of all studied varieties of vegetable beans, and the spe-cies A. fabaе, C. herbarum, and U. botrytis were present only in the rank of random species in my-cocomplexes under some varieties.

In the period 2009–2011, the micromycetes causing symptoms on the leaves of <em>Schoenoplectus lacustris</em> (SL) from Płociczno and Płociowe lakes in Drawa National Park (DNP) were investigated. A total of 39 taxa of microscopic fungi and chromistan fungi were found. The taxonomic structure of the mycobiota was dominated by anamorphs of Ascomycota. In each year of the study, the SL fungal species richness was higher in Płociowe Lake than in Płociczno Lake. In all the years of study in both lakes, the fungal community on SL was composed of the following six dominant species: <em>Alternaria alternata</em>, <em>Cladosporium herbarum</em>, <em>Fusarium incarnatum</em>, <em>F. sacchari</em>, <em>Gibberella avenacea</em>, and <em>Pleospora scirpicola</em>. The species occurring exclusively in Płociczno Lake were <em>Papulaspora immersa</em>, <em>Puccinia scirpi</em>, and <em>Trichothecium roseum</em>, and those found only in Płociowe Lake were <em>Acremoniella atra</em>, <em>Alternaria atra</em>, <em>Aspergillus niger</em>, <em>A. versicolor</em>, <em>Fusarium oxysporum</em>, <em>Gonatobotrys simplex</em>, <em>Massariosphaeria scirpina</em>, <em>Microascus brevicaulis</em>, <em>Penicillium chrysogenum</em>, and <em>Stagonospora aquatica</em>. Only one confirmation of the occurrence of <em>Puccinia scirpi</em> and the lack of other specialized obligate parasites indicate the good health of SL in DNP. The facultative parasites, inter alia, <em>Boeremia exigua</em>, <em>Chaetomium globosum</em>, <em>Fusarium culmorum</em>, <em>F. incarnatum</em>, <em>F. sacchari</em>, <em>Gibberella avenacea</em>, and <em>Stagonospora aquatica</em> that are present on plants as part of the natural process of apoptosis may influence the health of SL.

The satellite images show that the area of marshes in the Kolokolkova bay was notstable during the period from 1973 up to 2011. Until 2010 it varied from 357 to 636 ha. After a severe storm happened on July 24–25, 2010 the total area of marshes was reduced up to 43–50 ha. The mean value of NDVI for studied marshes, reflecting the green biomass, varied from 0.13 to 0.32 before the storm in 2010, after the storm the NDVI decreased to 0.10, in 2011 — 0.03. A comparative analysis of species composition and structure of plant communities described in 2002 and 2011, allowed to evaluate the vegetation changes of marshes of the different topographic levels. They are fol­lowing: a total destruction of plant communities of the ass. Puccinellietum phryganodis and ass. Caricetum subspathaceae on low and middle marches; increasing role of halophytic species in plant communities of the ass. Caricetum glareosae vic. Calamagrostis deschampsioides subass. typicum on middle marches; some changes in species composition and structure of plant communities of the ass. Caricetum glareosae vic. Calamagrostis deschampsioides subass. festucetosum rubrae on high marches and ass. Parnassio palustris–Salicetum reptantis in transition zone between marches and tundra without changes of their syntaxonomy; a death of moss cover in plant communities of the ass. Caricetum mackenziei var. Warnstorfia exannulata on brackish coastal bogs. The possible reasons of dramatic vegetation dynamics are discussed. The dating of the storm makes it possible to observe the directions and rates of the succession of marches vegetation.

AbstractSpecies composition and structure of strongylid (Nematoda: Strongylidae) community were examined in 15 plains zebras (Equus burchelli) and 8 Grevy’s zebra (Equus grevyi) kept in the “Askania-Nova” Biosphere Reserve (Ukraine). Strongylids were collected from zebras in vivo following deworming with the “Univerm” (0.2 % aversectin C, Russia). Twenty-two strongylid species (3 species of subfamily Strongylinae and 19 — of Cyathostominae) were found. In plains zebras, 21 strongylid species were found; from 3 to 14 species per host. In Grevy’s zebras, 18 strongylid species were recorded; from 4 to 14 species per host. Cyathostominae dominated in the communities of both zebra species; they composed more then 99 % of strongylid number. Comparison of strongylid biodiversity in plains zebras from the “Askania-Nova” reserve with data collected from four African countries showed low similarity of strongylid faunas in zebras from Ukraine and Africa; the strongylid community was similar to those of domestic ponies from the same area.

Tugun Coregonus tugun (Pallas, 1814) is an endemic of Siberia. Information about the species composition and structure of tugun parasite community on the stage of spawning migration is described in this paper. We carried out ichtioparasitologic studies in the Yenisey and the Khatanga Rivers in 2011-2014. Tugun parasite complex from the Khatanga River remains statistically identical in species composition, number of individuals and biomass and differs from those of the Yeniseis tugun over the entire study period. Apparently two different stocks of tugun were investigated in the Yenisei River. One of them lives in the Yeniseis streambed, the other one lives in the Podkamennaya Tunguska River. The composition of the parasitic fauna of tugun from two rivers is formed by generalist species. Tugun parasites component communities from all material collection stations have high values of the Shannon index and two dominant species (by numbers of parasites and by biomass). We found out that the species biomasses differ significantly on the graphic community structure. The description of tugun parasite communities corresponds to characteristic of a climax community on the stage of destruction except the graphic structure. In the analyzed parasitic communities the processes of egg laying and larval appearance, the death of parasites of previous year generation and infection with this year parasites occur simultaneously. The stages of formation and destruction of the community overlap. The described state of tugun parasites communities has an adaptive value. The load on the host body is reduced which ensures the long-term existence of parasites.
